A very pleasant, quiet place to relax and enjoy yourself. The food was excellent and the value for money was excellent. We would be happy to come back.

We once had a wonderful date here – back then, the restaurant was a small, intimate place with a family atmosphere, excellent cuisine made from regional produce, and truly competent wine recommendations. We visited again after the reopening, but unfortunately, the magic was gone. It's clear that the restaurant is now part of a chain. The staff tried hard to do everything right, but it no longer felt personal. The food was okay, but nothing special – and honestly, not worth the effort of driving an hour for. Unfortunately, it's no longer a place we'd want to return to.

The location is very appealing, the team is friendly and dedicated, but there's still a lot of room for improvement. The same goes for the kitchen; it lacks coordination and team spirit.

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was disappointing in several respects. The location, surrounded by greenery, actually had potential, but many aspects were underutilized. Parking chaos despite its remote location: For a restaurant "in the middle of nowhere," it's incomprehensible that the parking situation is so disastrous. Practically all guests arrive by car, yet the already small parking lot was overflowing upon our arrival, even though the restaurant wasn't even fully booked. Service completely overwhelmed: The staff was friendly, but simply overwhelmed. Our drink orders were sometimes forgotten and had to be refilled several times. Empty glasses, bottles, or plates often remained sitting for far too long. Attentive service looks different. Kitchen management poor: The food arrived for our table more than ten minutes late. Anyone who wants to eat together is out of luck here. This simply shouldn't happen, especially with simpler dishes. Food: Lots of show, little quality: The burger was a complete disappointment. Instead of a strong meaty flavor, red cabbage dominated, which was not only completely overdone in quantity but not even mentioned on the menu. If you don't like red cabbage, you can forget the whole burger. The salmon (served as smoked salmon) was so fishy and salty that it was barely edible. The fries were limp and unseasoned, and the side salad tasted musty and old. Ambience with weaknesses: The outdoor area is certainly charming, but inside, the noise level is like a train station concourse. The loud music further contributes to the unpleasant atmosphere, making conversation at the table almost impossible. Conclusion: The setting alone isn't enough to make a restaurant visit worthwhile. When the service, cuisine, and organization are so weak, the bottom line is an unsatisfying experience. I won't visit this restaurant again and can't recommend it to anyone. After the visit, I went to McDonald's to at least fill myself up on a decent burger.

We ate there for the second time today, and once again, everything was delicious and excellent! The service was very attentive and excellent! We'd love to come back. The ambiance is also great.😃😋

A very tastefully decorated, cozy, and modern-rustic café/restaurant with friendly, courteous, and cheerful staff. The outdoor area is ideal for families with children. Our dog was also very welcome. The food is very good and attractively presented. All in all, 5 stars+, we'll be happy to return.

Das kürzlich wieder eröffnete und neu renovierte Restaurant hat jetzt ein modernes zeitgemäßes und dennoch gemütliches Ambiente und ist auch für Gruppen geeignet. Die Getränkekarte lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Service ist mit hervorragenden Fachkräften besetzt, lediglich die Küche hat noch Luft nach oben..

This was our second time there and we were absolutely thrilled again. The service is fantastic, very polite, incredibly friendly, and always up for a laugh :) The food was once again very, very good. It's delicious and plentiful. All in all, always worth a visit :) We'd love to come back :)

Because it was too crowded, service was slow. We stood in line for 20 minutes to get to the buffet.

I've been there twice within 14 days. The first visit was for a private party. The buffet consisted of various meat dishes, as well as side dishes. And there was nothing to complain about. Second visit: We were there on Mother's Day with 13 people. The brunch was plentiful and delicious. Friendly staff. Good value for money. P.S. Eating out costs money, as you know in advance.

Very tasty and great atmosphere

We were at the Redinger Hof for the first time since it reopened. The atmosphere is great – modern, cozy and inviting. Since the menu was very asparagus-heavy, we spontaneously decided on cake, and it was really great! The prices of the food are rather high. When it comes to service, you can still tell that the opening wasn't that long ago - here and there things aren't going quite right, but the staff was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come back to make a comparison - the potential is definitely there!

A little too expensive. Lovingly prepared dishes. Friendly and quick service. All the dishes were far too salty for us - 5 people. If the bruschetta's bread had been crispy, warm and fresh - instead of dry and rather "stale" - then it would have been great. The asparagus soup didn't seem like home-made soup to me, but rather like ready-made soup - a shame in the current asparagus season.

