We were really lucky today. We spontaneously wanted to have dinner and there were two tables that were not reserved. The ambience warms the soul. The beer garden, which is currently not open, looks very romantic thanks to the lighting. The two employees in service are warm, friendly and humorous. The dishes are excellent. We'll be back. Thank you for this enchanting evening.

We were there for lunch on Sunday. It was very tasty, the plates were beautifully prepared. The service was very nice and friendly. We would love to come back. After a walk we went back to the restaurant and booked a table for March. We're really looking forward to it. Keep it up.

Wer gutbürgerliche Küche sucht, der ist meiner Meinung im »Gasthaus Grüner Baum« in Chemnitz gut aufgehoben. Über die Qualität des Essens konnte ich bisher noch nie meckern - die Portionen machen satt. Eine freundliche Bedienung, ein netter Inhaber und ein sauberer Gastraum runden das Bild ab. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mehr als OK! ★★★★★

The service was very pleasant here. The food was delicious and the beer was tasty. The country house is divided over three floors, so it's not so loud while eating and you can have a good conversation.

The food is a poem.🌹Simply different, incredibly tasty and superbly prepared. The service is pleasant and calm. No rush and always friendly. If you want to visit the cultural capital, you definitely have to go to Janssens.

We can definitely recommend this restaurant with its wonderful service! We had dinner there last Saturday, which is always a risk for me. Since I cook for myself and are usually disappointed by restaurants (always put the value of the goods against that and what I would have made of it), it's a difficult undertaking anyway. I was extremely positively surprised! Small menu - usually speaks for good cuisine - fully satisfied! large portions (sauerbraten with 3 large slices, as well as the roast pork (I think there were even 4 slices) The food is prepared lovingly and visually very appealing Price-performance ratio - absolutely appropriate considering the portion size (here also meat) and the great presentation. Good relationship Service is great, friendly, accommodating - even caters to one or two special requests... Result - definitely recommended! If you're not that hungry - the spiced meat is actually a main course - in terms of greetings... Keep it up! Top! We'll be back!

You literally have to apologize to the innkeeper if you want to drink and eat something there. Apparently only guests from the garden section are welcome here. The landlord just complains and is annoyed by the paying customers. The food is again quite good...

Super delicious food, all handmade. Good service, very friendly service. Highly recommended for family celebrations.
