I have to give a big compliment to the ladies and gentlemen in the service department; they're really very friendly and courteous, something you don't find very often these days. The food is also good, and the price is fair. There's a small indoor playground, very child-friendly.

I've been there twice within two weeks. Once take-away and once in the restaurant itself. Each time I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant. I know other XXXL restaurants in other locations and have spent days there waiting for the food or even to be able to order. Of course there is a lot going on in rush hour given the low prices. Don't complain people, no one is forcing you to eat there. And you have no right to anything either! Here, the bottlenecks were solved very well and only areas were opened that the staff and the kitchen could manage. I'd rather wait in line for a few minutes, but the restaurant area isn't like a train station. But today we have to experience that guests don't follow the rules. When you push past the queue and the barrier tape, sit down and are warned by the staff. That's not an expulsion... just a request to follow the rules. The lady was traveling with her son and was quite rude. The whole time I wanted the waiter to finally serve her, she's been waiting here for a few minutes now. He then pointed out to her that other guests who were waiting had complained about people pushing past. They were probably not explicitly meant there, but in my opinion they weren't any better than others. When the husband came up 5 minutes later and randomly threatened one of the waiters, I was really shocked. "You threw my wife out, you won't do that again. Raise your fist in his face. When the waiter tries to protect himself, the other one shouts, don't raise your hand against me." Aggressive like a boxer, a scene like on the reperbahn, and all the guests became quite uncomfortable. Luckily, all the service staff came together and protected each other. A ban on entering the house would be absolutely justified here, as I witnessed the entire process. So bravo to the team on site for the situations you were confronted with and how you handled them well. Then more shaking of the head... A larger group cheated the bill... how shitty do they have to be to run away without paying at such low prices. The service really went out of its way to serve everyone quickly and in a friendly manner. And then something like this happens. I would have cordoned off the entire department store until they were found. I offered to help because I had a good memory of some of the people. But then I didn't see them in the store anymore. So my conclusion, I would love to come back, huge respect for your work. I'm sure you rarely hear thank you. But it would actually be better for the staff if security were deployed there. I've never experienced anything like what happened in half an hour. Thank you again for your great service!

Unfortunately, despite the restaurant being relatively empty, we had to ask twice and wait 35 minutes before we could order. After that, the meal unfortunately took about 30 minutes, which was disappointing to say the least. Other guests also spoke to us and expressed their displeasure. In summary, I would advise anyone not to eat here.

Highly recommended restaurant with excellent value for money I was recently in this restaurant and absolutely loved it. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous and regularly inquires about the guests' satisfaction. You really feel welcome here. Both breakfast and lunch exceeded my expectations. The quality of the food is excellent, especially considering the very fair price. I've gotten significantly worse schnitzels elsewhere for many times the price. The portion of fries could be a little larger, but that's really "complaining at a high level" as the overall price-performance ratio is simply unbeatable. Where else can you get a full meal at such a price these days? Breakfast is also highly recommended; A comparable offer with this variety can usually only be found for twice as much. I was particularly impressed by the staff's professional and friendly approach to guests, some of whom behaved very inappropriately. Some guests seemed to expect 5-star cuisine, although the prices are more than fair. I felt embarrassed for some of these guests who loudly complained about little things and even about other guests at the next table. Such behavior towards service staff is unacceptable and I have great respect for how the staff handled it.

In short, it was a complete disappointment. 1. Waiting time for the food was almost 1 hour. 2. When the food finally came, the fries were ice cold, the meat was overgrown and only partially edible. The waitresses had completely resigned. The restaurant was full to the last seat. Nothing came out of the kitchen. The dispenser was broken. There was a lot of food like Flädle soup, not just tomato cream soup, which really isn't to everyone's taste. What can you say about the people who work there? But I have to ask at least the restaurant management whether they work at the right place of work. We made the decision for ourselves after trying it twice and having the same experiences. This restaurant tries to lure people with cheap prices and then doesn't even deliver average, but actually just rejects. From our point of view, there is absolutely no recommendation to stay away or go to the kebab shop, at least it's quick.

All I can say is that it's just bad. Every time the food breakfast is okay but you can't eat there at all, especially schnitzels and meat dishes. That's why there are two stars for the good breakfast. And the children's area has been closed for months. Nobody seems to care about it

We were here today to have a little something to eat. And what can I say, the restaurant was packed. No wonder on a day like this. Nevertheless, the staff tried hard and was friendly. Something that cannot be said about the guests. Impatient, grumpy, bitchy. Then two tables next to us complained because only table rolls were delivered for breakfast. My goodness, then stay at home. But eat everything before complaining. Breakfast under 10 euros. What do you expect? Go to a cafe or a hotel. Really bad.

