Very friendly staff. There's no table service or food in the beer garden, but that's perfectly fine. You can get drinks at the bar, and you can always find a spot inside for a meal.

Once again, we were guests. The food was spot on – we had medium-rare rump steaks with onions and fried potatoes, or fresh chanterelle mushrooms. For starters, we had a potato or tomato cream soup – both also fresh, perfectly seasoned – simply magnificent. If we're ever in the area again, it's a must-visit.

Beautiful, delicious, and very friendly staff. Our waiter, Max, not only served us excellently but also fulfilled our every need with a smile. It couldn't be better.

Visited the Paderborner Brauhaus this evening a fantastic experience. Staff friendly, so accommodating and professional. Me and my work colleague had the Double Currywurst which was perfect. Plentiful and well cooked. Plenty of beers and drinks. Overall a great time was had and will definitely go back again.

I will definitely come back, as it deserves a second chance. The non-alcoholic wheat beer was swapped (which can end badly), the fried potatoes were soggy and not fresh, and the Wiener Schnitzel had a long journey to our plate. But it was very crowded and a lot of things can go wrong.

The food can be described as good, home-style cooking. The menu is very concise but sufficient. The portion sizes are more than generous, and everything seems very freshly prepared. The waitress seemed a bit stressed and very short-tempered. This seemed to be due to the high customer frequency. The food was served very quickly (almost too quickly). All in all, a beautiful location on the Pader River. It also has an attached beer garden where self-service is the norm. Reservations seem advisable on sunny days.

The food is decent and nothing to complain about, but what's infuriating is the overpriced drinks menu. For example, €5.40 for a 0.4l Coke. In temperatures like today, the cash register really rings if you're a bit thirsty because it's so warm.

Unfortunately, the knuckle is sloppy and the rind isn't crispy... What a pity...

A great place to eat , staff friendly and welcoming

A good, pleasant ambiance, partly modern, partly more rustic, depending on the room. There's also a beer garden, right by the Pader spring. If you sit outside, you can hear the rushing water. Well-frequented. Friendly, attentive, courteous, and smart service, who work incredibly hard. The kitchen is on the first floor, while the guests sit on the ground floor, so the waitress has to constantly go up and down. Very good home-cooked food at reasonable prices, which, as I note, haven't increased in almost three years. The food arrives promptly, even when you arrive with a crew of 12. So, my conclusion – highly recommended!

Paderborn Brauhaus is a place where the steak and beer pairing is truly amazing. We arrived at 5 p.m., the restaurant's opening time, and even though the inside seating was empty, they asked for reservations first. Since we didn't have a reservation, we were naturally guided outside, and the beautiful weather made our meal even more enjoyable. It's a popular place, so making a reservation in advance will allow you to enjoy your meal more leisurely!

I have tried a lot of restaurants in Paderborn, and on my way to another restaurant tonight we decided to give this one a try instead. I only wish that I had found this gem earlier. The staff were amazing, attentive, but not overbearing. The food was amazing. Every single member of our table finished every part of our meal. Best steak I have had in Paderborn hands down. Every member of our group wholeheartedly agreed that this was the best meal we have had in Paderborn. Would 100% recommend. Will come back to Paderborn just to come back to this restaurant.

The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. Personally, I found the price quite reasonable compared to other breweries. I paid less than €30 for a main course and two drinks.

The location, right next to the Pader, was top-notch, the staff were really good and the food was plentiful.

We discovered the place by chance and got a table right in the beer garden, which was wonderful. We only had a quick drink, but we were impressed by the ambiance, the service, and the interior.

Approximately 6.30 we attempted to get a table for 9. The waitress told us grab a table inside or outside but when we went to an inside table the manager came and started yelling at us that they had nothing available when we could see open tables. I got the impression that the 4 kids in our group might be the issue. (6 12 13 16) He said no again so we left. He was extremely rude. We are on vacation but would never go there again.

The service was friendly and unobtrusive. The food was good and plentiful, but for a brewery, the draft beer selection was unfortunately very limited. They don't have their own beer, and otherwise only offer off-the-shelf Warsteiner, which is a shame. We would have expected that from a "brewery." The ambiance, unfortunately, is completely lacking, with the atmosphere resembling a large cafeteria. The worst thing, however, was the noise level; it was almost impossible to hold a conversation at the table. Therefore, we won't consider another visit.

Nice staff. Unlucky with the food. The knuckle of pork could have been in the oven longer. Two orders were placed at the table, one excellent, mine not. The comments from the kitchen weren't particularly critical. The rest was okay.

Nice place, great LUMBERJACK steak - very tasty, I sincerely recommend it, but BRAUMEISTER RUMP steak didn't impress me so much, it seemed a bit bland, although they got it right with the roasting. Isenbeck Dark beer is not to our taste, but we really liked Paderborner Pilger.

