Super nice staff, free toilet and super clean, lots of cakes, ice cream and warm food and a great outside playground for kids.

We have been here several times and have always been satisfied. Very nice staff, good food and friendly service. When it's full, which is often the case, you sometimes feel like you're in a train station and it's so loud that you can barely hold a conversation. The location is excellent, the parking situation is not that special.

You go into the restaurant to choose a seat and are immediately yelled at to wait at the entrance. Restaurant was about 30% occupied. Other guests were also annoyed by the way things were done. Time 2:00 p.m.

We celebrated my mother-in-law's 90th birthday at the Miramar. From lunch to coffee we were served in a friendly and prompt manner. All 36 guests really enjoyed the lunch and the cakes they ordered in advance. The large table was tastefully prepared and the view of the castle pond was magnificent... all the guests were very impressed. Thank you very much...we'll be happy to come back.

A nice place for a cozy evening. The food was very good and also filling.

A highly recommended restaurant. The ambience immediately makes you feel at home and the food was wonderful. We were there as a group of around 15 people and everyone was very happy with their dish, whether it was carp, venison leg, half duck or steak, everything was perfect. The service was great too and we were served quickly and friendly. So highly recommended.

Sehr lecker 😋 wie immer Leider ist die Karte neben einer deftigen Preiserhöhung sehr zusammen geschrumpft. Sächsische Klassiker wie Sauerbraten, Roulade oder auch der bayrische Wurstsalat sind nicht mehr vorhanden. Sehr schade.

Gemütliches Restaurant mit aufmerksamen Personal. Das Essen war hervorragend und die Portionen gut geeignet auch den großen Hunger zu stillen. Es gab eine gute Auswahl an Gerichten, auch vegetarisch und vegan. Ich komme gerne wieder, nächstes Mal im Sommer, um den Biergarten zu testen.

The restaurant is beautifully situated above the castle pond. The atmosphere is very pleasant. We were here for lunch on December 23rd. at 11:00 a.m. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The portions are sufficient and very tasty. Some dishes are also available as senior portions. Everything is right here.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Mit der Essenbestellung waren wir ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. Alle Gerichte wurden sehr geschmackvoll serviert. Auch Kinder werden hier fündig. Das Ambiente hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Das Restaurant ist absolut empfehlenswert.

The food in the Miramar restaurant was absolutely top notch. We were here on Boxing Day. The food came quickly, was absolutely delicious and still at reasonable prices.

Wir waren am 2.Weihnachtsfeiertag hier im Miramar Chemnitz und ich kann einfach nur sagen, es war eine super schöne Atmosphäre mit Blick auf den Chemnitz Schlossteich. Das Essen kam schnell und es war super lecker! Ich hatte ein super Weihnachtsessen, eine halbe Gänsekeule mit Rotkohl und Klößen und es hat geschmeckt wie bei Mutti zu Hause, Deswegen kann ich das nur empfehlen und es gibt von mir 5 Sterne!

We have been guests here several times and would love to come back. Friendly staff and very tasty food. Reservation required. The garden is open in summer. For the little ones there is a small playroom and an outdoor toboggan run. Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back.

Great in my opinion. The food is tasty and the view is probably the best you can get in Chemnitz. I think reservations are recommended, otherwise you'll have to leave hungry 😂

The food was really delicious. Unfortunately The service person seemed extremely annoyed. It was around 9pm on a Saturday and the store was emptying. It seemed like it was a problem that would still be there and sat together comfortably. Too bad.

Very nicely decorated on site, there were ordering misunderstandings due to the service, but otherwise great, a restaurant that is fun and offers a lot of ambience. A taxi was also ordered.

Wir waren nach langer Zeit mal wieder im MIRAMAR, die Wartezeit bis zum bestellen erschien uns bisschen lang, aber ansonsten alles in allem akzeptabel. Das Essen war sehr gut und ausreichend. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auch gut. Gerne wieder.

The location is spectacular and panoramic. You can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake. The restaurant has a large garden where you can eat outdoors. Rustic tables are well integrated into nature. we were 6 people, all very satisfied with the food and the service. The waiters are very kind and friendly.

Excellent in all things. Staff, food, drinks and prices perfect. Unfortunately we only got to know it in the dark. We will take a look at the beer garden and playground in the spring or summer. Then we test other dishes and hope that they are all as tasty.

War zur Geburtstagsfeier . Sehr freundliche Bedienung, das immer bestrebt war , das es uns an nichts fehlt. Essen war sehr gut . Die Burger kann ich nur empfehlen. Auch das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Spielplatz für die kleinen Gäste ist auch vorhanden. Und bei schönem Wetter macht es richtig Laune dort zu verweilen und den Tag genießen und sich verwöhnen zu lassen. LG 😂

Today we spontaneously went to dinner at Miramar. It was really delicious! The ambience was beautiful with a view of the greenery, the restaurant was very clean and the service was extremely friendly! The price-performance ratio is very good! It's worth stopping here!

