I absolutely cannot recommend the pizza. I'm not even able to give constructive criticism. It just didn't fit at all. The dough was like rubber and hardly edible. The surface at least gave a little hope. But to be edible the entire pizza should have been less dry. The spices were more annoying than you could taste anything. It was like having a mouth full of dried leaves. Ordered several pizzas and kebabs. In order to get a good rating from me, something fundamental would have to change here. Very unfortunate.

On the first visit I was there with my friend, my colleague. The skewer looked good, but there was leftover meat at the bottom that didn't seem fresh. I specifically asked for fresh meat straight from the spit. I don't care if the meat comes from the same spit, but if I pay and ask for fresh food, that's what I want - and I don't want to be given leftovers that were already chopped into small pieces. This incident was made by an employee. The second time I didn't really want to go, but I was nearby and my friend was hungry. This time the owner took my order and I noticed again that he seemed grumpy. I then felt ripped off because as a paying customer I expect not to be looked at grumpily and treated with a listless attitude when I order. It's about being treated with respect as a customer in a store, and that's just how it is in the restaurant industry and every other industry. I am also self-employed and know how important it is to show empathy and commitment to customers, even when you work long hours or are tired. The food wasn't bad, but the overall package makes it. My colleague and I won't go there anymore. Anyone can try it out, but for us it's only 3 stars, two stars deducted.

It's just fast food. A quick alternative "on the go." The staff is friendly, but that doesn't save the fast-food feel. Although McD has developed well over the years (I was a kid when the first McD opened in Darmstadt).

I went to McDonald's yesterday and it was just disappointing. The food was cold, the fries were limp and the burger looked like someone had sat on it. The service was unfriendly and totally overwhelmed, even though there was hardly anything going on. The tables were dirty, there was trash everywhere, and the toilet was a disaster - no soap, no paper, everything was full of spills. I don't know what's going on there, but that was definitely my last visit!

I was probably there a little early, half past ten there was a coffee... for 3 euros but very expensive.

Rarely have I had such friendly service as last Saturday. Thanks.

Simply disgusting, and the price is unjustified! In fact, I'll never order from there again! I'd rather cook for myself!
