Ordered there for the last time today. Ordered via Uber Eats. After waiting for 1.5 hours, Uber Eats calls me and says the delivery driver couldn't find the doorbell and we should call the restaurant. The restaurant is unavailable for another 15 minutes, then I get a very rude call back, basically claiming it's our fault, even though our cell phone number and the correct name on the doorbell were left when we ordered. In the end, they just hang up. I've never experienced anything like it. Terrible customer service. A real shame!

The company refuses to take back the returnable bottles it has issued, even though it is obliged to do so, presumably in order to make more profit. A clear violation of the packaging law. I was referred to the boss, who wanted to clarify the matter personally. After a long wait, I realized that this boss will never come...

The bread here is fantastic and the service is top notch.

Unfortunately the fitness breakfast has been abolished. It's a real shame and incomprehensible to me, as a vegan bread breakfast is no longer possible. Only the vegan bowl remains on the menu. Please reconsider offering a vegan breakfast again. Otherwise you will find friendly staff in a nice and centrally located restaurant. I like the atmosphere.

The most indifferent thing someone can eat didn't taste good and the guy who made the burger put the ingredients in, half of them fell out of his hand, he ate them, then he dipped his hand in the next ingredients and put them in. The bun was too hard, I make burgers at my house that if he eats, he will pay 10 times more for this disappointing price and quality, I'm sorry, I won't answer 🤯

Everything is great so far, but if you order with the app and enter the new glasses (which are still there) and the app accepts it but then gets told there are no more, that's really shit....... Because if I get a confirmation after sending the order that the existing ones are there, they should be there too.

Never there again! Was there with my child in the middle of the day. Apart from us there was only one other mother and child there. As it happens, the children became friends and played together. This is how time passed. I didn't think anything else of it. In between we also got food again and were there for 2 hours. And I also suddenly received mail this week and now I have to pay a fine of 35 euros because I exceeded the maximum parking time for 38 minutes. Of course I wrote to the company responsible and explained everything. These show no goodwill. That was definitely the last visit there for us and probably the last one at McDonalds.

It feels like 10 people are running back and forth and you ask yourself, who of them is working? And you can't eat it either, these limp and tasteless rolls dissolve into 10 pieces with the first bite...
