Das M1 ist eine super Location, ein "Muss" wenn man in Schliersee ist. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Das Ambiente ist modern und doch urgemütlich. Das Personal ist nicht zu toppen, freundlich und sehr aufmerksam, man fühlt sich von der ersten Sekunde an herzlich Willkommen. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, Geschmack, Zutaten, Gewürze, die ganze Komposition der Gerichte ausgezeichnet ebenso die Getränke vom Wein bis zum Cocktail. Man merkt im ganzen Team steckt viel Leidenschaft. Junge Menschen, die eine unheimliche Freude an ihrer Arbeit haben. Das M1 können wir wärmstens empfehlen.

Unfortunately, this hut was closed every time I was there. That's not a bad thing at first because there is refrigerator operation there. This means you can take drinks from the fridge and (hopefully) put your money in the till! The advantage in contrast to managed huts is that I usually sit alone and can enjoy the peace and quiet 😊 However, I would of course like to be there on the barbecue days. From what I've read in other reviews, it should be pretty great 😊 Nevertheless, whether open or closed, I always enjoy coming here ❤️

Cozy, living room vibes, delicious food and drinks

The place is great in nice weather. The terrace is fantastic. But that's all my praise. For the location, out of the way in Neuhaus, the value for money isn't right at all. The food is well prepared, but the pricing is way over-ambitious. I'll either stay in Munich or the surrounding area or go to a Bavarian restaurant. I won't be going there for dinner again. Maybe a cocktail in nice weather, although there's a better place for whiskey and cake a few meters away. We'll see, the Alperie Talstation in Munich seems more authentic than the Alperie in Neuhaus, and the owners have adjusted their prices to suit Munich. The Alperie in Neuhaus is suitable for outdoor celebrations for those who want to spend a lot of money.

Found it by chance 🤭 Very delicious food 😋 with super friendly hosts 👌🏻 and a lovely atmosphere... rustic, really. The only thing is, they don't accept credit cards yet, which wasn't easy for us 😉 but otherwise, we'd be happy to come back and best wishes from the bikers 🏍️

The alpine pasture is closed in winter, but it is still a nice place to take a break. In summer there is a small selection of delicious food at fair prices. The atmosphere is always very pleasant.

Were there for the decision party. Unfortunately, the Schlierseers missed the chance and the new hotel had no future.

Even though the restaurant was full, the friendly waitress found a seat for us. The food was delicious, and the gentleman who served us was very kind and attentive. Highly recommended.

Auch wenn es mir schwerfällt, weil es wirklich gut schmeckt: Man wird hier als Gast super, super schlecht behandelt. Manuel - so heißt der bayrisch sprechende Kellner - ist zwar ein super netter Kellner - aber Flexibilität & Servicegedanke haben hier keinen Platz. Spontane Tischreservierungen sind absolut ausgeschlossen. Selbst wenn man einen freien Tisch sieht, darf man diesen nicht einnehmen. Selbst wenn man reservieren will, bekommt man in 80% der Fälle keinen Tisch. Man kann nur bar bezahlen. Die Küche ist immer nur von 11.00 bis 14.00 Uhr geöffnet - dann wieder ab 17.00 Uhr. Wenn man einen Tisch für 19.00 Uhr reservieren will, wird einem gesagt, dass das nicht geht, weil die Küche schon um 19.30 Uhr schließt. Es ist wirklich schade, aber man wird hier leider verdammt unverschämt und engstirnig behandelt. Und ich war - weil ich eigentlich immer wenigstens eine zweite Chance geben will - schon einige Male dort und wollte mich wieder einlassen. Leider wirklich jedes Mal eine totale Enttäuschung. ....

Super quaint and cozy, very tasty

The restaurant is located within the Karma Bavaria resort and stands out for its clean, well-kept environment and extremely kind staff. This was our second visit, driven by the excellent experience we had the first time. This time, we chose the 9-course tasting menu (€45 p.p excluding drinks) and, once again, we were very satisfied. Among the dishes I enjoyed the most: Cappelletti with ricotta and spinach in lemon butter sauce: pleasing an Italian abroad with pasta is no easy task, but this dish did it perfectly ;) German Veal with glazed carrots, sweet potato purée, and rosemary sauce: at first, I thought it might be too sweet for my taste, but its balance of flavors won me over, leaving me wanting another bite. Double Smoked Fish: incredible—I would come back every day just for this dish! The only criticism I have is about the Citrus Break (fresh lime gel, grilled orange, frozen grapefruit, and lemon granita). While it was refreshing and great for cleansing the palate before dessert, I didn’t see the grilled orange, and granita is a different story. Overall, this is a restaurant I would highly recommend, and I would gladly return.

The mediocre, meat-heavy food at our 4 star hotel prompted us to find a culinary alternative in the Spitzingsee area... The above-average positive comments led us to “O sole mio”, where I ate the best spaghetti aglio olio in a long time! There's definitely someone in the kitchen who wants to cook with passion... The cozy atmosphere in the trattoria located at the Neuhaus tennis court, the friendly service and the absolutely reasonable prices for the great quality of the food prompted me to immediately give this review... Absolute recommendation!
