It's honestly the best Italian restaurant I've visited apart from a vacation in Rome. The restaurant is a bit hidden, but still a REAL SECRET TIP! If you want to eat the perfect carbonara or stone oven pizza, you've come to the right place! Would give more stars if possible!

Extremely good food, ambience and service. Definitely the right address if you are looking for an Italian restaurant that stands out.

We were looking forward to a table on the terrace just in time for the opening time at 5:30 p.m., but were visibly annoyed and given the choice: either to leave again or to take a seat inside. The reason for this was that the terrace had not yet been prepared. Driven by hunger, we took a seat inside and were given further rude information that there was no thought of eating before 6 p.m. - for whatever reason. We swallowed that too and thought we would get through the half hour with a nice beer. As soon as the beer was ordered, we were informed that card payment was not possible. We were told whether we wanted to stay or go was our decision. Since the tone was again rude and we didn't have any cash with us anyway, we decided to leave straight away and leave the restaurant to the tourists. Despite being close to home, we won't see the restaurant again. One star for the central, beautiful location and one star for the fact that we had eaten well here in the past.

So far we have been regular customers and loved the delicious pizzas, until the last time, when we were treated so unprofessionally and unfriendlyly upon arrival, with the caption: "We don't need anything like you here, so we left the restaurant voluntarily." I've already experienced a lot, but unfortunately that was the most negative highlight... It's a shame... because up until now it had worked out for us

A nice, somewhat hidden pizzeria. When we (2 people) got there, the pizzeria was moderately busy. Nevertheless, the service already made a stressed impression. We got our drinks quickly, but unfortunately had to wait a little longer than an hour for our ordered food. The tuna pizza we ordered was perfect and really tasty. The salami pizza was ok. The salad with turkey breast strips you ordered is a matter of taste Overall ok, but the tone of the waitress towards the customers is often inappropriate and unfortunately the waiting time is too! Waiting times too long (expect over 1 hour here) even though we were alone, unfriendly service, the food was good, the wines are not good. No feeling of welcome. You can go, but you don't have to.

Hello, unfortunately I can only give 4 stars. Food was excellent and extremely tasty, only good ingredients and tasted great!!! So you definitely have to eat there, but make sure you have time! Eating out should be relaxed anyway. Restaurant very busy, a lot of food goes out, so waiting times are understandable. But what I personally didn't like was the way complaints were handled, whether justified or not! Tip to the boss, even if you deliver very good quality, you shouldn't be so arrogant about guests who complain about something! Furthermore, there were many arguments between the staff, which were loudly discussed, something like that shouldn't happen in front of the guests!! Just a tip! But excellent cuisine 😋

The food is very good, pizza and salad are great...unfortunately the waiting time is extremely long...almost 1.5 hours. The service is okay. If someone comes to eat here, you have to take a lot of time and patience when ordering food.

We had to wait about 15-20 minutes just for the drinks and about an hour for the food. The waitress was rude. When we asked her how long we would have to wait for our order, she made a face like someone had said something rude. Then we heard that this is not fast food and why are we even complaining 🙈. In short, the food is OK but the service is terrible. If you're not willing to wait more than an hour for your pizza, you can find a more pleasant place.

The visit to this restaurant was an absolute disaster. After waiting for over an hour, I was insulted as arrogant by the boss just because I asked about my food. When the food finally came, I found a hair in my mouth. Also, the carbonara was made with cream. An incredibly outrageous and disgusting experience. Stay away from this store!

Very nice and attentive service. We all ate pizza. These were super super delicious! I would give more than just 5 stars for that. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for dessert and they didn't have any vanilla ice cream in the house for the children. Otherwise, thumbs up!!

Very tasty food, nice atmosphere and very nice service. Pizza can only be recommended (in my opinion the best pizza I have ever eaten). One thing is that the dessert takes a long time and we therefore had to wait a long time, that's not the case so tasty, but otherwise everything is nice and in a good place where you can represent the two after eating, all in all great and you have to have this on your food list if you are nearby👌

Absolutely delicious pizzas at reasonable prices. The service is good and you can see the waitresses work very hard, especially in summer when everyone sits outside and they have to run up and down the stairs all the time. We had to wait a little while for our pizza but it was worth it. Unfortunately there was a small mix up with our take away order but we still received delicious pizzas.

