I like to start with delicatessen & kebab, pizza! The employees are always friendly and helpful! We like the food very much. The delicatessen department in particular is our highlight. We regularly get delicatessen spreads and have noticed that despite using the same product, they taste a little different every time. For us a sign of quality and Eugen production! We think the prices are justified! The ambience also invites you to linger and enjoy for a moment. No snack feeling!!!

I ordered a pide with sucuk. Quickly prepared and super tasty. Service very friendly. The ambience is also nice, you just have to realize that you are sitting in the "entrance" of a supermarket.

By saying that you have been using the "doner kebab" in the same composition from the beginning of the year until today, you are rightly explaining to all customers that your meat skewer was not marketed as a chicken/turkey kebab right from the start. but could only be sold as rotisserie meat because the list of ingredients for the chicken/turkey meat does not comply with the “Guidelines for meat and meat products”. At least that seems to have been prescribed by Department 39, Veterinary Affairs and Food Control of the Euskirchen district (veterinary office) for your company, which operates under the name “AL Feingenuss UG” in Brühl, Uhlstraße 100. That's why you had to change your menu from “chicken kebab” to “rotisserie meat”. Anyone who is interested in doing so can submit a request to the Euskirchen district in accordance with Section 5 Paragraph 2 Sentence 2 of the Consumer Information Act, asking them to provide information as to why the re-labelling was required for them. All operational items that were criticized in your company at the time of the inspection will be listed. The result is public and can then be displayed here for your customers. The criticized lack of transparency primarily relates to the fact that the snack bar operator and her employees act externally as if the renaming to “rotisserie meat” had to have been done purely arbitrarily and without reason, by official authority. It is not explained that the reason for the renaming is the fact that you do not sell real kebab meat in the sense of the regulation in your company. This approach is called, among other things, “consumer deception”, is outrageous and shows no appreciation for the customer. Pretending to be ignorant is in no way a sign of good gastronomic understanding and its basic principles, always in the interest of educating the customer. After all, the keywords you mentioned are named “Full-Service Restaurants, Eating places, Restaurants and mobile food service activities, Restaurants and Bars, Retail Sale” in the Cologne commercial register. That's a big gastronomic plan for a company with a share capital of 500 euros as an entrepreneurial company (UG). Furthermore, it must be noted that criticism apparently encourages the snack bar operator, on the one hand, to assume the comfortable role of victim and, on the other hand, to condemn critically formulated reviews as false and/or fake and to question the corresponding profile. For texts and profiles that have received positive reviews, do not dispute the rating. This behavior reveals your mindset not only towards the product on offer and the apparently usual blurring of facts towards the customer, but also towards a critical assessment. It's actually a shame that you're putting yourself in such a bad light. This rating refers exclusively to the non-transparent behavior of the snack bar operator and not to her food. And no, writing a review doesn't take an hour, just a few minutes if the appropriate frequency of keystrokes per minute is reached. You can do it too. Just be brave! Live up to your name: Grow up, grow and thrive!

Very nice and attentive young boss. Dürüm and kebab bread is freshly baked. Kebab bag was simply very tasty. The pastes are top, especially mother-in-law's paste is mega..

Unlike at the beginning of the year, there is no longer any kebab here, just the cheaper rotisserie meat. That's a shame, as the kebab meat tastes much better than the rotisserie meat now on offer. The fact that the difference in taste is so significant is due to the fact that only five ingredients are allowed in the kebab skewer, namely spices, eggs, onions, oil, milk and yoghurt. In addition, only lamb/sheep meat and/or veal/beef may be included and the minced meat mass may not exceed sixty percent of the total proportion of kebab meat. This means that the writing meat must be at least forty percent. On the other hand, the cheaper rotisserie, meat consisting only of minced meat, may also contain separated meat (meat waste), flavor enhancers and other ingredients. I can understand that the operator offers the cheaper rotisserie meat for cost reasons; a veal kebab skewer costs around twice as much compared to the simple rotisserie meat skewer in the EK or, depending on the production requirements of the snack bar operator, sometimes three or four times as much at the kebab producer. High-quality meat is expensive. Basically, every snack bar operator knows what he is selling. It would be desirable to inform customers about this too. In any case, it doesn't make a good impression if the operator can't or doesn't want to give adequate information about the meat, or in the worst case acts as if he had no idea what he was selling. That's just unprofessional. This can be found in the public opinion in Germany for kebab [...] number 2.511.7 of the guidelines for meat and meat products of the German Food Code.

Leckerste Dönertasche in Bad Münstereifel! Das Brot schmeckt hier richtig gut und ist nicht das Standard Produkt was sonst jeder Laden verkauft. Freundliches und höfliches Personal, die auch mal Lächeln. :) Zum Preis... naja, ich selber finde es schwer zu akzeptieren, dass eine Dönertasche nun überall 6 Euronen oder mehr kostet, aber "it is what it is", Preis also ok. Lohnt sich hier zu essen!

Bester Burger in Bad Münstereifel, Börek auch sehr lecker, ebenso die Auberginencreme. Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Neugierig habe ich einfach nur mal schauen wollen, was es hier so gibt. Ich bin sofort sehr höflich begrüßt worden und wurde nach meinen Wünschen gefragt. Die täglich wechselnde & frische Menü- Auswahl ist nicht nur sehr schmackhaft , sondern meist mit kleinem Salat inklusive; der Preis ist vollkommen angemessen, da auch die Portionen reichlich sind😉. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, Herr Cengiz und sein Team runden das Wohlgefühl ❤️noch zusätzlich ab; wünschen möchte ich mir zusätzlich Sitzplätze, um noch öfters da zu speisen🥳

Wir waren bis jetzt einmal da. Sehr frisch und lecker und ausgesprochen freundliches Personal.

Nach dem Hochwasser haben wir lange gewartet bis unsere Lieblingsladen wieder geöffnet ist.Leckere Pasten und Döner haben wir vermisst.Sehr nette Mitarbeiter.Danke
