Hello, unfortunately I ate a strange schnitzel again, like so often in the catering industry. . I think I "can" fry schnitzel even as a non-cook, but this sticky breading is unbelievable, I don't know how they do it, but the breading cannot be scraped off the meat with a knife and a fork and it literally sticks deep to the meat, nothing with airy detachment from the flesh. . . It wasn't flour, egg, breadcrumbs and fried in clarified butter,... with such a completely even browning I'd guess deep-frying... and that for just under 12,-... without any side dishes, of course. . . SORRY
