Das Essen war sehr lecker und ich war damit wirklich zufrieden. Leider war der Kassierer sehr unhöflich und hat uns nicht ernst genommen. Außerdem wollte er uns die Getränke zunächst nicht geben, weil er offenbar dachte, dass wir etwas klauen wollten. Das fanden wir sehr unangenehm. Der Service hat den ansonsten positiven Eindruck leider getrübt. Essen schmeckt gut jedoch ist das Personal unhöflich und behandelt jeden Kunden anders deshalb geb ich dem Essen 4 Sterne und dem Personal am besten keinen Stern. Liebe Grüße

essen war sehr lecker aber personal war katastrophe wir haben unser essen bestellt und wollten unsere getränke heraus holen wie es gewohnt ist dann meinte der herr das wir es nicht dürfen und es wurde gesagt das klauen haram wäre also wirklich gebe es null sterne für service würde ich null sterne geben.

Ich habe mir hier eine Lebensmittelvergiftung zugezogen, nachdem ich in einen innen rohen Hähnchenburger gebissen hatte. Nie wieder.

Geschmacklich ganz gut aber leider mehrfach das falsche Menü ,trotz vor Ort Bestellung mit bildlicher Abbildung in der Karte, erhalten. Auf Ansprache gab es nur eine unfreundliche Reaktion und der Aussage es wäre ja "das Menü" gewesen was wir bestellt haben. Dies war jetzt das vierte Mal infolge , anscheinend heißt das Menü jeden Tag anders.

Wir haben bei denen Essen bestellt und innerhalb von einer halben Stunde war es da , das Essen war noch sehr warm und vorallem sehr lecker 😋 .ich kann das Essen dort sehr empfehlen. Gerne wieder.

Unverschämte Mitarbeitern habe angerufen weil mein Essen falsch geliefert wurden ist sie sagt es wird neues gemacht ich kann es abholen kommen am Telefon wird noch gelacht weil der Kollege es falsch gemacht hat( Kinder) sehr unprofessionell bestellen werde ich nie wieder bei euch das passiert nicht zum ersten Mal 1. muss ich dahin laufen 15 min 2.ich habe Lieferkosten gezahlt 3.ich wollte pünktlich zum Iftar essen 4.sie legt mir ins Gesicht auf und ab mein Anruf geht auch keiner mehr dran.

Der Laden ist sehr bekannt und wird oft empfohlen, war früher aber deutlich besser, man hatte damals das Gefühl, dass sich mehr Mühe gegeben wurde. Heute ist vieles leider nur noch durchschnittlich: Die Pommes ganz normal, die Baguettes und Paninis geschmacklich solide, aber nichts Besonderes. Die Preise sind fair, daran liegt es nicht. Einzig wirklich positiv hervorzuheben sind die Soßen, die nach wie vor überzeugen. Insgesamt nicht schlecht, aber gemessen am Ruf inzwischen eher overrated.

Ich würde am liebsten keine Sterne für diesen Laden geben. Aber ich muss unbedingt loswerden, was mir heute passiert ist. Ich habe um 22:50 Bestellt, 2-3 Sachen.. nichts wildes. Wir haben über 1h40 gewartet. Es geht keiner ans Telefon (geöffnet bis 2:30 uhr )Ich war eh schon dabei einen Fall bei Paypal aufzumachen. Und um 00:32 bekomme ich die Nachricht, dass meine Bestellung storniert wurde. Endlich gewissheit. Frech ist es trotzdem.

We went there because of the good reviews. We were picking someone up from the airport and were starving. Overall, it didn't look all that appealing and we were a little intimidated at first, but the food was absolutely delicious, I have to say, and the portions were very generous, too. We ordered from Lieferando. Unfortunately, the food arrived much later than stated. It was already cold, and the worst part was, they forgot something. We called them, but they showed no willingness to help us. We were told to either pick up the food ourselves or contact Lieferando if we wanted a refund for the missing food, and sending another driver would be impossible. Incredibly cheeky! CONCLUSION: We had to go and pick up our food. So, 0% recommendation for this place! Never again!

Easy and quick ordering. The baguettes are beautifully topped and finely seasoned. They (unfortunately) don't skimp on the sauce. If you like a lot of sauce, this is the place for you. I always enjoy coming back, but I always need 2-3 tissues to clean up after eating 😅 Anyway, the tastiest meals are also the messiest, right? Great place! Service was also quick and smooth. In terms of value for money, it's the best in Düsseldorf. I'm pretty sure no other restaurant in Düsseldorf can compete with it. In my opinion, the best value for money in all of Düsseldorf.

Owner mega unfriendly and rude. You don't know manners. I just wanted to have a delicious meal for dinner where I sat down at a table for four with my companion. Later it became more crowded and to make room, strangers were brought to the table with us. No sorry or anything from the owner. We felt very uncomfortable even though we wanted to stay as a couple. The food wasn't really cooked either.

Were there for the first time, the employee explained it to us and recommended menu 2 to us as the first customer and then we also took menu 2. It was very tasty and can be recommended

Mega delicious food, always fresh! The fries are just nice and crispy, exactly as they should be. The ambience is just a typical fast snack bar.

Reach directly on Westfalenstraße with the U71 or 701. The restaurant is decorated in black and white. I eat either the chili cheese house burger or pannini with tuna. In the menu with crispy fries and a drink €10 each and you'll be well full. There is only one French fries sauce, but it is delicious. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. There is still room for improvement in the toilet, otherwise it is usually clean. I've been coming for a year and have always been satisfied and full.

Today I was at the Zam Zam restaurant in Düsseldorf Rhat and was extremely disappointed by the rude treatment of the cashier. He urged customers who had just eaten to vacate their seats so new customers could sit down. Even while I was still eating, I was asked to leave my table so others could sit. When I asked for more takeaway menus I was told the table must be empty even though I hadn't finished yet. Overall, his behavior was very inappropriate and disappointing. It's the last time I will visit this restaurant again in the future. "If I could give less than one star, I wouldn't hesitate."

Essen ging. Die Hygiene war eine Katastrophe. Es fing schon beim Eingang an. Die Ladenfenster waren schmutzig und das restliche Ambient auch sehr unhygienisch. Die Mitarbeiterin hätte mal ruhig ihre langen Haare zubinden können. Glasreiniger könnte man auch für die Fenster und den Getränkeschrank nutzen. Ansonsten aber freundliches personal.