The place is a complete joke . We had to wait exactly 2 hours for a pasta soak in oil !! We ordered a campari drink and we like it and we want to order more but the waitress told me they run out of campari 😃😃😃 in an Italian restaurant where the campari drink is on the menu ! Normal situation if the food is 2 hours late the owner usually offers a free dessert or the food was late should be free of charge but nit in this restaurant !!

Rarely in Germany have we eaten such good Italian food. The atmosphere in an old vault next to a church is very pleasant, and the service is very friendly.

In the restaurant we asked for our food after 1 hour 15 minutes. It should then take at least 30 more minutes because a pickup order took priority. We left very hungry and upset. We would rather forego this service in the future.

Super nice restaurant, but waiting times for food - as some others here have already commented, far too long, especially because the restaurant wasn't even half full on Friday evening. When asked how long two pizzas would take, the waitress replied: "Do you think that's too long?" Service looks different! Normal pizzas were extremely spicy, all in all it was incomprehensible. The place used to be better! Won't go there again because as far as service is concerned, the other Italian places nearby are far better!

One of the best Italians in Bad Reichenhall. The restaurant offers a special style of furnishing that you won't see anywhere else. The choice of food doesn't fail here either. The pizzas are particularly recommended here, but fish and meat are also very good. The service is top although sometimes you have to wait a while for your food.

Ich habe zum Zweiten mal Pizzen bestellt, weil wir begeistert von der Pizza waren. Ich habe wieder lange gewartet. Ich rief um 18 uhr an, war um 19 Uhr da und bekam die Pizzen um 19.25Uhr. Zu Hause sah ich das auf meiner Pizza kein Rucula drauf war :( Sehr schade!! Langes warten und dann fehlte auch noch was!

Very nice atmosphere and cozy but far too narrow and therefore just hectic in the front area. Door open, door closed. Pick up, order… Waiting time in the restaurant is way too long. The pepperoni on the pizza was horrible! Totally stinks. Otherwise the quality of the other dishes was good.

I ate a very delicious pizza. The place was pleasant and cozy. Perhaps it is a little dark (it was overcast), which is also due to the few places with windows. So the table next to the entrance seemed the best (however, future guests passed by us).

Nach unserer Beschwerde über eine teilweise verkohlte Pizza hat uns der Wirt des Lokals verwiesen. Auch die Bedienung war nicht sonderlich freundlich. Soetwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Wenn man im Gastgewerbe arbeitet sollte man mit Kritik von Kunden professionell umgehen können. Die werden uns nie wieder sehen.

Cozze mit Foccaccia 🤤. Immer wieder gerne hier. Einfach lecker.

Wir waren vor Kurzem das erste Mal hier und es war gut was los. Am Wochenende ist eine Reservierung also Pflicht. Bestellt haben wir dann 2 Austern als Vorspeise und Pizza Prosciutto und Calamari vom Grill als Hauptgerichte. Die Austern waren super frisch und kurz danach kamen die Hauptgerichte, die gut geschmeckt haben. Den Calamari hätten aber etwas mehr Knoblauch und Salz nicht geschadet. Ich fand sie etwas fad. Das Ambiente hat uns aber sehr gut gefallen. Haben wir so noch nie gesehen mit dem zum Trocknen aufgehängten Tomaten und dem Knoblauch, aber wir fanden das sehr hübsch. Auch der Service war ganz nett, wenn auch etwas unterkühlt. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Abend und wir würden wieder kommen.

Die leckerste Pasta im Universum. Selbst in Italien wird man selten besser essen. Die Wartezeit war überhaupt kein Thema und die Bedienung war super. Gerne würden wir den Koch für uns privat einstellen 😂

Wirklich schade Sehr lange Wartezeit aufs Essen Zu 6 zum essen dagewesen auf 19 Tisch reserviert 15 Minuten später trinken aufgenommen dann erst später das Essen nach dem das Trinken serviert wurde. Die Vorspeise kam dann noch sehr schnell und war auch sehr lecker und mit toller Auswahl. Dann wurde es immer später irgendwann fragten wir dann nach wann die Hauptspeise kommt und wir noch etwas zu trinken haben können. Die erste Pizza kam dann um 20.45 Uhr und das letzte Nudelgericht dann um 21.05 der erste war dann schon mit seinem essen fertig. Essen war wirklich sehr lecker aber diese lange Wartezeit geht leider gahr nicht wenn dann sollte man seine Gäste daraufhin weisen und nicht erst wenn danach gefragt wird

Einfach perfekt, wir waren das erste Mal da und wir würden immer wieder hingehen. Sehr freundlicher Service, die beste Pizza die wir jemals gegessen haben und ein wirklich tolles Ambiente.