Wir hat ten eine Reservierung per Internet vorgenommen, diese wurde bei unserer Ankunft problemlos bestätigt. Unser zugewiesener Tisch für 2 Personen direkt am Fenstwer war schön. Die Bedienung war sehr professionell und freundlich. Das Essen kam nach einer akzeptablen Wartezeit und war hervorragend. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Das Ambiente war sehr gemütlich und bequem. Das Essen (3 verschiedene Gerichte) alle hervorragend und schmackhaft zubereitet. Das Preis-/Leistubgsverhaeltnis mit desweiteren auch schneller und freundlicher Bedienung ist daher Top. Kein Wunder das man deshalb am Wochenende ohne Reservierung evtl. keinen Platz bekommt.

We had pre-ordered online. Unfortunately, our comments/requests were not taken into account. There was neither a baby chair at the table nor was the table nicely decorated for the birthday. However, we received the chair upon request. The service was very nice from the start. We had to wait quite a long time for the food and unfortunately some dishes were completely unsuccessful. For example, the rice and vegetables were overcooked, the homemade boulette was not delicate and had a greasy consistency (like meat), and the grapes that were added were moldy and were therefore promptly returned. Except for the knuckle, all the dishes were rather bland and unspectacular in taste. Unfortunately also the rump steaks. It's a shame... The knuckle, however, was very good. What's fantastic is the playroom for the little ones. The atmosphere is also very chic. From a culinary point of view, however, we wouldn't come back for the time being. Nevertheless, praise to the service, which was very accommodating and also accepted the criticism well.

Hello, very nice atmosphere and very friendly service. Unfortunately the food wasn't that great. System catering, the fries taste like mush, the meat is very dry. It has nothing to do with cooking, everything is just warmed up. VG

Beautifully located between the castle pond and the castle church. However, the food used to be better. Ketchup and mayonnaise in sachets instead of bowls. The same Champion sauce over both the schnitzel and the goulash.

Large venue, beer garden and restaurant, we found the location very nice. The view of the castle lake and the church is great.

In summer you can relax in the beer garden with a view of the sea. ✨️🍻

Actually only discovered by chance. A small oasis that has a beautiful beer garden in summer and plenty of space inside when the weather is bad. You can be lucky if you're a couple (depending on the time), but it might be helpful to make a reservation. Very friendly staff, delicious food, cozy and a great range of events. Also suitable for a celebration. There is a children's room for children - great concept. Definitely recommended!!

The pumpkin bowl is really recommended, the sauce in particular was really great. The (fried) schnitzel (strange striped structures under the breading), on the other hand, was unfortunately not that great. The mushroom sauce wasn't warmed through properly. Ketchup and mayonnaise were added in small bags. The use had to be put on the table due to the lack of extra plates... not so nice... There was also the so-called... Natural fries. My impression was that only finished products were used, but maybe I'm wrong... But the Spanish waiter was great.

Wir waren heute zum Mittag im Miramar mit unseren beiden Kindern (1&6 Jahre). Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und das Essen war ein Gedicht. Selten haben wir so schnell und so leckeres Essen gegessen. Das Spielzimmer machte die kurze Wartezeit für den Großen erträglich und es waren gelungene Stunden an einem Sonntag Mittag. Vielen Dank dafür.

If you like cold burgers with little poultry meat, this is the place for you. And for just under €17, it would have been nice if ketchup and the "salad mayonnaise" for the fries had been served in small bowls and not in tear-open bags like in fast food. In the end, the card reader for Visa and Girocard failed miserably, so I had to Had to scrape together €120 in cash. But the waiter was very friendly and accommodating, that must be mentioned. Nevertheless, after many years of being there, it was my last visit. For such little dining experience, the price is definitely no longer appropriate; other innkeepers in this city can do that much better.

I was waiting almost 7-8 minutes at the desk. There were only 3-4 guests in the restaurant and 2 staffs have seen me as well, but nobody came to me. I think this was rude, so I left and I went to the Gasthaus an der Schlossmühle. It was the best choice.

Had dinner with colleagues on Friday evening. Great service, pleasant atmosphere and delicious food. Overall nothing to complain about!

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Gastzimmer mit reichlich Platz am Tisch, für Rollstuhlfahrer barrierer Zugang, freundliche Bedienung, die hausgemachten Limonaden sind sehr lecker, Essen ist lecker, meine Pommes Frites waren heute etwas zu lange im Oel, ansonsten aber super.

Unfortunately we didn't make a reservation and therefore couldn't get a seat on Friday evening. The location is unique and the furnishings are great. The beer garden is furnished with great attention to detail.

Not the first time here. At Christmas, I really liked the traditional Christmas menu, namely goose soup, also very tasty meat. The terrace is open during the warm season. I have also been there recently, I highly recommend this establishment, the staff is polite, and the establishment is clean. Thank you for your work♥️