I came for breakfast with my husband and my mother-in-law and I had the best impression of XXXL with the service on this occasion. Alen, a very attentive and helpful boy, was always attentive to everything we needed and the best of all is that he had a lot empathy with people as well as a smile for clients,,, we will always come for a delicious breakfast. Frustrating experience: Ignored and poorly served in the XXL-Lutz Restaurant Ludwigsburg. Today at 1 p.m. we visited the restaurant in the XXL-Lutz furniture store in Ludwigsburg. As soon as we entered we were surprised that the front area was closed. In the back area, business seemed to be continuing as normal, although it was very busy. Luckily a table just became available and we were able to secure it. Unfortunately, we were completely ignored by the service staff. The table wasn't cleared, but we waited patiently and watched what was happening. Despite waiting for almost 30 minutes, we were not noticed once in our area, while guests who arrived after us were served much earlier. Finally I went to an employee myself to ask when we would be served. His answer was short, snappy and completely inappropriate. When I pointed out that we had been waiting for a long time, I was rudely replied: "You don't have to tell me how to do my job." This type of communication left me speechless. The employee's tone and body language were extremely rude. I have great understanding for staff shortages or peak times as I come from the catering industry myself, but this kind of behavior towards guests is unacceptable. One should expect that guests will be served in the order in which they arrive. Anyone who doesn't pay attention to this is simply in the wrong job. This kind of behavior dismays me, and it's frustrating when complaints don't seem to have any effect. Unfortunately, we have only had negative experiences in this restaurant so far. However, the poor service is not the only problem. The kitchen also leaves a lot to be desired. The dishes do not correspond to the presentation on the menu and often do not appear freshly prepared. If you come in the afternoon, you'll be served warmed-up leftovers from lunch, which are often swimming in oil and aren't even really hot. Conclusion: Good food and good service definitely look different. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this restaurant.

There today for breakfast and waited 45 minutes for 2 rolls and 1 fried egg. Doesn't work at all. And this idea with the operating robot may be nice, but can it completely serve the entire restaurant? No wonder this waiting time. Then you would have to have 3 or more in use.

We were at the restaurant at 10:55am to have breakfast. After 20 minutes, a waitress finally came and explained to us that it was no longer possible to get breakfast since 11:00 a.m. It's not the first time we've had to wait so long. We would have preferred to use the time to stroll through the furniture store. And we were still hungry too.

I attended a training course nearby and only had 50 minutes to eat there. We were warned in advance that we should pay straight away when ordering because everything takes longer there. It was 11:45 a.m. and not that crowded. The waiter let me sit for a long time before he finally took my order and told me off several times that he would be there soon. Just ordered salad with gratinated toast and paid straight away. Then I sat for about 20 minutes, then said something to the waiter that I had to go back to the course at 12.30 p.m. He then shouted at me in a very unfriendly manner and said he couldn't help it. In the meantime it was 12:26 p.m., spoke to him again. Then he became even more unfriendly, but at least he went to the kitchen and came back with my food. Then I couldn't eat much anymore I've never experienced anything so unmotivated. There were a few people who came with me late to the course and even later, the same ones have had experience.

We went there for dinner today and I can't recommend it. The service was totally unmotivated, and the table was only cleaned poorly upon request. I had a salad with fried chicken Viennese style. Salad was okay except for a few brown leaves. But the meat was completely pink and not really cooked through.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has deteriorated significantly. We enjoyed eating the fried chicken salad. Unfortunately the meat was changed and now significantly lower quality meat was served. The service department has even confirmed that other chicken meat has been delivered from the headquarters for some time. The chicken meat today was covered in cartilage, tendons and veins. The mouthfeel was extremely unpleasant and the color of the meat was anything but appetizing. We definitely won't eat here again.

I can't understand these bad reviews at all. We have now been there twice, each on a Saturday. It was very crowded and we were lucky to get a seat. Both times the food was delicious (we had the spinach pasta with chicken). The second time we also had cake (apple caramel and XXXL cake) and this was also delicious. Price absolutely reasonable. The waitresses were very friendly to us and also asked if we would like anything else. A small highlight was the serving robot, something we had never seen live before. Toilets on the restaurant floor were also clean. If we didn't live so far away, we would definitely be there more often.

