Burgers are solid and are among the better ones in Mainz. Side dishes (fries) are also fine. Price-performance is also good! Edit: (Unfortunately) I had to adjust the rating because really unfriendly people now work there. Many friends who order there regularly also say the same. This affects the young driver and especially the older lady on the phone/service. Last time the order was also misunderstood - that was corrected quite quickly, but an apology or something similar. there wasn't. I would be happy to give 5 stars again if something is done about the staff.

The shawarma was very tasty. Really good. There are two options: either a small shawarma for small appetites (€2.50) or a large one that is much more filling (€5). The food is generally very tasty and the staff are friendly. However, the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired🤦‍♀️. There needs to be more cleaning, the place needs to be kept clean and the tables need to be cleaned regularly. The hygiene is really poor. I think if they cared about cleanliness the store could be the best around.

It's unbelievable how disrespectful a company can make their own prices after the meal than what is on the menu and the food is just slapped on the table. Most of the toppings were on the tray as in the baguette

I ordered from this restaurant and they ran out of what I ordered so they sent something completely different without confirming with me. Not happy with the order and didn’t have great service to remedy the issue. I can’t speak to the atmosphere

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und guter Service! Mitarbeiter die soweit ich weiss Zora und Ragette heißen waren sehr freundlich und haben sich nett mit uns unterhalten. Das Essen war sehr lecker und man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben.

Absurdly dirty toilets. Ordered a latte to drink there = paper cup. It's freezing cold in there and you should avoid the toilets. The main thing is that there are parking lot surveillance signs everywhere.

we went there yesterday, my husband is 100% disabled and has a service dog and was denied entry into the restaurant. First of all, the dog, being a service dog, behaves better than the fat kid standing by the door beating on the little glass case that was there and nobody said anything to. Second, the dog doesn’t go into the kitchen and is cleaner than most people who come into this place. When I asked for the managers name, I was refused the answer and he/she never came out to talk to me. In all the years we’ve had a service dog we have never been denied entry anywhere. So for all you disabled people, you might wanna find a different place to eat, ‘cause this BK discriminates against you.
