Unused kebab skewers are reused here the following day. This is FORBIDDEN according to food hygiene regulations!! I will therefore report this to the food authorities.

I've been going to this kebab man for two months and he makes the best kebab in Malstatt next to Damar, he's one of the top shops and I'm his regular customer and whenever I always want kebab, no matter if it's a kebab plate or something else, I go to him.

We ordered on a normal weekday and the delivery time was almost 2 hours. In my opinion that is far too long and completely inappropriate since we live 2 kilometers away as the crow flies. We definitely won't be ordering from here again, the store is absolutely not worth recommending!

A must-try. The doner kebab was fresh and juicy, and the bread was delicious. The prices are very reasonable, and everything tastes good.

I'm actually not a person who leaves reviews on Google, but I finally have to say something now. Out of 5 visits to Burgerking, I was flirted with by the drive-in staff on 4 of them, but then they didn't take no for an answer and became very disgusting. I come here to order my food in peace and then drive. It would be cool if it stayed that way and I didn't have to think beforehand about whether I wanted to eat it or drive to McDonald's.

This restaurant is super bad because, the food takes a long time. We have it 1 hour.Broooooooo

I was at Burger King last night and had a beer bottle with me, unaware that it was a problem. An employee (presumably of Indian origin) approached me very rudely and silently slammed a cup on my table. He didn't respond at all to my request to be more polite. Luckily, another employee (presumably of Arab origin) came along, remained calm, brought me a new cup with a straw, and calmed the situation down. I also recognize the rude employee from the Christmas market there; he sold me a water bottle for €5, which, in retrospect, seems like a rip-off to me. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. If nothing changes, I won't recommend the branch to anyone else and won't visit it again. ****I only mention the origin here so that the employees in question can be better identified on site, not for any negative reason. I myself have a different origin and mean this in an entirely neutral way.

Is everything okay? That used to be a really good BK branch with really good hot burgers and fresh burgers. But for about a year now, things have really left a lot to be desired. But actually it started since BK only offered these boring specials, almost always the same thing. Nevertheless, the branch has really deteriorated. At first the burgers arrived significantly slower for me as a customer. Well, you have to prepare them fresh for me because of an allergy, but it's always been that way. I only get incorrect orders, either the cheese is missing or something else is wrong. Since I unfortunately only notice this when I get home, because I actually hope that the burger is the way I want it and I don't bite into it on the way, but just check briefly to see if everything is included, it's really bad. Sometimes it contains exactly what I ordered, sometimes it's the wrong burger in the wrong packaging, sometimes everything is really cold (I live 5 minutes away), sometimes something is mixed up. It's also often the case that "newer" staff are really unfriendly, sometimes sit on your ears in the drive-thru and are really slow. That's a real shame because the branch was really great. You got fresh, hot burgers, fries were great, drive-thru was also good and there were rarely any mistakes. Maybe it will happen again, but for now I'm sticking with my pretty poor rating. There's a lot of room for improvement and it's also become expensive for quite poor quality.

We go to McDonald's every now and then and have been happy so far.
