Good middle-class inn, with plenty of space in the beer garden. The service is attentive and very friendly. The food is offered at very fair prices. However, you shouldn't expect culinary miracles. My Jägerschnitzel was definitely fresh, the sauce was ready and relatively tasteless, the fries were a bit floury. The salad was fresh and... okay. The price-performance ratio definitely fits. The drinks came very quickly and the pilsner was extremely good on tap. In summary, I would describe the Hehner Hof as a good pub with an honest menu.

Very tasty and particularly rich dishes. It's currently asparagus season, the soup tastes very good and contains lots of asparagus pieces. You can order asparagus if you want it to be soft and not as chewy and chewy as is the case in other restaurants. And it's not just 5 poles, but significantly more. In addition, they obviously work WITHOUT flavor enhancers, because my allergy has never occurred there. And EVERYONE is very nice, attentive and accommodating. Highly recommended!!

Das Restaurant ist seit Jahrzehnten eines des Renommiertesten vor Ort - zu Recht. Auch nach der Inhaberwechsel ist die Qualität, der Service und das Angebot auf gleichem hohen Niveau geblieben. Hervorragende Lage im Zentrum, trotzdem ruhig, gepflegtes Ambiente, alles tiptop sauber. Warmherziger, freundlicher aufmerksamer und persönlicher Service. Das Restaurant bietet eine internationale Küche auf hohem Niveau, Klasse statt Masse. Sonderwünsche werden jederzeit gerne erfüllt. Die Salatbar ist appetitlich, alles frisch und knackig. Portionsgrössen sind angemessen. Die Beurteilung zählt für das Restaurant, da wir die Zimmer nicht in Anspruch genommen haben.

Thank you very much for the super delicious Westphalian onion meat! Top! We were also happy about the medallions with three different sauces, the Schnitzel Gourmet and the Schnitzel Holsteiner Art. It was nice to have a good home-style meal again. I don't have any photos... unfortunately...

Good, solid food! Ambience rather poor!

We were here with friends today. The ambience is appealing and the service took good care of the guests. When it came to eating, our group's opinions varied widely. The cevapcici were rather rubbery and should have been avoided. The matjes were very tasty. The Jägerschnitzel was well done. The French fries were also very tasty and visually very good. The Wienerschnitzel was very clear and was not served with French fries as ordered but with potato salad. A portion of French fries was added later. The pancake was probably very gristly. Despite the shortcomings mentioned, you can be happy that there are still inns like this in the districts. Maybe my careful criticism will encourage reflection or improvement.

Quaint restaurant with excellent old German home cooking. Very friendly hospitality, boss speaks wonderfully.

The original Wienerschnitzel was very good. Mussel good. The service was very good, quick and attentive.
