Food was partly cold… and the staff were totally unfriendly and didn't even know their own menu, I'd give it 0 stars if I could! What a shame!

Extremely unfriendly, the food tastes like it's been sitting out for three days, disgustingly overpriced.

This goes out to the owner. I bought a pizza from you. There was a young man around 25-30 years old. He counted the money first. I had to wait until he was finished. Then he came out of the corner in a really bad mood. No hello, nothing. He just nodded his head. I ordered anyway. He didn't wash his hands after counting the money. Afterwards, when the pizza was slowly being rolled out, he took the pizza out of the tray and put it back in the pizza oven without the tray, which I found really unhygienic and disgusting. I will definitely report this to the food inspection authorities.

The waitress is completely uninterested in her job. A handful of fries with a bit of chicken and a packet of ketchup for 13 euros is pretty cheeky.

Preferably 0 stars. The pasta was undercooked and the service was very rude when returning it.

It didn't blow me away. The broccoli was so chewy it seemed like it hadn't seen the pot. The chicken wasn't cooked properly. There was no response to my warning. €30 worth of food was rubbish. The rice and noodles weren't tasty.

We were there for the third time today. Large salami pizza at a fair price, very tasty and plentiful.

Pasta tuna and pasta crispy chicken were really bad. Everything just tasted and like sour tomato soup. It was just a waste of the tuna and chicken. Don't eat pasta here.

The food was actually okay BUT I found a stone, a damn stone, in my pizza and I also saw one of the chefs stuff a handful of cheese into his mouth with his bare hand from a container 💀

Worst food ever, watery pasta carbonara, no bacon but just ham from Lidl that you put on bread in cubes/slices, sauce is just watery soup. Veeeeeery bad

The fact that the shopping center tolerates such catering (especially the very unfriendly employee on June 10, 2025 at 6 p.m.) is very, very questionable. I've never experienced anything like this anywhere else. Even if it was an external company, I would have expelled this person from the center. This is completely damaging to business. The food, well, stomachaches, and more. Never, never again. Deviant person

La Concha has been a regular for me for years when I'm craving good, fast, and affordable food. Whether it's pizza or pasta, the quality is always consistently high, and I've never been disappointed. The portions are generous, and for the price (from €4.90 for a small or €8.90 for a large), you really get a lot. The fried pasta is also highly recommended! Whether vegetarian or with chicken breast fillet, it's freshly prepared, well-seasoned, and never too greasy. Especially when you're not in the mood for pizza, the pasta is a perfect alternative. What's particularly important to me: I've been eating here regularly for years, and the quality remains consistently good. That speaks volumes about the concept and the people behind it. The staff is always friendly, fast, and professional – even when it's busy, no one loses their cool. You feel welcome and well served. The french fries was too much crispy I couldn’t eat it, Not recommended at all, first of all wait longer for the food and the employees there doesn’t care about respect. I own also restaurant and I have never leave my customers unsatisfied.

I'd rather not give it a star, it's just disgusting!!!🤮🤮 I ordered noodles with falafel, and after a few minutes, it became clear to me how poorly organized this place is. That's beside the point. After 20 minutes of watching the food being prepared, I finally asked for my money back. 1. The person preparing the food isn't wearing gloves (it wouldn't even be so bad if you washed your hands regularly). 2. The cook is constantly eating with his hands and then doesn't grow!!! His hands. 3. This man is constantly reaching into the drawers where the fries or pasta are stored without gloves and/or without washing his hands. 4. This was the last straw: this cook is seriously picking up dropped food from the floor, not to mention without gloves, and then just keeps cooking without washing or sanitizing his hands. Simply disgusting!!!! And again, they're touching the food without gloves 🤮🤮 After I made a fuss, I finally got my money back after asking three times.

I ate there with my boyfriend today. He had the spaghetti carbonara and I had the spaghetti and vegetables with spring rolls. The food was so horrible and disgusting that we threw it away as it was. We simply threw up €25. The food tasted of nothing, wasn't seasoned, and had no flavor at all! I almost threw up because it was so disgusting. I still had a stomach ache afterwards. The work there was definitely not hygienic. The woman taking money and using the same gloves to enter the food and take orders. I won't be going there again.

