So we ended up in Ingolstadt for a more than involuntary stop. Starved by the exertions of the day and facing an uncertain future, a glimmer of hope in tomato sauce red would soon appear on the horizon. Mario welcomed us with open arms and conjured up the finest pizza and burgers on the table within a few minutes. For my part, I turned to a solid pizza. The Coke from the down-to-earth aluminum can was also impressive. Even though Mario hadn't promised us anything beforehand, his craftsmanship exceeded every expectation and saved the day, at least in culinary terms. thank you Mario, thank you Ingolstadt, thank you Citroen. Excellent burgers + best pide I know: fresh from the pizza oven. So far in the evenings it's reliably been there until 8 p.m. The food is faster, fresher and cheaper than in many high-priced restaurants.

Sometimes you wait forever for an order. I waited 5 minutes for ONE coke while 3 people worked on the only other order... Addendum: It gets worse every time, table service seems to be preferred, I waited 10 minutes for 1 burger and a drink.

Very long waiting times, sometimes 30 minutes in the drive, even though there was only one car in front of me inside the shop. I sometimes had to wait over an hour for my paid meal. Getting a milkshake is a matter of luck, the machine is usually switched off about 2-3 hours before closing time (of course you only find out about this after you have already paid and then they always claim that it is not possible or only very difficult to give you the money back if you don't want something else instead). Last time I was lucky for once. I ordered via the app at 10:30 p.m. Was there around 10:50 p.m. I then waited at the drive-in for about 30 minutes, even though I was the only vehicle. At 11:30 p.m. I was told that the ice cream machine was unfortunately already out. When asked what we could do instead, I said very clearly that I would like my money back. And suddenly I got my milkshake with the statement. She thought the machine was already off but I was lucky, it was just on. There's no complaining about the quality of the food at all. That's actually always good. Sometimes due to the long waiting times, parts are already cold and other parts are still warm and the staff is actually always pretty friendly, but the long waiting times sometimes make it more like an evening-long program than fast food.

asked for famous “burger” burrgger and received a rebranded chicken royle with TOO MUCH MAYO. if that wasn’t enough i was removed from the premises JUST for voicing my concern in a CALM MANOR. 0. STARS. AVOID!!!! 😡😡😡
