The food: was good, unfortunately salad was again typical of all other Greeks. Lamb fillet a bit too fatty, the potato side dish with cheese gratinated too rich, unfortunately also too fatty. But still better than the standard Greek. Therefore food = 4 stars Service: Despite some empty tables, it took quite a long time with the first drinks and the attention. But also better than most Greeks. Ambiance: you really can't complain about it, it's a really nice restaurant and it's super comfortable to sit in. Acoustics are also not so loud and noisy. Overall: we can recommend, parking spaces in the backyard are limited. Definitely above the standard Greek. My rating index: 1* = doesn't work at all 2* = below expectations 3* = as expected (as normal) 4* = above my expectations, but room for improvement 5* = exceptionally good, everything was just right here

We were there on New Year's Eve with tel. Pre-order for food. The food we had met our expectations. What bothered me a bit was the table for 2 people. He stood alone and there was little room to sit. The staff was very attentive despite the hustle and bustle.

Very friendly staff, quick service, clean impression. Unfortunately an uncomfortable atmosphere, too bright, too "sterile". The food was of moderate quality, but a lot more expensive than last year. Not a must.

So contrary to various negative reviews online, we were pleasantly surprised today. The food was sufficient (put together separately for me personally) and extremely tasty. The prices were pleasant and not overpriced. The service was mostly very friendly (we had 4 different gentlemen), 2 of whom were objectively neutral. All in all: we can recommend the restaurant.

We ordered for a larger celebration. It was delivered very on time. The food was delicious and our guests also really enjoyed it. The staff when ordering and also during delivery were very friendly. We will order again, we were more than satisfied.

Back then, Helena Mal was my favorite restaurant. Today we ate there again after a long time. When we came in I said hello, only to be answered in a disinterested tone and completely listless. Unfortunately, we were also served like that (by the young man). I just don't think that's appropriate in the restaurant industry because it makes you feel like you're not welcome. And the question of whether he should simply put the food in the middle of the table so that everyone takes their own dish is not an option! As always, the food was delicious, but unfortunately there was a lot of saving on quantity. Of course, you can't complain about the ambience as long as you don't sit in the smoking area. All in all, I just updated the review because I was very annoyed with the service. Too bad.

The food itself was quite tasty, nothing special compared to other Greeks in the city. However, my companion and I then had a worryingly long stay on the Donnerbalken ahead of us.

Went here for dinner and the only positive thing was the service, otherwise it was a disaster! Salad from the day before, food 0815 both visually and tastefully, drinks warm. It was underground. And paid money for it too.
