While the food was amazing, the customer service was horrible. The men behind the country spoke to me rudely and treating me like a beggar, asking me to pay first and then look at the menu. They didnt even pack the food properly and just gave me the bag in a dismissive way and told me to do it myself. It's a disappointment because the food is good. I will never visit again, just because of their attitude.

Anders als viele andere Restaurants konzentriert sich dieses Lokal ausschließlich auf Sushi und verwandte Spezialitäten – und das schmeckt man in jeder einzelnen Rolle! Ein absolutes Muss für alle Sushi-Liebhaber! Unbedingt reservieren, denn die Qualität spricht sich herum. Wer es lieber gemütlich zu Hause genießen möchte: Der Take-away-Service funktioniert reibungslos. Seit Jahren Stammkunde. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 12/10 Punkten vergeben – einfach unschlagbar!

Super tasty, great rolls, good meat and super nice guys.

Our second time eating at Hikoo (first time in the L10) and still very impressed on the taste. The spicy gyoza is still the best we ever had, definitely a menu we will continue to order everytime we visit. We also tried the takoyaki, it was soft and delicious. For the ramen, we ordered the tan tan ramen and cheese ramen. Tan tan ramen was my favourite so far and the cheese ramen was deliciously flavourful, especially when added with chilli oil. The taiyaki was filled generously with red beans and was deliciously chewy. The mochi ice cream was also delicious, especially the black sesame mochi ice cream. The yakult yuzu soda was not the greatest. In overall, Hikoo is on top of our favourite ramen place to visit.

10 out of 10! Definitely try it out, something completely different in terms of cuisine, very tasty, very friendly staff! :)

Very nice, cozy atmosphere and very tasty food.

To be honest, I was hoping for more given all the top reviews. Comparatively very small. I was alone inside and service still took a long time at lunchtime. Overall 3.5 stars for 4 stars is not enough

Unfortunately, I'm a little disappointed with our visit to Soul Ceno. Unfortunately, the pinsa was a bit very dry and not like what I'm used to from other places. When it came to drinks, the first drink (which was on the menu, mind you) was no longer available. The second cocktail could not be made as there were only two cups of cream and they were said to have expired. It's better to keep your drinks menu small and always have everything there. But the restaurant itself is beautifully done.

The pizza was great, the flair and ambience were great. One service worker probably had a bad day, but the other two were more cheerful

This is the place where you can get the best vegan kebab I've ever eaten! We'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to everyone!

I wouldn't recommend. The service was good and the food came very, very quickly but the food itself was really anything but good. The noodles were completely overcooked and small pieces. The imitation duck was very weak and I personally couldn't have eaten my friend's glass noodles. They feel like you're chewing on gummy bears. Unfortunately a total flop.

Delicious Were really very satisfied. Had a starter, main course and dessert and everything was great. Highly recommended!!!

I came to Manheim for business trip. Came here for a Phó, the restaurant has WiFi but the waiter refused me to use WiFi when I had something emergency to write. Then, I also didn’t know they don’t accept card payment. ( restaurant like this size no card payment?!) I said okay I will get some cash crossed street. The waiter then offer for PayPal method: „friends and family“ of course. I don’t know where the receiver’s account is at, but PayPal charged me €4+ for a €21.50 bill. That’s 20%!! I hope this waiter didn’t realise the situation before otherwise I am going to report them for tax avoidance. I would be more than happy to be informed about the fee before hand, rather than paying 4€ that I’m not aware of. I was in a rush to catch my train. Anyway, really bad experience! Not recommended!