Pizza war gut, leider war der Preis deutlich höher als auf der Website angegeben, daher nur 2 Sterne.

Bin aufgrund der guten Bewertungen mit einer Freundin dort hin. Wir hatten beide Pasta bestellt. Obwohl der Laden bei weitem nicht voll war, mussten wir sehr lange auf unser Essen warten. Leute, die nach uns gekommen waren, hatten ihr Essen ziemlich schnell bekommen. Dann bekam meine Freundin ihr Essen, ich musste weiter auf meine Spagetti Carbonara warten. Nachdem ich nachgefragt habe, kamen sie dann auch. Leider war der Speck sehr schwarz und bitter. Als ich das der Bedienung sagte, meinte sie nur, das gehört so. Nachdem wir gezahlt haben, wollte mich der Koch noch sprechen und hat mich sehr unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass der Speck, ersten kein Speck ist, sondern ein italienischer Irgendwas und, dass er zweitens so schwarz sein muss...Er wollte nicht mit sich reden lassen...Bin dann gegangen. Ich bin noch nie so unfreundlich in einem Restaurant behandelt worden. Ich war in keinem Moment unfreundlich oder bin lauter geworden, aber so muss man sich nicht behandeln lassen. Ich kann dieses Restaurant auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

So I am changing to 2 stars for service and recommend owners to visit few other "not McDonalds" restaurants where service is way more faster to learn something

Hier gibt es die beste Pizza in Bad Reichenhall. Nette familiäre Atmosphäre. Lieferservice gibt es leider keinen mehr, wir bestellen trotzdem häufig und holen das Essen dann selbst ab.

Wir haben zur Abholung Pizzen bestellt. Leider stimmen die Preise auf der Internetseite nicht mehr. Zudem mussten wir statt der angekündigten 45 Minuten dann über 1 Stunde auf unsere Pizzen warten. War etwas schade, dafür haben die Klasse Pizzen entschädigt, toller Teig und super Belag. Ambiente vor Ort hat uns auch gefallen.

Beste Pizza weit und breit. Am service könnte bisschen gearbeitet werden aber sonst Top. Die Pizza sowie Nudeln oder andere Gerichte mega lecker und immer gleich bleibend. Nur zu empfehlen.

Great pizza, if you have time to wait and wait and wait. It took a reasonable amount of time to get our drinks and salad. But it took one hour until we got the first of the three main courses we had ordered, a pasta dish. We were told the missing pizzas were on the way. But it took until my wife had finished the pasta, a half hour later until they arrived. The order had gone missing was the explanation then. We then ordered pana cotta and chocolate mouse and waited 30 minutes for this. It only arrived when we told them we wanted to cancel the dessert order and just pay. All the food was good. The pizza dough is fresh, well baked and tasty. All the pizzas we had were baked with just sauce and cheese, then toppings like salami were added cold. Great quality ingredients. Its not my favorite style of pizza, but given this style it was high quality. The desserts were good. House red wine paired really well to pizza. So we recommended this place, if you want pizza and don't mind unpredictable, long waiting times. But it is a pity they do not hire someone that has a bit more organizational talent, as I am sure their guests and staff would be a lot happier.

Das Essen (Pizza und Calamari) war hervorragend, der Fisch nicht trocken oder zäh und die Pizza knusprig und genau richtig belegt! Service war auch sehr gut, es wurde uns leider die falsche Pizza serviert, das wurde sofort korrigiert und schnell die richtige gebracht. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Locale accogliente, con ottimi posti a sedere, menù ricco e completo, le mie esperienze personali in merito a questo locale sono almeno 10...in coppia con amici e con la famiglia, tutte esperienze positivissime, personale simpatico e cordiale, le pietanze tutte eccellenti dagli antipasti ai primi e secondi e alle pizze...tutte cucinate con gusto e si sente che son tutte primizie...vera cucina italiana...secondo me è il miglior posto dove mangiare veramente bene a Bad Reichenhall.

Meer dan heerlijke pizza’s op een gezellig pleintje vlakbij de Alte Saline. Net even buiten de winkelstraat, maar zeer zeker de moeite waard! Klein buitenterras (zou wel reserveren), binnen ben ik niet geweest. Ook gerechten buiten de kaart, die staan op een buitenbord geschreven. Proma kaart, prettig geprijsd, ook salades, vis & vleesgerechten.
