Ikea is doing everything it can to keep people from coming back. The products you want are constantly out of stock. And the fact that you now have to wait forever at the checkout because there's a huge line, then you scan your items yourself and pay at the machine, has caused me to abandon my shopping. Ikea doesn't have such great items anymore that I'm willing to put myself through this chaos and wait. My entire shopping experience (if you can call it that) consisted of waiting. You really don't need to put up with that anymore.

Ordered a coffee and an ice cream sundae today. The coffee arrived after at least 10 minutes. The ice cream sundae came after an hour and repeated requests. I'm attaching a picture of the sundae. The quality was also poor. The ice cream and cream melted. A disaster!!!! here!
