Vorweg. Wir sind jetzt das sechste Mal über die Jahre dort gewesen und haben noch nie schlecht bewertet, da wir wissen wie schwer das Business in diesen Zeiten ist. Aber die Zeiten sind für uns alle schwer und essen gehen ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr .Das Essen war absolut okay und da gibt es keine Kritik. Aber aufgrund der eigenartigen Stimmung, die dort ständig herrscht, fühlt man sich als Gast schlicht nicht wohl. Man hat immer das Gefühl, lästig zu sein und zu stören. Weder ein freundliches Hallo und schon gar keine Verabschiedung, eine ständig gehetzt und genervt wirkende Chefin, dass ist irgendwie komisch und schade. Gäste die nach einem Tisch fragen, werden teils mitten im Laden behandelt wie Schulkinder und wieder schroff heim geschickt. Ich weiss nicht und hoffe, dass wird wieder besser. Ich wünsche es dem Lokal..

The food was very tasty and the portions were large enough that we were even able to take some home with us. The service was very friendly. Special requests were also taken into account. 🥗 A special plus point: the Italian radio in the background made you feel like you were in Italy 🇮🇹 We would be happy to come back on our next visit to Bad Reichenhall.

After a long time we went here again for a steak dinner and didn't regret it. As always, the restaurant was fine, the owner and the service were very attentive and we ordered a classic rump steak with fried potatoes and a fillet steak with baked potatoes. The steaks are medium to perfection, tender to the bite, delicately seasoned and a delight for the palate. We were thrilled with this food, the beautiful ambience and the great service. The price is absolutely fair! Thanks!

We can't rate the rooms because we were only there for dinner.

I chose it after searching on Google Maps because of its good reviews. The view from the front of the restaurant building was pretty, and it looked like a good restaurant because there were a lot of customers. My child really wanted to eat seafood, so we ordered grilled seafood for two and grilled octopus. My whole family was satisfied. It was fresh and delicious. The seasoning was just right. I liked that it wasn't salty.

Definitely worth a trip! Good food, nice service, beautiful view and starting point for beautiful walks. In the summer there is also a fantastic swimming lake!

That was a unique experience. The beer garden was certainly nice. Unfortunately everything is dirty (we would still understand the leaves etc. from the trees). If you sit for a longer period of time and look around, you'll notice a few things: dirty chairs, a glass that's rolled under a chair, paper, etc. At least the pillows are big, comfortable and warm. We put our hope in the well-rated cuisine. First we get our tickets. Drinks are not asked for. We notice that we have different weekly menus. After asking, mine is the current one. The waitress wants to bring us another one. We say she doesn't need this. She comes by twice more and announces the next card, which we say again that we don't need it ("yes, yes, I'll bring it to you"). The card is put down again as you pass. We wait and can then order. By the way, the map on the internet is also not up to date. The beer therefore costs €4.10. In fact it costs €4.50. We chose "homemade asparagus cream soup with cream topping" and schnitzel with asparagus and hollandaise sauce with fries instead of potatoes. The schnitzel and the fries were good, the sauce was a ready-made product, the cream of asparagus soup had no cream topping but was very over-seasoned with croutons (some of which had been in the soup for a long time), so that at first I wasn't actually sure whether it was asparagus or cauliflower (from the other weekly menu). Instead of nothing or pieces of asparagus, which I would have expected in a cream of asparagus soup, there are plenty of husks in the soup. In the end I give up because it felt like there was only “insert” left in it. (Yes, ok, cream of asparagus soup is often made from asparagus peels, but they should be removed before serving). Once, as we were passing by, the waitress asked if everything was okay, but apparently wasn't interested in an answer. The beer we ordered came very quickly. When it was cleared away, she asked again if everything was ok. I then said. "Well, that's how it went. I've never had so many husks in the soup before" and pointed to the woody threads that had been sorted out. The waitress immediately took two steps back and asked: “What is that supposed to be”?  My husband: The fibers from the asparagus. The waitress took two more steps back and said, slightly indignantly: "Yes, ok. I'll let the kitchen know." We then wanted to pay. The waitress was quickly back at the table with the bill and grumbled at me that I could have said that beforehand and then I would have gotten a new soup. I replied that I didn't want that. She then looked at me, yes, but I still should have said that beforehand, then I would have gotten something else. "Yes, but I wouldn't have wanted that either after I lost my appetite." In terms of content, it is true: If I had wanted something different, I could have contacted you beforehand. After the waitress actually stood at our table while we were clearing and asked again if everything was ok, I decided to say what wasn't ok for me. Reprimanding the guest for the fact that this feedback was requested but came at the wrong time is not possible - and certainly not in that tone! If you don't want the answer or you don't know how to deal with negative feedback, you can save yourself the question of whether everything was ok. If you had wanted to serve something instead for the inconvenience, that would still have been possible now: How about, for example? B. with a coffee or schnapps? It would be important to me to get feedback from the kitchen and, at best, an apology or feedback from the kitchen about what might have gone wrong, because honestly: who likes woody asparagus fibers in their soup? If I had previously given two or three stars, after this rebuke, which was completely out of tone, there is only one star left.

Very tidy, clean room, friendly welcome and they made me something to eat late. The location is great, right on the Staufen Bridge with hiking trails. Ideal with a dog. I would go back at any time!

Hello. Dear owner Ms. Elfete Hisenaj, The owners of the restaurant are from Kosovo near Prizren, not Italian! It's not a problem in itself if you can cook Italian well then it's ok. Elefete trained as a restaurant specialist and knows a lot about gastronomy. Maybe the owner will cook something for me and my wife? Byrek would be really cool! Best Byrek with spinach.😋😋 I have a private matter going on with the sister of the restaurant owner! Mrs. Luljeta Hisenaj (sister) of the owner accused me of crimes that I was said to have committed. Eg. It started on the Christmas holidays with her, it happened 7 times and she saw me driving away in the car at least 2 times. A provable lie, because I was in Kosovo with my wife and car during that time and everything can be proven. And it becomes difficult when you are around 1000 kilometers away in Kosovo and have nowhere to meet people in person in Germany. Then I wonder what did Luljeta see flying spaceships??? Saucers?🤔 My car is an SUV, I find it difficult to understand given its size. Luljeta claimed in 2012/2013 that I had threatened and harassed a girl, which was also investigated and discovered by the police. There is no such crime against me in the police department and it is not true what she claims is a lie!!!!!!! I can prove it!!!!!!!!!!!! Ms. Luljeta accused me of other actions that were not true. Don't want to list them all here. What does that have to do with here? Some things I have, despite evidence that she lied, I am no longer allowed to go to the pizzeria (indefinitely). Well, there are enough other good and fine upscale restaurants all over the world and far away! What was I doing in this pizzeria?? What's all this about? Some of the actions that Ms. Luljeta Hisenaj accused me of were over 10 years old. As written in the chat in 2012.so please! I haven't had a meal with you yet or other gastro service but it's good. I have evidence that Ms. Luljeta Hisenaj lied in statements, and I also filed a defamation complaint against her with a criminal complaint and pointed out that not everything that Ms. Luljeta alleged against me was true. This is currently at the Traunstein public prosecutor’s office. Maybe we can work this out so you can talk to me and you know where my home is. I would be interested to hear what you say about it.
