ATTENTION! Ordered today, received confirmation, money debited, waited 2 hours, nothing arrived, couldn't reach anyone by phone. Requested a refund via PayPal dispute resolution. Passed by on the way to another pizzeria: Everything was dark, apparently they'd left. Too bad! It used to be good. ;-/

The service was super friendly and the food was delicious. It's not very busy, which makes the pizzeria attractive if you want a quiet evening with friends!

We won't order here again, even though the food wasn't bad in terms of taste and price. However, the food was delivered about half an hour later than stated in our pre-order. The pizza box was completely soaked, so the pizza stuck to the box, and they also delivered the wrong pizza rolls.

We waited 1.5 hours, and the extra ingredient was charged but never delivered. It's a shame, because this is the second time this has happened. We won't order again. Make more effort, or you'll soon go bankrupt.

So when the pizza chef in the kitchen starts coughing due to a cold and making snot noises while he's taking care of the food production, you quickly lose your appetite. We have been ordering from Fattoria for several years. However, yesterday we were very disappointed, we ordered a total of 4 family pizzas, 3 of which were almost raw and not baked through. The floor was white, no tan to be seen! Lieferando or the pizzaria cited our short-term order as the reason for this. Sorry, but as a pizza baker, if I notice that things are getting tight, I call the customer and let them know! But delivering half-finished pizzas for €120 isn't possible and that's no excuse for it. Fattoria could have given herself the €15 credit given such a high order value! However, after many years, you are now rid of us, because we treat regular customers differently!

Phew, where do I start? Frozen salami pizza with lots of cheese as a topping. Salami with ham pizza too. Accordingly, very, very greasy The store is very dirty, there are pizza crumbs everywhere. Toilets broken Dirty glasses, dirty cutlery. At least the Fanta from the bottle was good.

The pizza tastes good. Prepared as ordered, mid. 15-20 minutes for a family pizza. Everything is going great. I have no complaints

Calzone ordered with extra charge for hollondaise. Unfortunately it arrived without hollondaise. So called and complained. At first it said no problem, we'll do it again and then the "cook" called and wanted to tell me that there was some on it. After a few minutes I was told I was getting a new one and they wanted the old one back. No problem. After an hour of waiting I got my new pizza again without hollondaise. So we never again

Wir haben heute um 19 Uhr dort Pizza und Salate bestellt, und geschlagene 2 Stunden auf unsere Bestellung gewartet!!! Das ist definitiv viel zu lange. Nach mehrmaligem telefonischen nachfragen, wurden wir immer wieder vertröstet...! Das Essen kam dann endlich nach 2 Stunden, war lecker wie immer, aber die Wartezeit geht echt gar nicht!

Eine tolle Pizzeria mit mega netten Leuten von der telefonischen Bestellung bis zur Lieferung. Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker 😋 und es wird in der Regel auch immer pünktlich geliefert.

Wir haben auch sehr lange auf unser Essen gewartet, telefonisch ist der Laden grundsätzlich schwer zu erreichen. Als das Essen dann ankam, war die Pizza geschmacklich ok aber kalt. Das Kartoffelgratin war bestenfalls eine Suppe. Nicht überbacken, Kartoffeln waren nur geviertelt also große Stücke und keinesfalls Scheiben. Die soße war nur Sahne und Fett, aber wenigstens heiß

Super tolle und leckere Pizza. Habe dort schon sehr oft bestellt und war nie enttäuscht. Weiter so....

Vor einiger Zeit nicht gut, aber heute wirklich sehr gutes Essen zu fairen Preisen.

Ich verstehe absolut die Kritik hier nicht. Der Chef ist voll okay, und bisher war das Essen immer sehr sehr gut und lecker. Ich bin weder Verwandt noch Verschwägert, bleibt wie ihr seid, und das ist gut so.

Wir haben ganze zwei stunden auf vier Pizzen und nen Salat warten müssen. 1,40€ extra bezahlt für vier popelige Oliven. Ganz schön lausig und es war jetzt das zweite mal. Ne falsche Pizza war es auch noch. Wir werden da nicht mehr bestellen!

Nettes Personal, Speisen sind immer zeitig fertig und lecker. Für den Pizzaservice zwischen durch vollkommen ausreichend.

Telefonische Bestellungen bisher ohne Probleme. Lieferung eigentlich immer schneller als angekündigt. Nicht der günstigste Anbieter aber lecker und reichhaltig.