The food was horrible. Charged €26 for a pizza😡 We wanted to share a pizza and decided on the vegetarian option. Additionally, we ordered extra cheese, hollandaise sauce and shrimp on one half. So it was just a slightly different pizza. Unfortunately the pizza didn't taste good at all. We felt bad all evening and even had to get some medicine from the pharmacy. But what particularly annoys me and the actual reason for my one-star rating is that we were completely deducted. We were charged an incredible 13 euros for the shrimp - just for a few shrimp. Also, we were seriously charged twice for a pizza even though we only ordered one. According to the menu, the hollandaise sauce was free, and the extra cheese cost two euros, which would have been fine. But the fact that you charge five small shrimps as your own pizza is an absolute disgrace. We complained straight away and tried to sort it out. Apparently the employee informed us about this in advance, but that's not true. There was no discussion possible, we were simply blamed. It was said that this was the case in every pizzeria in Oberhausen. We have been to much better restaurants and have never experienced such a rip-off there. I demand my money back or fair compensation. That's not how you treat customers.

Tortel Thri Riotta & Spinach (€9.90):** - Expected: Homemade tortellini with creamy ricotta and spinach filling. - Reality: limp pasta that tasted like it had been thawed. The filling was sparse, the spinach was barely noticeable - no comparison to fresh Italian cuisine. 2. **“Rice Crispy Dickey” (€12.90):** - Expected: Crispy chicken with aromatic rice. - Reality: The chicken was **shattered like cardboard**, the breading stuck to the roof of your mouth. The rice? A bland lump with no seasoning - as if it had been pulled out of the microwave. 3. **“Other dishes” (€10.90):** - Unclear description on the invoice – was **waste disposed of here**? No idea what exactly was served, but the taste was a disaster. 4. **2x “Afa Flaszie” (€5.20):** - Probably Afri-Cola bottles? Even the drink wasn't a highlight - flat, overpriced, and the €0.25 deposit** was charged extra. 5. **“Rethink with Kass” (€1.50):** - What is that supposed to be? A **hidden fee** for paying? Shameless to slap something like that on the bill without explanation! Overall 2 unfortunately you have to work on quality

No matter how good the pizza tastes here. Here, others who have just arrived are served first. Then money is counted instead of working. We waited over 20 minutes for a regular pizza. Service incredibly unfriendly. People don't even wash their hands after counting the money.

Bottomless….. We had tortellini with ricotta and spinach and French fries with chicken and hollandaise. It is the lowest level of convenience food available. The tortellini taste like it comes from a can and the chicken is the cheapest pressed meat there is. For 12.90 it's just a disgrace. The staff is extremely overwhelmed and asked us 5 times what we ordered. I was also annoyed because of my personal lack of ability to organize myself. Just give the store a wide berth.

It was my first time at La concha and it will be my last time! I ordered pasta with crispy chicken and what came with it, see photo. The chicken was okay, but the pasta was only with tomato paste. For €12.90 that's pure nonsense!!!

I ordered a pizza and didn't finish it. When I was then politely asked for a box, the lady slammed the box on the counter and didn't say a word. Not even my kind thanks. Also prices like in Düsseldorf on Königsallee

Have no experience with eating pasta types too watery with salt it tastes like something was already for the third time there is still a chance there is no more in life there is not even one star ⭐ to you deserve a nice evening. 😎👍

Employees at the counter are very rude and seem annoyed, I can understand this with a job like this in the Centro. But if one demand is too much for the stressed man at the counter, maybe just change jobs. Hygiene is not a top priority here either, after all, the gloves with which the food is prepared and served are also used to collect and manage the money from the cash register. Then why the intermediate step of wearing gloves? Well, next time it'll be McDonald's or Subway.

A mouse ran over the counter!!!!

