Review for Burger King: Disappointment across the board 12/6/24 3:55 p.m Our visit to Burger King today at 4 p.m. was an extremely unpleasant experience that left us with a lasting shock. Not only was the food we ordered cold and inedible, but the behavior of an employee made the situation even worse. While we were there with our children, we witnessed a completely unacceptable incident. A young man who had already placed an order stood at the counter, apparently intending to select more products. For no apparent reason, he was aggressively and verbally attacked by an employee with glasses. He was addressed with the words “Fuck off!” – a reaction that is not justified in any context. The young man remained polite and simply explained that he might want to order something else. But the employee again reacted unprofessionally and harshly by telling him: “What is it? This is your order, there’s nothing more!” She further said she was the branch manager! This behavior left us speechless. In a service-oriented company, I expect respect and courtesy, especially towards customers who do nothing other than check or add to their order. This experience will stop us from visiting this fast food restaurant again. Such aggressive and inappropriate behavior by employees is unacceptable and leaves an extremely negative impression. It is up to the management to urgently make improvements here, both in the selection and training of staff. We hope that this incident is addressed internally so that no other guest has to endure similar behavior.
