Very tasty food, friendly service. Everything happened very quickly. Even though we didn't have a reservation, we were assigned a spot.

A very nice Bavarian restaurant with very good food and very friendly service

Roast pork with dumplings was great, as was the creme brulee. Waiter very nice. Were very satisfied.

We had various meals after a long walk. The terrace outside is inviting and the service was super friendly. The cheese spaetzle was very tasty as were the fries. The quality was really very good.

I cannot understand the complaints of some of the previous speakers and I wonder whether they would still be upset about the non-compliance with the unspeakable C restrictions. Nobody wore a mask, no people asked for spray passes and everyone was too happy. We felt very comfortable. The food was excellent and the service was quick and very friendly. I would recommend making a reservation as this restaurant is very busy. We would come back at any time.

Nice restaurant with a good menu. The food was very tasty! “Our” waiter was also very nice and quick. 1 star deducted because we wanted to come in with a stroller the day before, but there was/was no room for it.

Unfortunately unsuitable for allergy sufferers. We asked in advance whether the combination of gluten-free and meat-free dishes was possible. However, the fish (salmon, cod, shrimp) came floured, without any labeling on the menu. We were only later informed about a separate allergy card. When attempting to return the fish, the owner was loud and uncooperative. He wanted to include regulars in the discussion, which made them very uncomfortable. Some then apologized to us for the owner's behavior because he verbally attacked my husband and shouted throughout the restaurant and completely ignored me. He didn't respond to my repeated requests to bring the bill. I have never experienced such behavior before. In addition, the restaurant was fully occupied. We sat at the back next to the door to the beer garden. A regular pointed out to us that we had to go out the front because the door was locked, even though it was also the emergency exit. We were all extremely amazed.

The Ratskeller is definitely a recommendation for roast pork and beer. However, completely unsuitable for allergy sufferers! No labeling on the menu, no indication of an allergy menu, even though we asked for gluten-free options right at the beginning, the grilled fish came floured. When we asked, the boss told us that he probably didn't take the topic all that seriously. Original sound: “The fish comes to him as it comes...!”. It's actually a shame and not safe in an emergency!

Apparently we had had a bad day. Arrived on Thursday evening at 5 p.m. without a reservation and was grumpily assigned a seat. The waiter was quite listless and sometimes grumpy since we had “only” ordered a main course. Food was ok but nothing special, and unfortunately the veal schnitzel was very small, probably 200g. No side salad included; for 30 euros... we have never paid in the entire Alpine region. The ambience was nice and the four and the schnapps were good. Like I said... Maybe we had a bad day? But that shouldn't happen with this dish, which is why we only give it 3 stars

Restaurant das mit Getränken und Bier Spezialitäten und hervorragenden Essen überzeugt. Viel wichtiger jedoch allein das reinkommen überzeugt . Freundliche Empfang sehr warme willkommene Athmosphäre. Schlicht klein aber nicht beengend. Ein Kellner der höflich Aufmerksam und Spaß versteht ( tausend Dank) . Die Ambiente sehr angenehm. Kleine Räume besteckte Plätzchen und saubere Toiletten! Ein Auswahl von Getränken der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Von Alkoholfrei über BierGenuss bis hin zu Weinspezialitäten alles dabei. Die Speisekarte übersichtlich und gut zusammengestellt , Portionen hervorragend . Außerdem Spezialitäten des Tages / der Woche diesmal Wild . Fleisch und Gerichte von ausgezeichneten Qualität , Präsentation sehr gut passend zum Brauhaus. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei klein groß wenig mehr deftig außergewöhnlich einfach besonderes.Herrlich. Der Kellner sehr aufmerksam alle Gerichte werden zusammen gebracht, wird wegen Getränke , Nachspeise Kaffee erkundigt. Einzig allein eine Anmerkung - das Brot muss anderes werden. Ich bin sicher dass Schliersee ein hervorragende Bäcker hat oder die Albert Link Hütte - um das Brot auch auf gutem Niveau anzubieten. Unseres war leider Supermarkt / Mischbrot Niveau hässlich. Eine schönes Bauern rot mit resche Kruste Sauerteig wäre bessere Alternative. Aber das war auch das einzige!! Ich danke dass ich bei euch Gast sein durfte! Weiter so !!!

This is fantastic!!! This is 10 stars!!! The menu is large and varied, the service is fast, the food is mega-delicious!!! The staff is mega-kind, it’s like visiting relatives. And what is the interior of the restaurant!!!! It could more than be a museum... Cool, I'm delighted!!!

Brauhausatmosphäre vom feinsten. Dazu eine abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte und eine sehr gute Qualität. Wir haben einiges probiert und alles war sehr schmackhaft. Vielen Dank für den sehr netten Service, immer einen lockeren Spruch auf Lager und Zeit für die Gäste. Von uns habt ihr eine Top Empfehlung! Macht weiter so.

