Delicious food. (especially the tapa is simply delicious) Great restaurant. Good service. We will be happy to visit the restaurant again soon. The only downside is that it was very loud and you had to talk loudly yourself.

Unfortunately no card payment possible.

We held our wedding celebration in the Eifelei (approx. 25 people, some of them children). The team set up a beautifully decorated table and the children sat at a children's table. A menu was agreed in advance in which all wishes could be taken into account, rounded off with a starter and dessert. All guests were very satisfied with the food (roast venison, pork medallions or vegetarian napkin dumplings with various side dishes, the children were very impressed with the fries). The service was very attentive and friendly and the entire design was absolutely fair in terms of price. We look forward to further visits in the future and can highly recommend the restaurant.

The opening hours on maps only show the café part. The kitchen for the restaurant is CLOSED on Mondays and Tuesdays. Interior is classic (old).

Nice little bistro. Very (!) delicious food and very friendly service from the loving (co-)owner. The food and drinks also had a very good price-performance ratio. It is a real shame, however, that the restaurant is closed at the end of the year will be closed due to age reasons. We were very happy to go there again. So we wish the Griese family all the best, good luck and, above all, health.

Big money probably only plays a role here. My reservation was canceled due to a wedding taking place at the property. No alternative room or other accommodation was provided. Only the statement that your booking was canceled. Staying overnight here is not recommended, as you could end up without a room. It's human that mistakes happen. But if you have a booking, you cannot book double occupancy here. Personally, I am very disappointed by the incident... and probably more people will be affected by the cancellation.

The currywurst is simply delicious

We were there on December 6th. In 2024 the two of us will be in hell for the first time. The name doesn't fit the very tasty food at all. We ordered Königsberger Klopse and Döppekooche and were thrilled by the generous salads and the accompanying sauces. We'll be back!
