Kentucky Fried Chicken in Isernhagen

I passed by, compared to the Czech KFCs that I frequent quite often, this was a complete disappointment and I will definitely not return here. I didn't like it.

Very good meat, juicy and well seasoned. Fresh fries. Restaurant very clean. This is an exception in such places. The service actually deserves five stars.

We were super excited! We had to wait a few minutes late in the evening. A very friendly employee gave us two cups so that we could help ourselves at the drinks station. Super attentive! Our food was fresh, hot and super tasty!!! It's easy to wait three to four minutes. Since we had to wait a bit, we even got four pieces of chicken on the house! This is real customer service! Plus it was very clean. No tables were stuck and there was no trash lying around like in most other restaurants. We'll definitely be back! Keep it up!

The KfC restaurant offers an excellent selection of delicious chicken that is always served fresh and crispy. The friendly staff ensure fast and pleasant service, while the modern and clean atmosphere invites you to feel at home. The diverse side dishes and delicious sauces in particular make every visit a pleasure. Highly Recommended!

Basically nothing can be said against the food and the restaurant. The restaurant is clean, the food is hot and fresh BUT I find the fact that as a customer I am forced to consume LIGHT drinks really disgusting. I think everyone can decide for themselves how unhealthy they want to be with their meals and drinks. For me, this is an absolute criterion for eating somewhere else next time.

Due to internal processes, our order took longer, but the employee Marco, who was responsible for the drivethrough at the time, handled the situation very well and we were very pleased with the great service he provided! :)

I rarely go to fast food restaurants, but today it happened again. The following points struck me negatively: Orders can now only be recorded electronically in the entrance area. That's not my thing at the moment, but it's certainly a matter of habit. I think the menu is poorly done. There is no overview, so you have to laboriously click through the offers to even get one. This takes a lot of time. There is also no option to select a ready-made standard menu. All components are added individually. The other way around, i.e. with the possibility of deselecting unwanted components, would make more sense. Furthermore, only drinks with ZeroSugar can be selected. For me, that doesn't suit a fast food restaurant at all. Alternatively there is only water. The employees who were still present, who of course have no responsibility for management's decisions, were rather uncooperative and seemed annoyed. It shouldn't be the first complaint either. That doesn't help the whole atmosphere in the restaurant. Overall, it was a rather negative visit for me and I won't be repeating it anytime soon, if at all. This also applies to other chains where the situation is similar.

Somehow I think that fast food is slowly becoming outdated. What you get today for around 14 euros, you should consider adding a 5er and going to a restaurant. Don't get me wrong, the food was basically okay. But the price-performance ratio is no longer right. Maybe that's why it was so empty.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied this time, as my meal was stale and reheated fried chicken, as well as potatoes. But to be honest, the cleanliness of the place is great.

A well-located KFC that I only visit because of the store opposite. It's often very messy here and doesn't seem hygienic. But at least I didn't have any severe stomach problems after a visit, so I'll see you next time!

Actually a normal fast food shop, you can't go wrong there. Staff polite, tables and toilets clean.

Clean tables. Pleasant coworkers. The burgers look exactly the same in real life as they do in the pictures, which is rare for a fast food restaurant. Plus, they taste very good!

I should have read the reviews sooner... Well. Yesterday we had dinner there. Afterwards I had severe stomach pain, nausea, vomiting and extreme diarrhea. In the toilet for hours... But it's not just me... My partner feels just as bad as I do. Bravo.. How can something like this happen?! My partner didn't quite get the hang of the citizen! Unfortunately noticed too late.. The store used to be really good.. And now? You noticed when you were eating that something was different. Thank you for the expensive fun in the toilet. We'll report this to the health department!
