Order via app incorrect: “Please call the branch”. The branch doesn't answer the phone even after 20 call attempts and the money has already been reserved with Paypal. There's a better and more customer-friendly way, right?

We had a very accommodating and friendly experience with Dominos! Ordering via the app went great! We just forgot to give the correct last name and unfortunately didn't look at our cell phone. Due to this error on our part, the employees were unable to deliver the order to us. 15 minutes after calling the employees (several times), we saw this and were able to pick up our pizza from the store without any problems. My girlfriend and I went to the Domino's Pizza branch in Hildesheim today. We wanted to order a pizza with Classic Crust, but the employee understood Special Crust Cheese. We emphasized several times that we wanted a pizza with classic crust. After several difficulties in understanding, the employee became rude and left and told us that we should order online. He then went back to the kitchen, where he complained disparagingly about us. After this disrespectful incident we left.

The only good thing was the fast delivery time!!! Extra lots of tuna 😂😂😂1/2 teaspoon...at most!!! Pizza otherwise drowned in ketchup!! No other taste discernible. Terrible......and not again!!!

Hello, Employees tasteless. Drivers are still young and nice and get tips. But you can hear sayings from the rest of the team. Why don't they pick up? Etc. Manager, kitchen staff don't even deserve one star. The managers make big comments in front of the store. Are strong at smoking cigarettes. They don't deserve the image dominos at all. When it comes down to it, no level of dealing with customers. I'm not ordering for now, sorry. Too unfriendly!!!

We had problems ordering from Dominos a long time ago and we haven't ordered anything there for a long time. Today we thought we'd try again and bang, there were problems again. Part of our order was missing and I had to pay almost 10 euros more than was actually stated. We've actually called them 20 times now and no one has answered. That was definitely the last time we ordered there. That's so cheeky. Really incredible.

This store doesn't even come close to deserving a star!!!! ordered via Lieferando (2 snack boxes and 2x pizza rolls for the price of 1) 1. 1 hour delivery time, 2. only the snack boxes of the order arrived and the confirmation email and receipt on Lieferando clearly stated that we also ordered the pizza rolls! !! 3. Instead of apologizing to us and maybe calling the store, the young supplier said he couldn't do anything!!! He didn't even give us the receipt, which is mandatory! 4. I tried to call many times afterwards and no one answered the phone. 5. We also saw that these promotions at Lieferando are not current at all, which means that we paid more. We never saw the money again nor the missing pizza rolls!!! This is illegal!!! The snack boxes were wrong!!! I'm really disappointed and think it's an impertinence to take money out of people's pockets like that!!! we will never order there again!!!! 6. The pizza in the snack box was totally wobbly and everything was cold!!!

2 Pizzen relativ zügig geliefert. Der Bote stand hilflos vor den Klingeln des Vorderhauses, obwohl wir auf der Bestellung Hinterhaus vermerkt hatten. Die Pizzen waren kalt, obwohl der Laden nur 500 Meter weit weg ist. Der Geschmack wurde von Tomatenmark statt einer Pizzasoße dominiert. Nee, gut ist anders. Update Februar 2023 Inzwischen wieder mehrmals bestellt, Qualität und Geschmack sind deutlich besser geworden 🍕😋

Die Pizza und der Service sind gut. Die Umgebung wird aber immer schlimmer.

Die Bestellung konnte man gut online erledigen. Bestellt wurde auf 12:30 und es kam 12:40. Also noch in Ordnung. Es war alles soweit vollständig und schmeckte soweit auch gut. Durch verschiedene Rabattaktionen war es preislich auch ok. Hier und da war eine Pizza nur noch lauwarm, teilweise schon grenzwertig. Deshalb einen Stern Abzug.

Heute das erste Mal im Laden bestelt sehr freundliches Personal ich komme gerne öfters Persönlich in den Läden an Stelle immer zu bestellen 🤗

Super liebe Bedienung. Die Pizza (Schinken Ananas) war super nicht so fett triefend wie manch eine andere Pizza. Tiramisu aus eigener Herstellung "fantastisch". Ich hatte kaum Wartezeit. Immer wieder gerne. Leider kein Foto der Hunger war größer ;)

Ich kenne noch Joey's, da war die Qualität sehr viel besser. Seitdem ist es immer weniger Genuss, und tut immer mehr weh im Portemonnaie. Pizza wird schnell trocken und kalt. Wenig Pizzabelag. Wir hatten die Vegayaki (neu) und Athena. Und die Pizzabrötchen hatten kaum Füllung, da hätten wir auch die ungefüllten nehmen können. Es hatte eigentlich Spinat-Feta und Knobl-Mozz sein sollen. Positiv: Salat ist immer frisch und die Schachtel gut gefüllt, Lieferung geht immer schnell. Viel Veganes, außer bei Dressings/Dips.

Wir hatten die Hoffnung schon aufgegeben, da die Bestellung von Dominos nicht bestätigt wurde und trotz einiger Versuche keine der beiden Filialen telefonisch erreichbar waren. Als dann wie ein Wunder doch nach ca. 40 Minuten unsere beiden Pizzen ankamen leider die herbe Enttäuschung: Die Pizza ist überhaupt nicht durchgebacken und richtig teigig! Hier werden wir sicher nicht mehr bestellen. Die Jalapeno-Snack-Bites waren lecker.

Hatte früher sehr oft bei Joeys bestellt...da fand ich die Pizza noch gut.. Seit es Dominos ist bin ich nicht zufrieden. Hab gerade mal wieder eine Pizza bestellt nach langer Zeit. Sie war lau warm der Teig schmeckt überhaupt nicht und sehr trocken das ganze.... Hatte auch gleich angerufen. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und die Kritik angenommen ....

Süsser kleiner Laden, bei dem die Parkplätze genau vor der Tür sind. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, die Zubereitung erfolgt schnell, der Laden ist sauber und die Preise sind günstig. Alles in allem - sehr gut.

Bestens zufrieden mit der Lieferung Cinemon bread wurde verbessert und war heute top gebacken, schön fluffig innen und perfekt kross außen. Danke an die/den Bäcker und Probs an den Laden, geht immer sau schnell und die Lieferanten sind auch sympathisch
