The food itself is very good, but more than half of the dishes advertised on the menu are not available and you are told that they are no longer available here and that you should go to the new store. It wouldn't be a bad idea to change the menu

The food was as usual at KFC - good standard, as you would expect from system catering. The taste is absolutely fine, there’s nothing to complain about. As for the waiting time: Even though it wasn't busy, it took a while for the order to be ready. It didn't bother me personally because my Tesla was charging right at the station in front of the door - so it was a good time. What was a bit irritating, however, was that the waitress called up numbers other than those shown on the display as “ready for collection”. When I asked, I was treated quite rudely - a little more customer friendliness would have been desirable. Overall ok, but there is room for improvement in terms of service.

I've always eaten at KFC, and everything has always tasted great. However, I was very disappointed when I saw that the new fries had a new seasoning and were completely soggy. They were completely inedible and simply no longer enjoyable. They should consider making the old version available.

Had the chicken wasn't bad but considering that there are other shops around it I have to say I would get it again in the future from the competition where in my opinion the price/performance ratio is even better, the shop itself looked as if it would benefit from a renovation, the furniture was old and partly damaged and everything was extremely cramped and definitely not pleasant to eat on site (what surprised me was that it is probably a kebab shop so it seems like a kebab / kfc mix although I personally had no interest in the kebab in any of them The ingredient was dill, which I personally found very exaggerated. Why do you sprinkle dill everywhere over lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red cabbage and onions? I don't have anything against dill per se, but the amount was too much for me, especially if you actually wanted to taste something else. It was also interesting that the prices were simply rounded up without asking (not that extreme, but still) if something costs 16.99 you also expect to get your 1 cent back. I would say it's up to the customer But then I find it strange to simply say it costs 17 even though it is on the ad (minus the one defective one) and then just write it out like that. On the whole, if you are nearby and take these points into account, you can definitely go there, but personally I will simply prefer one of the other locations not 20 steps further away in the future.

I was really pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is exceptionally clean, the tables are sparkling clean, everything looks well-kept and inviting. The service was also first class - the staff were polite, helpful and quick with ordering. You can immediately tell that someone is leading with responsibility and passion - branch manager Rami is doing a great job. He creates a pleasant atmosphere and ensures that everything runs smoothly. This is exactly how you imagine a well-managed location. Big praise to the entire team - I'll be happy to come back!

The toilets were cold (no heating), there was no ketchup, other things like napkins at the drinks machine were also missing and the drinks were diluted. Overall, the KFC seems a bit run down compared to other KFCs I've been to. A lot is probably ignored or neglected by the country's management. I ate there and, after asking, was able to choose two other sauces instead of the two missing ketchup packets. The employees were friendly to me and the food was ok, it's just the normal KFC food but nothing special, therefore two stars instead of one.

They have absolutely no control over their KFC branch in Saarlouis. Unfriendly staff, extremely long waiting times and this has been the case since the branch opened. Stood in the drive in for a little over 30 minutes today! Fast food is something different! And unfortunately it's not the first time I've waited there for so long, but definitely my last time in the store!