Staff seem bored and speechless, which radiates unfriendliness. Greetings are also a foreign word for some people. The cleanliness is comparable to a (below) average McDonald's, leftover food is on the floor and tables are dirty. Only when asked was the table partially wiped down. Schnitzel was served carelessly thrown onto the fries, there was no mini salad decoration (that makes a chip shop better) and ketchup came out of the bag. Prices in the furniture store are great, the restaurant is poor.

I would also like to rate the food, unfortunately we didn't get that far. Lots of waitresses on the go, but unfortunately not able to serve a sparsely staffed restaurant. Even when we asked whether we would be served at the table, we were still ignored after a curt "yes". The employees don't seem to be there to work.

Leider eine äußerst enttäuschende Erfahrung mit dem Restaurant. Mussten erst einmal 20min lang warten bis die Dame ihr privates Gespräch neben uns beendete obwohl ich Sie ein paar mal ansah, Sie aber dennoch nicht unterbrechen wollte. Da ich dachte Sie wendet sich gleich zu uns. Äußerst unfreundlich nahm Sie dann die Bestellung auf und gab uns nicht die zuvorkommenden Antworten, die wir erwartet hatten. Ihr Mangel an Höflichkeit und Professionalität war enttäuschend und beeinträchtigte unser gesamtes Esserlebnis. Das Essen war leider geschmacklos. Die Gerichte waren fade und ließen jegliche Kreativität vermissen. Das Kinderspielzimmer nebenan gefiel uns sehr. Es war gut ausgestattet und bot den kleinen Gästen eine unterhaltsame und sichere Umgebung zum Spielen. Ein weiterer positiver Aspekt war eine jüngere und freundlichere Bedienung, die uns später bediente. Sie war aufmerksam und bemühte sich, unseren Aufenthalt angenehmer zu gestalten.

Ist zwar schön gemacht - aber der Service ist eine Katastrophe. Viele Tische werden nicht abgeräumt, man sitzt ewig rum, aber es kommt niemand obwohl genug Personal rumrennt. Nach 20 min mit Kindern am Tisch ohne Bestellung sind wir gegangen.

Das neu umgebaute Restaurant lädt wirklich sehr zum verweilen ein. Kein typisches Möbelhausflair sondern sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Speisekarte hält für jeden Geschmack etwas bereit. Ich liebe zb den Kaiserschmarrn. Hab ich in Deutschland noch nirgendwo so gut gegessen. Die Service- und Küchenmitarbeiter sind freundlich und extrem professionell und motiviert. Wo gibt es das heute noch... Ich komme gerne jederzeit wieder.

Nachtisch?…) - Verabschiedung Kompliment! Da spürt man Service und Freundlichkeit! Zum Essen & Restaurant: Mir persönlich gefällt das Konzept „Bedienungs-Restaurant“ in einem Möbelhaus trotzdem nicht so gut. Da finde ich SB mit Theke besser, schneller und unkomplizierter. Essen war gut. Schnitzel groß. Beilagensalat hat etwas Dressing gefehlt. Pommes aus Kartoffelpüree-Pulver (wie bei Burger King). Aber Preise ohne Werbeaktionen empfinde ich für ein Mittagsrestaurant in einem Möbelhaus als zu hoch, besonders auch die Getränke!

Einfaches Essen, Pepsi Cola schmeckt nach Drehtabak. Laut Aussage des Personals kommt es öfters zu Beschwerden. Gut daran war, dass ich mir ohne Probleme das Getränk tauschen durfte. 7 Up war dann okay.

Dafür, dass es sich hier mehr oder weniger um ein Schnell Restaurant handelt, ist das Essen gut und im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kaum zu übertreffen, bei freundlichem Personal. Die Geräuschkulisse ist vermutlich nicht Jedermanns Geschmack!

It's a shame, the Lahmacun has become more expensive and, on top of that, it's no longer freshly homemade. The taste has deteriorated a lot. It's a shame it used to be very tasty.

Worktops delivered bent. The entire stairwell was demolished during delivery. But IKEA does not see itself as responsible. It's better to have it delivered by XXL or Rieger, at least they won't break anything.

Sometimes Germans aren't really that German but they speak and understand what is being said in front of them. You should then gossip amongst yourself... A voltage in the tedeschi is not sono sonoi so tedeschi, the parlano and capiscono quello which can be seen from the davanti a loro. Dovreste allora spettegolare tra di voi...
