The food was very tasty therefore 5/5. Since I got mozzarella instead of tuna, it's only 4/5. Otherwise I'm very happy and would highly recommend it.

This store is a complete disaster!!! Everyone knows that hardly anyone wants to do this job, which is stressful and involves dealing with unfriendly people. Despite this, there is no reason to hire incompetent employees who are too stupid to pack an order of 5 things correctly. This is NOT the FIRST TIME!!! I pay money for goods that I don't receive. THIS IS AN INSURANCE!!! I don't have time during my short lunch break, when I'm FREE and should be SWITCHING OFF, to do the work of other companies and employees!!! Close the store or FINALLY fucking hire competent, friendly people!!!

I've been a customer at this store for years, but what happened to me today was absolutely disgusting. I wanted to place an order, but the woman told me to order at the terminal because she didn't have time. Then she started talking animatedly with her colleague. After I asked if I'd like to place an order, she simply walked to the back and ignored me. Absolutely not customer-friendly. By the way, the store was practically empty, so there was no sign of stress.

Incredible! Outrageous! Not recommended! Restaurant half empty, no current orders. I order (Vegan) and my pickup number. is the only one on the display. About 12-14 orders come after me. Almost all of these are made in front of me! After 12 minutes I politely ask where my food is. After 18 minutes it's still not there. As I stand at the front of the counter, I see that meat burgers are constantly being added. After waiting 20 minutes I get my vegan burger with the reasoning that "vegan always takes so long". SO WHETHER A VEGAN BURGER TAKES 20 MINUTES?! Totally outrageous! No apology, nothing. Instead, they want to play you for a fool. Even though I asked after 12 minutes, they still made the orders after me. The staff is really bad, absolutely overwhelmed and also rude and totally unfriendly. Really bad Burger King! I would have preferred to give 0 stars. But they really deserve negative stars!