The Redingerhof is recommended without exception for those who appreciate fine food preparation! After a small but welcoming gesture in the form of a spread surrounded by dough, the very fresh country bread (it would have been better warm) with the notable homemade spread was allowed to pleasantly prepare us for the main course. This shouldn't undercut our expectations, but rather convince us with the locally hunted deer in the burger, enriched in taste with red cabbage and gratinated cheese. Although the arrival of the main course took an hour, it was immediately compensated for by a starter and a schnapps at the house's expense to round off the visit (the reason was a misunderstanding in the kitchen). What is also worth highlighting is the service that pays meticulous attention to our well-being, with a pleasant frequency of inquiries and consistently polite communication. All in all, a worthwhile stay that we will definitely repeat in the near future🤌 5⭐️

I've been there twice now since it reopened and it's not really worth another visit. The stuffed gnocchi were tasty, but definitely not worth €21. It barely tasted like truffles, just like goat cheese. During my visit today I couldn't even finish it because the way the boiled sweet potato was prepared was really not tasty. Hardly any seasoning, but a very strange aftertaste. But the crowning glory was the dessert, which looked as if they were trying to represent a pile of poop. It was actually tasty, but it was heavily doused with liquor. The service was very friendly, yet stressed and overwhelmed. Doesn't know the map well. When asked what the seasonal risotto is, the answer was: "Uh, I don't know, but it looks delicious"

We were at the Redingerhof today and the food was really delicious, but the service was very disorganized. It felt like no one knew what the other was doing. Not even the basics, such as “how to carry a tablet” or “never run out of power” were recognizable. So the service staff made things unnecessarily difficult for themselves. There was no division of the staff, it seemed very confused, so that guests, for example, had already had 2-3 drinks before they even had the menu. We had the empty plates at the table for over 45 minutes and were not asked for dessert or coffee. There was a feeling that only the restaurant manager was an expert. It's actually a shame, because it makes working in service so much more stressful than it actually is. I worked as a restaurant manager myself for many years and know what I'm talking about. It's a shame because the food, which was really tasty, loses so much value. I hope you take it to heart and work on the basics of service.

Actually a great location. However, we were there with 20 people who had pre-ordered, and we even had to inform them about the food in advance by email. The table wasn't ready when we arrived; it was then set up in the hall. where it was very difficult to have a conversation because of the very poor acoustics. A few things went wrong when we were ordering; the waitress stood at the table with drinks a few times even though we hadn't ordered anything. In the hall we went through the food we had already ordered and then the waiting began. After about an hour the first meals arrived, all at intervals one after the other. 2 Food was forgotten. The quality of the food was also not as described on the website. An example: the steak was gray, so not good quality, but at some point you don't feel like saying anything anymore and waiting. Then we said twice that we wanted to pay, nothing happened, a table was taken away, then the cellar was gone again. The waitress who brought the drinks was quite embarrassed, a thank you to this nice waitress. At some point a cellar came and sat at the table. There was no apology, only the staff would be absent and you couldn't change it and everyone else would understand. We were never told anything about this, then perhaps there would have been greater understanding. So all in all a failure. Telling us about the food in advance didn't help either. Too bad!

After reserving a table days in advance, we arrived promptly at 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 12th. All parking spaces were taken, and about 10 people were waiting outside the entrance. It was crowded both inside and out. After about 15 minutes, we were asked if they could help! Despite our reservation, there were no available tables in the restaurant except for the side table in the entrance area. Or a table outside!! After we declined the offer (!), we were offered a table in the dining room. After waiting another 15 minutes without service, we left. It might be more sensible to accept appointments by phone instead of using a portal that obviously doesn't work. We have removed this location from our menu.

The most important thing first: the food was fantastic! We had the carrot salad à la, Max, Berlin liver and a wild burger. High-quality fresh food, imaginatively composed, fair prices. A very successful card. Enjoyment, true joy. But: The really tasteful location (well maintained inside and out and beautifully decorated) had such a noise level that conversation at the table was hardly possible. The tables were also very close, so that you were in unwanted close contact with your neighbors. From the previous reviews I gathered that the service staff still needs to “get used to it”. I'm afraid something more is needed here, namely a fundamental change in attitude. We had reserved for three people. After we entered the restaurant, we were given a quick look. Then two service staff turned their backs on us and continued the conversation without greeting us. After some time we were spoken to and pointed out our reservation, whereupon one of the two disappeared without a word and left us standing again. After a while we were shown to our table, as described, relatively close. After we ordered our aperitifs, no one asked us about our drink requests, e.g. B. asked for food. The starters came, we had to take care of the cutlery ourselves. The main courses were placed on the table a short time later alongside the starters, without comment. Then it was cleared away and we were asked, literally(!): “Uh, do you want to drink something else...0der...er...although...I still have to get a few reservations here!?" Because of such an invitation, we were happy to forego our cappuccino. Believing that the waiter had noticed his faux pas and wanted to make up for it with politeness, we watched as he pulled my friend's chair back as he stood up. Error! It wasn't quite vertical yet when he grabbed a chair to place it at another table. For a “goodbye and have a nice evening!” there was no time left either. We were “shunted through” in 75 minutes, even though the evening should have been something special for us. We assume that the staff is just trying to implement management's instructions and is overwhelmed by it. With all our understanding for the difficult situation in the catering industry, we don't want to experience that. But again: Greetings to the kitchen, they saved our evening.

A cozy restaurant surrounded by greenery. A great wine selection and a varied menu. I had the penne Alfredo and loved it 🤩 The Sunday brunch is also highly recommended. Great value and lovingly prepared.

