Restaurant Divan in Oberhausen

We went there for dinner today. 1 Jägerschnitzel, 1 Zigeuner-style schnitzel. I noticed that my Jägerschnitzel was only moderately warm and then further discovered that it was still half-raw. That's completely unacceptable. I complained about it when I paid. The waiter said that shouldn't be allowed. They then called the kitchen to tell me that the schnitzels needed to be left in longer. There was no apology, no espresso, or anything like that. The König is pretty worn out, and the restrooms are dirty. The waiters also look sloppy and like to gather at the bar to chat. There's no class at the König at all. I wouldn't eat there again.

I ordered food for myself and my sons and told the lady on the phone that it was Siepenstrasse 30, but that it's not the old people's home, it's next door, and I would wait outside the door. The lady said okay, I'll tell the driver, and I wanted cutlery, because our apartment burned down. We were taken to emergency accommodation with the children, we don't have any cutlery here. She said sure, we'll put cutlery in for the pasta. I waited outside for the driver with my sons, but he didn't come. The lady called me and said that the driver wasn't looking. Even though I told the lady on the phone that it was Siepenstrasse 30, but not near the old people's home, but next to it on the left, she didn't tell the driver. I had to run to the old people's home with two children, when the driver came towards me he shouted at me, "Where are you? I'm very busy. I can't wait here on her whim." I wanted to explain to him that I had said this when I ordered but the lady didn't say anything else. He gave me the order and noticed that there was no cutlery even though I had said it twice on the phone and the second time I called specifically to ask if she could give me some, she said clearly we always do that with pasta orders anyway... then the man shouted "my God, don't you have any cutlery at home or what should I do" and went into his car... Yes, I don't have any cutlery because I lost my apartment and everything in the fire... And I pay money when I order, and then to be humiliated like that as if they had given me the food for free, to shout at a 32 year old woman in front of a nursing home like that is the last straw, such disrespectful people who do a bad job, don't listen at all, have no empathy, I wish I didn't meet anyone if I ordered from you again, after so much shouting and making me cry, I didn't eat anything, I gave the food to another lady and with my money I was shouted at and humiliated...

The food was okay. Unfortunately, they didn't serve Sprite, but rather Turkish Uludag. They should have mentioned this beforehand. Otherwise, I'd be happy to go back.