After our civil wedding, we went to Ratskeller Schliersee with our guests for snacks & co and were thrilled! Great service, very tasty food, nice ambience and great communication and arrangements in advance. We can only recommend it!

Goulash and jelly were eaten, the goulash meat was very stringy and tough, the rind on the two slices of jelly meat was tough and inedible. Too bad I was disappointed. The beer was excellent.

Nice, large restaurant with a good menu and tasty food. The service is quick and friendly, and the waiting times for both a seat and the food are pleasantly short. Food quite tasty, but perhaps slightly overpriced. I found the table I was sitting at very disturbing, where two people should have been sitting next to each other, but the strange placement of the table legs made that impossible.

I can highly recommend the Ratskeller Schliersee. The reservation request by email for a birthday party was responded to quickly and friendly and a table was set up in a quiet corner with beautiful table decorations. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We'd love to come back!

Went last August… I ordered a Roasted Pork that was very tasty… The place was undoubtedly nice but there were some wasps flying around and I was a little bit scared.

We actually wanted to stop here relaxed at 3 p.m. There were maybe 8 people outside in the beer garden, but after we were very rudely ignored by the landlord, we quickly lost our appetite. We then moved on to another restaurant.

We asked for a table for 2 this evening at 7:15pm. The beer garden was well attended, but many tables still had free seats or no reservation signs. We were turned away with the words “I have no room for you”. Not a word of regret or explanation. Well then not. Now we are in the “Xaver” in Terofal, almost the same table situation, but the waitress tried very hard to give us a seat, which we gratefully accepted.

We visited Ratskeller Schliersee with family and friends for lunch. The place has a charming, traditional Bavarian vibe with rustic wooden furniture and historical pictures and art decor from the area. The service was spot-on, making the experience enjoyable. However, the food was just okay and didn’t quite meet our expectations—none of the dishes, from the Schnitzel to the Käsespätzle or Rahm-Schwammerl, really stood out. It's unfortunate, given the good location and atmosphere. Top marks, though, for the draft Augustiner beer!

Warm welcome, super friendly service, rustic Bavarian atmosphere. You immediately feel at home here. A freshly tapped, delicious Augustiner. Bright and super tasty food. Everything was really great! We had roast pork with a wonderful sauce (there is no heating), potato dumplings and coleslaw. Baked chicken with fried potatoes and once with spaetzle. Everything was really delicious. We'll definitely be back! Keep it up!

Absolutely recommendable restaurant with a great dining room, very courteous and quick service and really very good food. We can particularly recommend the roast beef and the burger - the town hall fries and fried potatoes are a poem! Portions are more than sufficient.

So I can only say one thing. Go there yourself and try it out. The food was awesome. The waitresses were very friendly and quick. The ambience is simply brilliant. We'll be back.

We were there for dinner. It was on a weekend. We sat inside. The person who served us was a gentleman about 40 years old, quite tall and very strongly built and he wasn't particularly friendly. Next to him - upstairs - a gentleman about 60 years old with gray hair was working and he was very polite, we already knew him from the beer garden. We had to ask several times for the waiter to come to the table to take the order. He was often seen sitting in the corner near the kitchen eating. The soup came relatively quickly and was very tasty. You had to wait a long time for meatballs and it was too salty. When paying, the waiter didn't even ask if it was tasty. You could better spend your dinner money elsewhere

Super friendly service, cozy atmosphere and very good cuisine. You can say two Michelin star burgers. And I ordered "rare" and got "rare". Maybe for the first time in two years in all of Germany. I appreciate that a lot. Obazda was also very tasty. I think it has a bit of blue cheese added to it and the result is incomparable. 🤤 Congratulations to the crew and customers!

Beautiful beer garden - very friendly and attentive staff, who keep an overview even when it's busy and have fun on their faces. The food - there is something for everyone on the menu and the food tastes and looks very, very good. Will definitely come back.

The food is quite tasty, the menu is typical Bavarian. Prices are fair and the terrace is wonderful in warm days. There's over 10 types of beer on the menu. Mind that the kitchen closes at 9 PM, even in the summer and on weekends, which detracts from a relaxed experience.

One of the best places in Schliersee to go: good atmosphere inside and outside, food is excellent and the staff very efficient, always have a smile on their face and look after you. Food is fresh, lovingly made and represents the typical Bavarian cuisine. Make sure to go and also walk up to the beautiful little church which is located in the hills above the restaurant.

Went to the Ratskeller today. The food is top, the service is top. It's better to reserve a table in advance. Today we had 2x burgers and 1x fresh tartare. Price performance is great. For nothing, there is a point to be deducted.

We had dinner in the Ratskeller beer garden on the evening of July 19, 2024. We had onion roast and veal schnitzel. The food and also the beer were very tasty. The waiter (Barzi) was very accommodating and pleasantly entertaining. It was an all-round successful evening in which we ended the day full and satisfied. We'd love to come back!
