Great food! Super human and hospitable service. Better than some restaurants here. From waiting for falafel to wet wipes to wash your hands. It was great!

A very disappointing experience at KFC Rames. I order regularly from KFC and often use the discount coupons – I've never had a problem before. However, this time I was treated extremely unprofessionally by the shift manager. I clearly stated that I wanted to order coupon number 248 twice. This wasn't the first time I'd ordered this coupon twice – so I know it's okay. However, after paying, I realized the amount was much higher than expected. When I asked, I was simply told, "You can't order the same coupon twice." Without explanation, without apology. Even worse: He didn't even understand me properly at first. It was a complete lack of communication and completely unprofessional. It seemed like an excuse to simply charge more money. I honestly felt cheated. Very disappointing behavior. I truly hope this incident is investigated, as it was in no way up to the standards I expect from KFC.

The food was great, especially the 1/2 chicken. Beers great. Staff is friendly. The ambience is a bit too loud for me personally, especially when guests from the neighboring table want to drown out everything.

What can you say? Just a great snack. Highly recommended.

Probably one of the best fried chicken wings I've eaten! The wings fall apart in your mouth when you bite into them! And the parnard is so crispy that you have to cover your ears! What surprised me was that the employee wiped the table after each visitor. 👍🏻 Amazing for a fast food restaurant where hygiene is often neglected. Clean, quick and tasty – I can only recommend it!

Good fast food!!! Burgers were freshly prepared, tasted very good, clean and friendly staff. The ice cream was really tasty, I had banana ice cream and it really tasted like bananas, I'll be back!!!

I had the garlic chicken with potato salad. The chicken was extremely tender and deliciously seasoned, as was the salad. The addition of what was probably cooking fat/oil from the chicken to the potato salad gave it a very strong flavor—almost a little too strong. Attentive and friendly service; we'll definitely be back.

Slow service, dirty room. In the kitchen, one prepares menus, and next to him another employee washes the floor with a chemical preparation. Inadmissible!

The building is falling apart and after eating there we had stomach pains and diarrhea

The food comes without much waiting time, despite the large order. We all enjoyed the food and it was hygienic. Would recommend it
