Familiar, cozy atmosphere, good French cuisine (sauces!!!), fair prices

The Heising family's service concept is now set at zero. There was no response to a reservation request via email. I had to inquire by phone after five days, only to receive the answer that the restaurant was being used for a private event on the date I wanted and that they only gave positive answers. Wh. You are now too “tired” to give the customer short feedback and apparently prefer to leave them out in the rain without an answer! When I asked incredulously whether I had understood correctly that if the restaurant was full you simply would not receive an answer, I was only briefly answered in the affirmative. We have fond memories of the Heising restaurant. We even spent New Year's Eve there. But now the time has come for me to turn our backs on this company and recommend that the lady take a well-deserved retirement, then she wouldn't even have to use the telephone anymore, let alone respond to emails.

As always: a real treat. Food, wine, staff: simply top!!!!!

We visited the restaurant twice and were impressed both times. We would particularly like to highlight the bouillabaisse and the lightly seared steak tartare. We also had a fantastic crémant. All of this was accompanied by a very friendly, never aloof service. We felt very comfortable!
