Super tasty spicy currywurst and staff absolutely top

We got a table quickly and were served by a friendly waitress. The food was really tasty and sufficient. In terms of price, everything was okay too.

We were in Bad Münstereifel today in fantastic weather and after a stroll through the city we ate there. The service was courteous and the Cordon Bleau was very tasty 😋. We will definitely come back again.

Nice, quiet place, but we were there on a weekday. We ordered two schnitzels, Wiener and paprika, plus beer. Everything was delicious. On the downside, there was no menu in English, apparently the clientele was mostly local.

Right in the heart of Bad Münstereifel and after severe damage caused by the flood, this traditional family business has returned to its former strength. There is a legendary currywurst but also tarte flambée, brawn, crusty goulash and other delicious dishes. There are also sumptuous healthy salads. We have always received very friendly service and have been 100% satisfied. The Trappist beer is also highly recommended.

Yesterday we went to the restaurant for dinner. Without a reservation with a few people, everything was no problem. Super delicious food, very friendly service. Thanks to the woman for the nice service. Sorry again that I spilled my coke 🙈😂. Only recommended 👍

The food - we ate a mixed salad plate with sheep's cheese, a mushroom cream schnitzel and a cordon bleu - was of exceptionally good quality. We have rarely been able to enjoy such a tasty and consistently fresh salad. All in all, thank you very much for the wonderful time you gave us! A beautiful restaurant with a small terrace in the restored old town of Bad Münstereifel, right on the Erft. Because it's asparagus season, I ordered asparagus with cooked ham, triplets and holandaise sauce and drank a Bitburger Pils with it. It took a while for the food to arrive; The reason was that the dish was freshly prepared - and as we all know, that takes time. It tasted excellent. This restaurant is absolutely recommended, especially since the prices are quite “civilian” and have not been raised due to the season (asparagus season!), as is currently the case. often found. Nice, rustic atmosphere. Service friendly and quick. Food wasn't as good as hoped. The fries were unusually dark, but tasted normal. Schnitzel is actually very tasty, but unfortunately the sauces destroy the entire dish. Far too powerful and above all far too sweet. All in all, 3 stars. Too expensive for the quality.

231229 Tagesausflug nach Bad Münstereifel bei trockenem Wetter. Nach einem Bummel durchs Städtchen sind wir hier zur Mittagszeit eingekehrt. Das Lokal war sehr gut besucht, wir hatten den letzten Tisch für Zwei. Das Ambiente ist urig und gemütlich, alles sehr sauber, auch die Toilette. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich, das Essen (Schnitzel) war sehr lecker. Die Portionen waren gut, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung.

Leckeres Essen, das Pfefferschnitzel als auch die Currywurst waren sehr gut, der Service aufmerksam und freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt ……

Keine riesige Karte, regionale Produkte & leckeres Essen! Die Schnitzel sind sehr zu empfehlen. Nettes Ambiente und super Service. Preis-Leistung top. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Es gibt leider gar keinen Nachtisch - für Naschkatzen schwer zu akzeptieren, wenigstens eine Kugel Eis zum Espresso wäre doch machbar :).

Allebei een uitstekende schnitzel (Jägerrahm en Zwiebeln) gegeten met heerlijke bratkartoffeln, een frisse beilagensalat en een goed biertje van de tap. Vriendelijke bediening en goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Aanrader dus! Een dessert van de dag of iets lekkers voor bij de koffie is de ontbrekende schakel voor de vijfde ster.

Kleines Lokal, man könnte dran vorbei gehen, haben die vielen positiven Rezensionen gelesen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Kleine fein nicht überladene Speisekarte, Schnitzel und Co in verschiedenen Variationen, leider keine Vorsuppen bzw Appetithappen und kein warmes vegetarisches Gericht, deshalb einen Stern Abzug….ach komm , die waren freundlich obwohl sie bei der Flutkatastrophe abgesoffen waren ich gebe deshalb 5 Sterne. Jägerschnitzel mit frischen Pilzen, und der Salat mit Ziegenkäse, hat top geschmeckt und war auch ausreichend portioniert. Eine klare Empfehlung

Wer ein uriges Lokal mit leckerer Küche und feinen Bieren vom Fass sucht, ist hier richtig. Das Essen war sehr gut, frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet und zügig serviert. Die verschiedenen Biere vom Fass lassen keine Wünsche offen.

Im Herzen von Bad Münstereifel liegt das "EM Höttchen". Ein gemütliches Familienrestaurant, in dem wir direkt spürten, dass hier mit Herz gekocht wird. Mein Flammkuchen war einfach top und das Schnitzel meines Kumpels genau so. Ja, es ist vielleicht ein bisschen teurer, aber die Qualität des Essens rechtfertigt das auf jeden Fall. Was wirklich beeindruckt, ist die Frische der Zutaten. Der Koch legt großen Wert darauf, und das schmeckt man. Hier gibt's wohl die frischesten und besten Zutaten in ganz Bad Münstereifel. Definitiv einen Besuch wert!

Waren heute mit 5 Personen hier essen , 5 mal lecker , sehr freundlich und schneller Service und der Preis war korrekt.

Gemütlich,gute bürgerliche Küche... Hausgemachte Pommes,zartes Fleisch,freundliche Bedienung,faire Preise.......

Super leckeres Essen. Selbstgemachte pommes frische Champions und keine Sauce aus dem Eimer. Auch der Beilagensalat war richtig gut, kein 0815 Salat. Gerne jederzeit wieder. Macht weiter so das Essen war richtig klasse.

Also ich finde hier gibt es die beste Currywurst vom Rheinland, die anderen Gerichte sind natürlich auch sehr gut aber die Currywurst hat es in sich.

Eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Kneipe. Flammkuchen 1a. Gulaschsuppe auch. Wir konnten ja nicht alles probieren, aber es liest sich super. Und Bolten Alt vom Faß, das ist schon der Knaller. Was will man mehr. Der Wirt und seine Mitarbeiterin sind umwerfend nett und höflich. Wenns nicht so weit von zuhause wäre......hier wäre ich Stammgast.
