I was in the branch today and I ordered a Meincraft menu and a Cola Zero and there was some kind of mold on it and the woman at the checkout said it was normal but my mother didn't have it and I had a double for the figure and asked very nicely if I could have exchanged it and I hadn't opened it before but looked at the serial number where you can find out which figure you have and the woman said very rudely that it was fine. I even said that I had a duplicate and then she said bad luck Service and food very bad

Cold fries, dry hamburger (King's beef King Menu) without taste, this is by far the worst experience at Burgerking! #notrecommended

Bottomless….. We had tortellini with ricotta and spinach and French fries with chicken and hollandaise. It is the lowest level of convenience food available. The tortellini taste like it comes from a can and the chicken is the cheapest pressed meat there is. For 12.90 it's just a disgrace. The staff is extremely overwhelmed and asked us 5 times what we ordered. I was also annoyed because of my personal lack of ability to organize myself. Just give the store a wide berth.

When I was there, the service was nice and attentive and my food was quickly in front of me. I had ordered a kind of platter with various small dishes. This was really very good, well above Chinese snack level. I would eat there again at any time.

We wanted to get a portion of gyros on Saturday at 7 p.m., but there was nothing left!!! We then took a currywurst with large fries... 8.80€, which according to the price notice at 3.80€ for a currywurst and 5€ for the fries is crazy...if it had at least tasted good...but you could have gotten one for the microwave from the discounter, which would have been just as bad. It used to be good there, but it probably doesn't have the same owner anymore. As you can see from the unprofessional answer, the rating really makes sense... by the way, no mayonnaise was ordered or made... there certainly won't be a "next time"... A little tip… maybe you should work on your concept and manners.

I was at Centro with my boyfriend yesterday, and since we both wanted pasta, we decided on pizza and pasta. We got the broccoli pasta. It tasted great, but the sauce was completely watery, the pasta was so soft it wasn't whole, and the broccoli was too hard for our taste. Our bowl wasn't even half full, and the staff were only semi-friendly. I would eat there again, but I feel like they've unfortunately gotten worse. The price is okay, though.

Very unfriendly staff. Food is flying around the half shop. Some of the food had freezer burns, the bacon was bad and looked unappetizing. Been last time. Apparently a lot of people agree with me otherwise the reviews would be better….

I was at Jibmos yesterday, the food was very pleasant for the price. The staff was a disaster except for a slightly younger lady with dark hair and light eyes, she was the only one who was really interested in the customers and took care of them, the rest of the staff was totally distracted by their conversations! .

I ate there today and was really impressed. The food was super tasty and fresh. But what really made the visit special was Luca. Extremely friendly, attentive and totally personable – you can just tell that he enjoys his job. Rarely have I experienced such good service! I can only recommend you to take a look there.

Arrogant staff, expensive prices and cunning practices to reduce the number of fries. The lady is allowed to open her mouth to say “enjoy your meal”.
