We ordered via Lieferando. After 2 hours the food still wasn't there. In two calls, each 30 minutes apart, we were told the food had just been out and was on its way. (Travel time is 3 minutes.) Later they said the food wasn't ready at all. Cancellation was possible, but of course I couldn't get it back. This should be handled via Lieferando. Hands off!
