Was there for the first time for the reopening. Doner kebab on offer for €4 is unbeatable these days, but even for the full price of €5.50 I would come again. The staff was very friendly and the food was also very good. The kebabs were a good size and very well filled with salad, meat and sauce. I have now tried a few kebabs in Herford and in my opinion this is one of the best, with a very good price-performance ratio.
Unfortunately, the quality of this restaurant has deteriorated significantly recently. I feel like there was a change of ownership and since then things haven't been going as well as before. Orders are not fulfilled correctly and the food delivered often does not meet expectations. I found the pizza rolls, which consist almost entirely of dough and hardly any filling, particularly disappointing. Overall, unfortunately a disappointing experience.
DANGER! Ordered today, received confirmation, money debited, waited 2 hours, nothing arrived, no one reached by phone. Refund requested via Paypal Conflict resolution. Drove by another pizzeria on the way: Everything was dark, they apparently flew out. Too bad! It used to be good. ;-/
Honestly, I don't understand how this store hasn't closed yet. It's so dirty there that I'm no longer hungry. And the owner probably works full-time in the shadow economy. Very unpleasant person. Better to go hungry than to eat there.
+long opening hours
+inexpensive
-My order was completely overlooked several times and after over 60 minutes. still not delivered. Sad
-I'm a regular customer, ordered 8x "salad-"Tonno *without pepperoni" and 5 times there was pepperoni, seems to be correct
be :(
+Salat_Tonno always has LOTS of yogurt dressing, GREAT
- Forwarding to Paypal-😊Page does not always work. And then Dino complains about not paying.
Although the minimum order value is reached (see screenshot), the app blocks the order and is not possible
Charged twice by PayPal and cash, rude
