Unfriendly staff. We were sent away immediately after eating. The toilets look worse than McDonald's!!

You have to leave immediately after eating 💀 Worse than McDonald's!!! You get sent away immediately. The staff is very unfriendly 🤮 Strange white, sticky liquid on our crepes. The tables look and smell like McDonald's restrooms. Are families only made up of three people, or why are there only three chairs at a table!!!??? Besides, the customer is king 👑 Or do they not want my money? Should I throw the money at them like they threw the crepe at us? Not to mention the taste, because it tasted like dry bread.

Disgusting plates and crepes tasted bone-dry. Hospitality is nonexistent there, too. I get the feeling they didn't want my money.

Super friendly staff, and usually great food. I brought some arancini (ham and cheese and spinach and cheese) and was just about to eat it. I took a bite and was surprised by the very strange taste. Then I spit it out and smelled it – unfortunately, it smelled like organic waste that had been sitting in the sun too long. It's unfortunately bad and inedible. Please replace it – it's been relatively good otherwise.

The pancakes are acceptable, but not recommended with butter. As I said, they have little to do with a crèpe; it was just a large pancake. A well-intentioned suggestion for improvement for the shop: Look at how the crèpe batter is made. They also differentiate between savory (galettes) and sweet crèpes (buckwheat flour and sweet, for example). I can also only suggest adding a "complete" to the menu, which is a galette with ham, egg, and cheese. I check in every now and then to see if anything changes, but my last experience was rather negative. If that changes, I'll recommend it.

Half an hour before closing time, you're rudely informed that they're out of crêpes. Apparently, there are still fresh crêpes available. A shame, so the trip is pointless.

Friendly staff serve delicious crepes and hot coffee. I tried the Sicilian pastries: they were just as fresh. We'll be back.

First off, the new place where the Crêpe Factory used to be is now a crêpe shop called "ily". The service was very poor; we ordered a white chocolate drink and a latte with a double espresso, but received a dark chocolate drink and a double espresso instead. The bananas in the crêpe (banana, cinnamon) were partially burnt black and inedible.

Sehr leckere Crepes und super Espresso. Lohnt sich dort kurz zu verweilen.
