The best Greek restaurant in Berlin!! Impeccable service, friendly environment, courtesy of the staff, smile and banner of everything is spotlessly clean delicious food and the garlic bread does not exist!!

Perfect restaurant great service

Unfortunately, the restaurant didn't live up to my expectations. The main room is quite nice, but the winter garden, well... It feels like a train station concourse, and if there are a few more guests, the staff are hopelessly overwhelmed. We had to wait a long time for drinks and food, and for €26 to be roasted to perfection is a disgrace. For the prices charged there, you can definitely get better service and better food elsewhere. I won't be going there again.

We ordered. Tzaziki tastes like it was bought. Fries are only seasoned with herbs. Bread was good, salad was quite bland. The meat was so soaked in fat that the driver tore the bag.

Very friendly staff, excellent service, unfortunately a bit too loud when the restaurant is busy. Still, very tasty 😋 and highly recommended.

Wow! This was a great find for us! We were greeted by a smiling helpful gentleman that saw us directly to a table by the window. The ambience and decors were comforting without being overwhelming. Everything on the menu looked very delicious. We ended up getting the grilled chicken kebab, the fried potatoes with cheese, and schnitzel with a creamy mushroom sauce. We ordered our food and drinks and the gentleman brought out the wine and beer and free Ouzo with a delicious bread basket combined with a lovely salad. The entrees were just very delicious and very filling! If you go here (and you should) go hungry and expect very ample portions! This place makes me wish we lived in Berlin so we could frequent it weekly.

The unfriendliest staff in all of Berlin. The older gentleman with white hair should be fired, as should his colleague who assists him. Better to prepare food at home than order from here.

We celebrated in the Taverna Athos with 18 people and were absolutely thrilled. The service was excellent, the employees were super friendly and helpful. We sat inside and had a very nice, open, bright and friendly atmosphere. Nevertheless, it was very quiet, so you could have a good conversation. There was a very nice terrace outside, which is definitely ideal for a delicious meal and a glass of wine (or something else) in the summer. The food itself was extremely tasty and for us Athos is the best Greek restaurant. Absolute recommendation. We'll definitely be back. Many thanks to the Athos team for this lovely evening.
