This store is a complete disaster!!! Everyone knows that hardly anyone wants to do this job, which is stressful and involves dealing with unfriendly people. Despite this, there is no reason to employ incompetent employees who are too stupid to pack an order of 5 things properly.
This is NOT the FIRST TIME!!! I am paying money for goods that I do not receive. THIS IS A DISGRACE!!!
I do not have time to do the work of other companies and employees during my short lunch break, when I am FREE and should be SWITCHING OFF!!!
Close the store or FINALLY hire competent, friendly people!!!

It's difficult for me to give so few stars, but unfortunately I have to share this so that the next person can either make a better choice or at least pay attention to it.
Actually I should have asked for the money back, but it's hard to believe but I even ate the dim sum. So I wanted summer rolls and dim sum, but the summer rolls weren't available. Then I wanted a wonton soup (classic and I've never seen one that wasn't available) and that wasn't available either. So it stayed with dim sum. I waited with my beeper for almost 15 minutes and was happy that something nice and fresh would be served. Then comes the minimal one with the really strange looking "salad" and on top of the DimSum just a handful of fried onions 😵 is that perhaps normal here in Swabia? I'm just a guest, but Asian dishes everywhere rely on fresh herbs or sprouts as a garnish and nothing like that.
Well, to capture this spectacle, I took a photo and only then saw how disgusting the plate looked. Limescale stains, fingerprints and the "side vegetable stain" was dried and worse. Never again and not worth a star :/
Ate DimSum because I was hungry and tired of life and would say a 4-5 out of 10.
I feel ripped off. I was refused payment at the checkout because it was obviously not possible. A minute later (through connection) something else worked. Preparation WITHOUT gloves!!!!!!

Restaurant half empty, no current orders. I order (Vegan) and my pickup number. is the only one on the display. About 12-14 orders come after me. Almost all of these are made in front of me! After 12 minutes I politely ask where my food is. After 18 minutes it's still not there. As I stand at the front of the counter, I see that meat burgers are constantly being added. After waiting 20 minutes I get my vegan burger with the reasoning that "vegan always takes so long". SO WHETHER A VEGAN BURGER TAKES 20 MINUTES?!
Totally outrageous! No apology, nothing. Instead, they want to play you for a fool. Even though I asked after 12 minutes, they still made the orders after me.
The staff is really bad, absolutely overwhelmed and also rude and totally unfriendly.
Really bad Burger King! I would have preferred to give 0 stars. But they really deserve negative stars!
An order:
Chicken schnitzel with spaetzle and cream sauce with extra fried potatoes.
The spaetzle were covered in some kind of white sauce and were very soggy.
The fried potatoes were cold, soggy inside and reminded me a lot of a piece of cardboard.
The schnitzel was ok for the price as was the sauce.
I've had a strange feeling on my tongue and a grumbling stomach since I ate, so this was my last order.
