A cozy little restaurant with friendly staff and good food in the heart of Bad Münstereifel's old town. Highly recommended.

It was so busy at lunchtime that it must have a very good reputation... and in our experience, it was completely justified; it was excellent all around...

We were there a while ago and really enjoyed it. The food and service were outstanding, and the prices were reasonable. We'll definitely be back!

The Em Höttchen restaurant in Bad Münstereifel is centrally located in the pedestrian zone and offers home-style, regional cuisine with a seasonally changing menu. Here, you can enjoy Eifel specialties, such as locally sourced meats and a variety of tarte flambées. Freshly tapped beers and a cozy atmosphere round out your visit.

We visited EM Höttche yesterday and were absolutely thrilled! The food was truly fantastic – fresh, delicious, and the portions were more than generous. The staff was friendly, attentive, and served us warmly. We particularly enjoyed the rustic, cozy atmosphere, which made you feel at home. The value for money is absolutely reasonable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend EM Höttche! 🍽️👏

I discovered this restaurant by chance while on vacation. I was very pleasantly surprised. The food is truly delicious, and the staff are very friendly and customer-oriented. You immediately feel at home, especially because everything is very clean and tidy. I'd be happy to go back.

Very delicious food and very friendly service. We had a lovely dinner! The restaurant was completely renovated after the flood disaster. Everything, including the restrooms, is spotlessly clean! The charming and stylish brewery interior still looks brand new. There's plenty of space between the tables. Even our medium-sized dog was no problem at all. It was our first time at "Em Höttchen," but certainly not our last!

We went to Em Höttchen for dinner as a couple. We had reserved a table and could choose whether we wanted to eat outside or inside. The service was super friendly and the food was delicious.

We were in Bad Münstereifel yesterday. Shortly after 7 p.m., we wanted to have something to eat at this restaurant, so we sat down in the beer garden. As soon as we sat down, a waitress came over and greeted us with the words: "I'm sorry, we couldn't order food, only drinks." She had just been in the kitchen. It's a shame that you can't order food in a restaurant shortly after 7 p.m.

It's a nice little restaurant in the center of Bad Münstereifel. It's very clean and well-maintained both inside and out. The service was good, attentive, and quick. The food was okay. The fries tasted very good, but the schnitzel unfortunately seemed like a convenience store, even though it was labeled as "Eifel pork." The sauces, however, were definitely homemade and very tasty. The salads were also delicious. The bratwurst and the chicken on the salad were unfortunately overcooked, and the pork fillet could have been cooked for a shorter time. All in all, it was a nice visit, and we'll definitely give the "Höttchen" another chance.

I found the currywurst I ordered very tasty. After ordering, it took about ten minutes for it to arrive at my table. I also really liked the staff, the ambiance, and the price.

The place was 70% empty, but all the tables were supposedly reserved (we just wanted to have a few beers with three couples). The grumpy owner said we could sit for an hour, because after that, the guests would arrive. No one came, and we were watched with suspicion the whole time. Very strange behavior.

Very friendly service. Good, tasty food. Thanks to the landlady and a pot of cream, a very spicy goulash soup turned into a very good lunch. Delicious Trappist beers are also served alongside the typical Kölsch and Bitburger.
