Absolutely recommended! We celebrated my mom's 90th birthday here. And were thrilled. Such a nice team!! Attentive, quick, friendly and funny. We had a great evening here. We'll be back by the 100th at the latest :-)

Apart from the parking situation, it was really a successful evening in terms of food. All 8 guests were happy with the food, which doesn't happen that often for us. The dessert was also good. We'd love to come back.

Wer gutbürgerliche Küche sucht, der ist meiner Meinung im »Gasthaus Grüner Baum« in Chemnitz gut aufgehoben. Über die Qualität des Essens konnte ich bisher noch nie meckern - die Portionen machen satt. Eine freundliche Bedienung, ein netter Inhaber und ein sauberer Gastraum runden das Bild ab. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mehr als OK! ★★★★★

I haven't eaten so well in a long time! It was really excellent, the wine served was also excellent! Service is also great. There were a few discrepancies with the reservation and a few other guests had to move tables, but that was more funny than annoying. Thumbs up, keep it up!👍🏻😀

Very nice atmosphere with old factory charm. Very attentive service. We are regular guests, this time the food took a little longer, but we were treated Richly compensated by the delicious dinner and the super friendly service. We always like to come back.

You literally have to apologize to the innkeeper if you want to drink and eat something there. Apparently only guests from the garden section are welcome here. The landlord just complains and is annoyed by the paying customers. The food is again quite good...

A typical garden restaurant, very friendly service, and home-style cooking in the truest sense of the word. We had steak with fries and fish with boiled potatoes and vegetables! There was also a small side salad! It was really delicious! Then, the surprise outside – a large stöhr in a small pond! The things you can discover when you stroll through the day with a little attention!