We visited the restaurant for the first time today (May 14th) and have to say we were more than impressed. This was largely due to the young, dark-haired waitress who performed her job with dedication. You rarely see something like that these days, and we were more than impressed by her friendly and attentive manner. But the food and the ambiance were also impressive. We left full and satisfied.

Thank you again! Unfortunately, the potato soup didn't impress us that much, but the main course was delicious and great value for money! Large portions! We'll definitely be back!

We were there for a birthday. Unfortunately the employees were rather unfriendly. We kindly asked if we could “park” the gift with the employees for a moment. Annoyed, they said no and simply put it in the cloakroom, but without keeping an eye on it. The store wasn't full, it was a weekday. It's a shame that the reaction there was so stupid. We probably won't celebrate our birthdays there anymore.

We went there for dinner after a soccer game. We had made reservations beforehand, though. My girlfriend and I ordered knuckle of pork, and our two companions ordered various schnitzels. They both enjoyed the schnitzels very much. With our knuckle of pork, I had to complain that there was only a small strip of rind on it. This made the rest very dry. Crispy rind all over is the best part of a knuckle of pork. The mashed potatoes were okay, and the sauerkraut was excellent. I would have preferred pork knuckle, though, but it wasn't on the menu. But if it had had as little rind as the knuckle, I wouldn't have enjoyed it either. The thinness craze has become so bad these days!!! It's better to cut down on sugar in drinks than on fat in meat, which is a great flavor booster! What a shame! 😏 But the restaurateurs can't do anything about it; they can only buy what the market offers and what the industry determines.

The food was great, but the service left something to be desired. We were there for dinner with 13 people on a Saturday evening from 7 p.m. Food was really great and delicious! The salad dressing is amazing! We hung out for a long time afterwards and drank quite a bit. At around 11 p.m. we were told that the coffee machine would now be cleaned. A look on the internet showed us opening hours until 2 a.m. At about midnight we were asked to do one last lap. Almost everyone ordered something that the waitress probably didn't expect. "Snort... Then I guess I'll have to write it down." The drinks were (my subjective feeling) slammed onto the table. Not on the beer mat, not the writing at the front, etc. I didn't find it very friendly. Overall, I had the feeling that everyone was shuffling with their hooves that we were finally leaving. Then we are too. It was completed almost directly behind us. It should also be mentioned that after checking out there were still two drinks left that none of us had consumed. Unfortunately there was no response from the service. :-( We each threw together a euro without hesitation and paid the bill. But with an average of €40 per nose, I would have expected more accommodation. Unfortunately I won't be coming back any time soon.

Come by regularly, always 1x Ladyteller for him and 1x Wiener Schnitzel for you. Plus a glass of Primitivo. I can only recommend it in the city!

Like every year the same problem: The toilet situation at carnival is an absolute catastrophe! The Brauhaus Paderborn has been making good money with its events for years, but simply doesn't manage to provide sufficient sanitary facilities. A single toilet truck in front of the door is completely inadequate, so women simply use the men's toilet - the other way around would be a scandal in 2025. Anyone who then has to do their business outside will be thrown out of the store without discussion by the hopelessly overwhelmed security. When asked, they only said that there is currently no supervisor and the team at the entrance cannot cope with the rush. It seems as if unpleasant incidents have to happen again before anything changes here.

Went to the brewery last night, it was very full, but we were immediately escorted to the table, the service and the kitchen were perfect, a special compliment to the service, the children were treated very kindly, they got an ice cream after their meal and they even asked for sprinkles 🍦😋

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff. Upon request, a vegetarian dish was also turned into a vegan one. It would have been even nicer if one of these had been offered directly on the menu. Or an indication of feasibility. But it was tasty, so we can recommend the house for a sociable meal.

I ordered a knuckle with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut! The cabbage was completely overcooked, just a mess. The knuckle was tasteless, overall the skin was greasy, wobbly and the puree wasn't fresh, it tasted like it had been used before! All in all, just a catastrophe! There probably won't be another visit!!

We were at the brewery with the department for our Christmas party and we all felt very comfortable. Max's service was very courteous and humorous, despite many additional requests, everything was resolved. The portions are very good, my goose dish is a dream. Only the toilet rooms were really freezing cold. Please fix this :)

First of all, the biggest disappointment: a brewery without its own beer. Warsteiner is served. It could be worse, but it's nothing. The food and selection is OK. Doesn't rip off the chair, but fits. The service is absolutely MEGA. The girls and boys deserve 6 stars. Always present, friendly, helpful and super attuned and attentive to one another.