Unhygienic. Mice are running around in the kitchen. The employees seem to be used to it, they weren't shocked when it was pointed out to them that there was a mouse sitting next to the coffee machine. They continued to work as normal.

Menu looked good, but then unfortunately we discovered a mouse sitting in the kitchen. After requesting, at least the money was paid back.

I picked up a single slice of Margherita pizza. If you like New York pizza, you will like this too.

Staff unfriendly and incompetent. Inadequate answers to questions. They don't have any pizza rolls, even though they are advertised on a TV. How you can sell pizza but not pizza rolls is a mystery to me, but it's okay. The pizza was okay. Overall, a rather poor dining experience.

I would prefer not to give any stars for the service. There was a young man dressed in black. I ordered a pizza. He was very, very unfriendly. When I asked him to serve the Coke in the deposit bottle instead of the cup, he started to get aggressive and threw it Cup with an aggressive manner gone and mine 0.25 cents more and next time I don't have time for something like that then I told him that he hadn't asked me then he slammed the drink on the counter and the pizza I said thank you he just had me evil looked at it and said I have other customers, the pizza was good but the service wasn't good, I won't eat there again

We ordered two pizzas, with tuna and vegetarian. These were fine. As can often be read in the comments, the service needs improvement! The employees seem to be overwhelmed very quickly. They took a lot of orders and quickly got mixed up. As a result, many orders were mixed up or forgotten. I recommend a better system to the employees and therefore better organization behind the counter!!

The tomato sauce we ordered ended up being a tomato cream sauce, and the Caesar salad was a little below standard.

Unfortunately, we had to wait over an hour for a single pasta, while other people got their food after 3 minutes (the same thing we had ordered). There was no response to our inquiries. There were other people next to us who had the same problem, apparently many orders were simply forgotten. The food was of absolutely poor quality for the price and not recommended.

Unfriendly service. In addition, I got the wrong dish - I didn't even get the right one in the end. The reason we were told was that we had ordered exactly this dish, even though it wasn't true. This happens when you take 20 orders at once and can no longer keep track of them. The food doesn't taste like anything. Never again !!!!!!

The spring rolls were good and the top visible part of the noodles and vegetables looked good, but the bottom part was just dripping in oil. It's simply a mass-produced service where quality falls by the wayside. It's just designed to make quick money. We will never eat there again.

I had a whole pepperoni pizza with extra onions. It was ok, fast food pizza tasted usual. We also had spaghetti Bolognese and spaghetti carbonara. We adults found the taste of the spaghetti to be comparable to ready-made spaghetti from a discount store. The child enjoyed it. So you can forget pasta here! Unfortunately, we only saw the reviews while eating and can confirm them.

Brought “fresh” pizza for the child. Price ok, but the pizza is not freshly prepared. Dough and tomato sauce are already waiting to be topped. Then prefer frozen pizza. Conclusion: Not great, but not indigestible either. The spoiled stomachs here with 0-1 other ratings probably belong to the competition... Vallahi nichtmal 10 min nach dem essen fettesten bauchkrämpfe und 7,50 € für eine portion die in so einem asozialen zustand übergeben wird und dann noch so unfreundlich und in einem asozialen ton reden😂 entweder ihr spuckt in das essen oder tut vergiftungszeug da rein , wenn ihr so weiter macht geht der laden hoffentlich bald pleite

Vorsicht! Wenn euch eure Gesundheit am Herzen liegt, solltet ihr hier nicht Essen. Ich bestellte mir Bandnudeln mit Lachs. Ich fand es sofort ungewöhlich, dass der Lachs als ganzer Klotz auf den Nudeln serviert wurde. Nachdem ich schon einiges vom Lachs gegessen hatte, fiel mir auf, dass dieser innen noch komplett roh ist. Ich ging zum Tresen und meldete, dass das Essen nicht korrekt zubereitet wurden. Von den Mitarbeitern wurden mir zwei Optionen anbeboten: Neue Portion oder Geld zurück. Da ich bereits einiges gegessen hatte und mir auch ziemlich der Appetit vergangen war, entschied ich mit für letztere Option. Während ich auf die Auszahlung wartete kam der Manager vorbei und erklärte mir, dass das doch komplett problemlos sei und dass bereits viele Leute den Lachs heute gegessen hätten. Außerdem musste ich mir den Spruch "und jetzt willst du abkassieren, was?" anhören - Eine absolute Frechheit. Eine Entschuldigung und eine Aussage wie "so etwas darf natürlich nicht vorkommen", wäre angemessen gewesen.

