Pronto Pizza in Neuss

This place is a complete farce...we ordered a grilled platter, but what we got was a complete disgrace. None of it was grilled. Obviously, the food was all deep-fried, but definitely not grilled. And the bifteki was just a burger patty. In response to this "accusation," the "restaurant" merely remarked that it was the best patty available for purchase in Germany, but they clearly didn't understand, or didn't want to, the real point. Criticism isn't welcome here. So, insight was practically nonexistent. The food not only looked disgusting, it also tasted disgusting, which led us to throw it in the trash after the first few bites. Even a single star is too much of a good thing, because you're clearly looking for "good" here with no results or even no success... The owners should explain the term "grilled platter" to them...

Simply awful. Every frozen pizza tastes better. Waited over an hour and then got a cold pizza.

Honestly, I don't know where all these bad reviews come from. It's not a particularly special store, but it has reliably supplied us regularly, mostly via delivery service, for the last 10+ years.

The entire meal, apart from the salad and the specially ordered pepperoni, was inedible. €62 went straight to the trash. The pictures speak for themselves, and so did the taste. Gyros from the discount store, Currywurst completely rancid, all the fries almost raw, Schnitzel was supposed to be a hunter's schnitzel but was a sweet and sour oil schnitzel. The 1 star is for the friendly delivery person.

I ordered food and the delivery man complained first about the time I ordered and that he now had to drive back. The food may be delicious but the delivery service with this behavior is the absolute last.

Unbelievably, after waiting for 1.5 hours, the store simply canceled my order....

Just ordered and next time I won't order anymore, like rubbery dough and salty side dish

I don't understand all the other bad reviews. For me and the whole family, this delivery service is the best in Neuss. Fantastic food and great service! Everything great! Keep it up!

Incredibly long waiting times, even after calling several times! Food had relatively little to do with what was promised! I can only advise against it!

Der laden war sehr sehr sehr gut. Die Lieferung ging an sich auch mega schnell. Die Pizza hat einfach fantastisch geschmeckt!

70 Minuten Lieferzeit. Nach 65 Minuten rief der verzweifelte Fahrer an, der als erster Lieferdienst überhaupt das Haus nicht findet. Auf Hausnummern achtet er wohl nicht. Ich stand vor dem Haus und beobachtete 5 Minuten später, dass er bei den Nachbarn klingeln wollte. Dann war der Fahrer auch noch sehr unhöflich. Das Essen ist qualitativ unterirdisch, das "Hacksteak" ist ein aufgewärmter TK Burgerpatty, das Rindersteak gleicht einer Schuhsohle, "Gyros" hat mit dem namensgebendem Vorbild nichts gemeinsam. Auf keinen Fall bestelle ich dort jemals wieder.

Ich bestelle damit ich es fertig zum abholen kann und nicht damit ich mich warten kann

Ich weiß nicht, woher die schlechten Bewertungen hier kommen. Das kann nur Rufmord sein oder die Konkurrenz, die hier schaden will... Heute, wie immer lecker, frisch, heiß und schnell. Preis / Leistung unschlagbar. Bestellen regelmäßig Pizza & Pasta ins Büro und waren IMMER AUSNAHMSLOS zufrieden! Update 23.09.2019: Heute wieder bestellt, Pizza und Pasta für 6 Personen, alle waren ausnahmslos zufrieden! Schnell und heiß und lecker!

Keine Ahnung warum so viele schlechte Bewertungen hier sind . Die Pizza ist Mega lecker und der Service ist auch immer top . Essen immer nach 20 Minuten da . Immer wieder gerne !

Es geht so, nicht wirklich mein Geschmack aber meinen Kumpels hat es Super geschmeckt.

Schnelle Lieferung aber die Qualität des Essens war miserabel. Nudeln mit Tomaten-Thunfisch-Sauce waren zu fettig, da mit viel Sahne gekocht wurde. Die Tomaten in der Sauce suche ich immer noch. Beim Grillteller war das Gyros ungenießbar. Es war zu fettig und stank nach altem Öl. Das Lammkottelet war knorpelig und zäh. Generell war das Essen viel zu fettig.

Würde Sie als ganz normale Pizzeria bezeichnen, aber mir gefällt besonders der Teig bei den Pizzen (besonders auffallend bei einer Calzone). Fluffig & Zart , aber dennoch knusprig. (Ist mir halt persöhnlich aufgefallen) + Kegelbahn (Nicht bekannt ob diese noch buchbar ist) +Innen-, Außenbereich zum speisen.

Ich habe noch nie so schlecht gegessen, hatte den grillteller New York.... Das Fleisch....da ist eine Schuhsohle zart gegen..... Fazit ...NIE WIEDER
