Delivery came 60 minutes later than announced. The bag with the food was completely crumpled up. The food itself was cold and inedible. It was the second time ordering here and definitely the last time. The employees there seem to be extremely overwhelmed.
2 stars for the beautiful market square. I would give zero stars for the Venecia. We went to the “autumn market” there today. It was packed though. We sat at a completely dirty table for fifteen minutes before it was cleared away. The prices for the drinks were a complete rip off. A small cappuccino for €4.80 and a double espresso for €4.90. That was definitely our last visit.
I've been ordering from you for years and it's never been as terrible as it is today. Eating takes an hour and a half, it's cold fries in soggy.. I'm actually wondering why I'm paying for such shit.. You're amazingly cool.. short addendum, 5 minutes after delivery your salad is warm
Unfortunately, the children's boxes were forgotten when ordering and only the pizzas were delivered.
EDIT: The boxes were surprisingly delivered about 1/2 hour later! The children were happy. Thank you.

The food was very tasty, the service was very nice and friendly. You didn't have to pay extra for the salad, which you could put together yourself, and you also got a Quzo.

Unfortunately I can only give one star because our visit to Ahoi Hildesheim was a big disappointment. We traveled all the way from Bremen, including a detour, only to find ourselves in front of a locked door. Reason: a closed company - without any notice on the website or other internet platforms.
Such information is important and should be communicated clearly and early to save guests unnecessary journeys and frustration. Very annoying and completely avoidable!
It's a shame because we were really looking forward to the visit.
When ordering, the Sprite was forgotten and the kebab plate comes without fries even though there are fries on it in the picture. When I called to ask, the employee was rude and insulted me and recommended that I avoid this shop at all costs
