Disappointing visit – not recommended The condition of the branch was unfortunately very poor. The restrooms made a poor impression – the faucet was rusty and calcified, and the soap dispenser was hanging crookedly on a single screw. The dining area was also dirty: overflowing trash cans, and the tables were littered with leftovers from previous guests. Despite only a few customers, we had to wait a long time for our food. The fries were soft, and the chicken was barely crispy. The overall impression: like a time capsule that hadn't been modernized or properly cleaned in years – everything seemed old and dirty. Overall, a not pleasant experience and not recommended.

We bought food for just under €50. That was on Friday, October 3rd, and since then, the entire family has been suffering from a stomach bug.

Unfriendly staff, they close an hour early, and say they're out of half the menu. Unfortunately, I have to give it one star, but otherwise I wouldn't give it any. I wanted the three hot wings from the review, but they probably didn't have those either. Regards, Marco

The fries were changed to potatoes, they are terribly bad, and the mini set that I used to eat every day almost every day was reduced, now I have to drive over a kilometer to MCka.

It was very good, freshly made, and warm! Very tasty, highly recommended.

Chicken parts were raw from the inside and slippery, not edible. Salmonella risk. Everyone does not recognize it. Health hazard. Cold chicken burgers with runny eggs. There was no cheese, nor was there any offered.

I placed my order shortly after the restaurant opened: the food was fresh, hot, flavorfully seasoned, and by no means dry. Unfortunately, I've often had a different experience at other KFC locations – but this was the first time I've ever had a truly excellent meal. The service was also fast, attentive, and professional. Simply fantastic!

Crispy chicken. Better than the KFC in town :-). Con: There are only two ordering machines. Pro: Tasty chicken. There's an outdoor play area for kids. The slide is a real treat.

Unfortunately, they're cutting corners here too. This is certainly due to a lack of staff, but even the cheapest options are unfortunately barely covered. Guests leave some tables in a mess. Cleaning is only done superficially. The floor is already sticky. Therefore, we won't be going to this branch anymore.

The food just tastes greasy and peppery. Hurray for heartburn. Astronomical prices for poor quality.

Food is delicious, but waiting times are terrible

The deals are okay. Otherwise, it's just way too expensive. Unfortunately, that makes it a bit tiresome. The app is annoying with its many permission requests and registration requirements. There's still a lot of room for improvement.

Unfortunately, the drive-thru employee took the cash and prepared the food. All without gloves. That means putting his hands in the salad bowl… chicken and bread… then wiping sweat from his forehead with a towel and taking the money. So gross. People, this is unacceptable.

Ate at KFC again after a long time. The fries were good, the sauces weren't quite my taste, but the chicken bites were amazing! Nice staff, quick service, but they could pay a bit more attention to cleanliness and trash removal.

Unfortunately, the crispies were completely dry, as if they'd been sitting for a long time. Then one of us ordered 4 plus 2, and another only ordered 3 without a menu. The 2 extra pieces were in the wrong box. When I pointed this out to the staff, they just told me I could take them out. But that's because we're colleagues, not family. It's a shame. Very unfriendly.

Drove to this KFC over a different one with a lower rating on the highway. It did not disappoint. Friendly staff, clean, good food. The cleaning man was doing such a good job! Especially wiping down tables before people sat down! The location is great if you are with kids - there is an outdoor playground. On the other side of the street is a shopping mall, which is great for a small break while travelling.

I ordered a 5-for-5 meal at the drive-thru on July 23, 2025. Unfortunately, the employees weren't friendly, but the food was served quickly.

The food was lukewarm, small pieces of fillet. It wasn't busy at lunch. The floor of the ladies' restroom was sticky... It's a shame, it used to be very nice.

I don't know how long it's been since I had such a positive experience at a fast food restaurant. Marco, the employee, deserves special mention in this regard. He was incredibly friendly and courteous, and he helped me without any complications because the app wasn't working. The food was piping hot and incredibly delicious. Why have I rarely been to KFC before? That's about to change.

We ordered 16 crispys and only got 14.

Very bad. Two terminals just for ordering. In every other terminal, even the smaller ones, there are more people ordering parts. Now the store is full, and it's getting annoying.

The food was good, but I was shocked to see employees pushing each other and verbally attacking each other in front of all the customers.

Cold fries, cold burgers in all three meals I ordered, and the Oreo shake doesn't look the way it should. I'm also reviewing KFC today because they often forget things at the drive-thru. That said, this wasn't the first time. But this was the last time I'll get cold, old food there for €35.

What surprised me was that the employee wiped the table after each visitor. 👍🏻 Amazing for a fast food restaurant where hygiene is often neglected. Clean, quick and tasty – I can only recommend it!

Absolutely unfriendly staff, the food was really shit and I got a cheese crunchy instead of a BBQ crunchy. In addition, the chicken part consisted of 99% bones. And the absolute disgrace is the coffee, which was only half full of 0.3L!👌

The crunchy bites weren't that crunchy, and they were way too salty, even for a person like me who adds salt to every meal!

Just had an amazing meal at this KFC! The chicken was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The fries were perfectly seasoned, and the service was fast and friendly. Loved the cleanliness and vibe of the place too. Definitely hitting that craving spot—will be back for more soon!

I actually like this KFC. But sometimes the employees are SO unfriendly, they make mistakes like not giving out the right food and are angry and don't treat you well. I ordered food and got the smaller version, small fries, small drink and no sauce, then I asked and the employees reacted very unfriendly. I didn't expect that and didn't even dare to ask again about the talkative things. Great in itself but please terminate employees.

Ordering food took a while because there were only two terminals available. But the food was ready so quickly, something we've never experienced before. So gladly again. The atmosphere is of course like in a fast food restaurant. Which doesn't have to be negative.

Unfortunately I didn't get around to ordering because there are only two displays for the entire store for orders. About five people in front of each display. No more counter orders.

With only 2 ordering terminals there is a waiting time when it gets busy. The cleaning of the areas was okay, but this also has to do with the guests. Ventilation okay. Plenty of parking spaces.

Great KFC. Ordering was quick, despite lunch service. Food was warm and typical KFC quality, of course not gourmet food, but good fast food. Enough parking spaces. Drive-in available. Unfortunately only 2 order screens. Toilets were clean.

20 minutes waiting time. Crowded. Just one terminal to order. The manager just stands by instead of getting involved or coordinating. I won't go there again.

I passed by, compared to the Czech KFCs that I frequent quite often, this was a complete disappointment and I will definitely not return here. I didn't like it.

We were super excited! We had to wait a few minutes late in the evening. A very friendly employee gave us two cups so that we could help ourselves at the drinks station. Super attentive! Our food was fresh, hot and super tasty!!! It's easy to wait three to four minutes. Since we had to wait a bit, we even got four pieces of chicken on the house! This is real customer service! Plus it was very clean. No tables were stuck and there was no trash lying around like in most other restaurants. We'll definitely be back! Keep it up!