Ich hatte die Nudeln mit Hähnchen und neben dem Service der unterirdisch war, hab immer ich immer noch Bauchschmerzen von dem Essen. Hat sich nicht gelohnt, die Nudeln waren eine Zumutung. Fleisch trocken und ungewürzt und die Nudeln teilweise nicht durch.

Ik heb hier een pizza veggie besteld. Kort gewacht, goed van smaak en alleen een beetje zoutig. Goed geholpen ondanks dat het een superdrukke dag. Redelijke prijs.

Wij hebben hier een goede pizza gegeten voor een redelijke prijs! Het mocht iets minder zoutig maar was niet slecht!

Habe mir die Rezensionen durchgelesen und hauptsächlich negative bemerkt. Wir haben vorgestern eine Pizza Margherita und eine Pizza mit Hähnchen bestellt, beide waren ziemlich lecker. Wir haben auf Wunsch Oregano drauf bekommen und kleine Schälchen um uns Soße zu befüllen. Vorhanden waren die Soßen SweetChili, Siracha und Tabasco. Die Bedienung war freundlich und hat uns darüber informiert, dass alles halal ist. Trotzdem wird da Alkohol verkauft, was ziemlich schade ist. Preis/Leistung stimmt bei den Pizzen meiner Meinung nach, da sie groß sind und ziemlich sättigend.

Gestern ein leckeres Stückchen Pizza gegessen. Sehr nette Bedienung. (ein wenig wie Angelo Branduardi, authentisch) Das "Stückchen" war schon recht gross. Meins mit Pilzen: TOP Meine Frau hatte ebenso ein leckeres Stück mit Thunfisch. Wegen 2G+ haben wir es auf die Hand genommen. Nächste Mal gerne am Tisch...

Salat ziemlich teuer aber essbar. Aber was soll das mit der Maske unter der Nase? Kann man aus Respekt gegenüber dem Kunden die Maske nicht vernünftig tragen?

Ich bin beim Essen in Restaurants und Imbissen durch meine Allergie immer sehr schwierig. Aber hier hat der Chef sich die Mühe gemacht und mir ein super leckeres Nudelgericht gezaubert. Super ein Stern für denGeschmack, einen für den guten Preis und 3 Sterne für Kundenservice. Vielen Dank ich weiß wo ich essen gehe im CentrO.

Riesig...große Auswahl an Speisen

Nette italienische Pizza und Pasta Bar. Gute Angebote und echt netter Service. Wir wurden extra auf das Angebot mit 2 Pizza Stücken aus der Vitrine hingewiesen, statt diese einzeln zu bestellen. Super Service!! Dankeschön.

Hatte das Angebot 3 diverse Nudelsorten auf einen Teller .. Tortellini mit der Fleischfüllung von irgendetwas. Habe das Zeugs schon rausgekramt. Nie wieder ....Peace geht raus an die Toilettenbewirtschaftung die einen guten Job machen.

An dieses Tag leider sehr voll und etwas vermüllt. Kenne aber auch bessere Tage. Glückssache:)

Bedienung relativ unfreundlich, Pizza sehr lecker aber die Nudeln sind durchschnittlich. Alles in allem bedingt zu empfehlen.

Essen war lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich und stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen.

Ist wie bei mir erwartet. Ein imbiss in einem shopingcenter nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Ich würde aber wieder dort essen wenn ich mal wieder da bin.

Auf der Pizza war viel zu viel Käse und teilweise war Sie sehr fettig. Die Pizzabrötchen sind wiederum echt lecker in Verbindung mit der super Kräuterbutter!