It's great that the courtyard has been revitalized so well. A pleasant ambiance, a great venue for celebrations.

We were a large group and ordered a variety of dishes, all of which were excellent. I highly recommend it. Although the service is still finding its feet, they're putting in a lot of effort.

Service (processes etc.) can still be improved, otherwise (especially Marvin) very nice, friendly and attentive to the guests. The young women were visibly stressed. Food was okay so far, would have expected more Korean influence, which was announced, wished (only Korean carrot salad on the menu at the moment). Atmosphere still uncomfortable as it is still very loud even if the new furniture and colors overall look better than before.

We had brunch here with 12 people. The buffet is varied - you can find warm and cold as well as sweet and savory dishes. The service was very attentive and friendly. It would be a plus if you also got a glass of sparkling wine and a selection of tea was included in the price :-)

So kann man sich seinen Ruf auch zeitnah ruinieren. Das ist kein Brunch, sondern ein tolles Frühstück. Dann aber preislich noch einen draufsetzen und als Lunchanteil dann einzig und allein 2 magere Suppen, die beide total versalzen waren, anzubieten, hat uns allen das „Bruncherlebnis“ verhagelt. So nicht!

Top restaurant, just the way I like it! Super nice location, I just like country inns much better than “city restaurants”. The food was on point! The service was very warm and friendly, although it was a bit bumpy today, it may need to improve a bit, but it will be okay :-) Today we sat to the left of the entrance in the ballroom!? In my opinion, the ambience here needs to be improved a bit, because it was very loud or had a lot of noise and the lighting concept there made it a bit uncomfortable. It would also be great if the parking spaces and the path leading to the street had some lighting! Therefore only 4 stars in total. The food is already 5 stars+

Wonderful, the Redingerhof is back! And without the arrogant star-rated attitude, but with delicious dishes, decent value for money, and good vegetarian options. Unfortunately, it's still incredibly loud; as before, sound-absorbing elements are missing. It's difficult to maintain conversations. Overall, though, the decor and furnishings are tasteful and well-executed. The staff is really friendly, but they still need to get into the groove a bit before everything runs smoothly. The restaurant has only been open again since Wednesday, the ambience is still very nice. The food is delicious. The service staff still has to find their feet or learn something. Suggestion: For example, there are no fries on the children's menu and the potato pancakes with carrot pieces were too special for our child.

A really very special place. We had a very nice afternoon here and we really enjoyed the cake. We particularly liked how attentive and friendly the service was. A normal thing, but unfortunately no longer a given. She took very nice care of our two seniors with canes and walkers, spoke to the children very nicely and also brought the dogs a bowl of water. Top class gastronomy! The ambience is fantastic, the open fireplace is the icing on the cake, modern style in the old walls. Kathrin in service does a great job, very personable, attentive, friendly and you always feel welcome. The food is outstanding!!! The boss shows what he can do! The way it is served is always art on the plate, paired with a quality craftsmanship and flavor combinations that you have to look for in Paderborn! We even like to eat vegetarian starters or desserts here (we're not really fans of that), as the dishes are so cleverly created that it's just a real treat! The pricing policy is absolutely justified and worth every cent. In such difficult times for restaurateurs, we can only hope that a shop like this can survive and get energetic employees so that the health and happiness of the host is maintained. Hier stimmte alles! Hervorragend! Wildfleisch auf den Punkt, saisonale und regionale Pilze, dazu eine unglaublich gelungene Soße! Der Nachtisch war handwerklich top, gehobene Küche mit vielen Details. Selbstgemachte Schorlen, prima. Und die Frau aus dem Service war sehr aufmerksam, gute Weinauswahl zum Fleisch. Ich komme definitiv wieder, gerne öfter! Weite so!

Wir haben hier einen netten Abend mit Freunden verbracht, an dem einfach alles gestimmt hat, vom Ambiente, der guten modernen, frischen Küche mit feinen Weinen und der herzlichen, professionellen Beratung und Bedienung. Die Speisenauswahl ist sehr übersichtlich aber für jeden Gast unserer Gruppe war etwas dabei. Alle Gerichte waren mit viele Liebe zubereitet, optisch sehr ansprechend und filigran angerichtet und hatten durchaus Sterne Niveau. Erwähnenswert auch die gute Weinauswahl zu sehr gastfreundlichen Preisen.

Ich bin gestern durch Zufall auf den Redingerhof gestoßen und war begeistert von dem Essen der Qualität und dem Service. Die Weinempfehlung on point. Schönes Ambiente. Eine Siebträger Maschine wäre für mich noch ein Träumchen gewesen.

Zu Dritt erwartungsvolle Gäste (Empfehlung!) an einem Donnerstagabend. Der Gemütlich gestaltete Gastraum war an 4 Tischen besetzt. Herzliches Willkommen, schneller Service und Erläuterung der kleinen Karte incl. einer persönlichen Tagesempfehlung. Man fühlte sich wohl. Bier vom Fass, Weinauswahl gut, Essen vorzüglich. Unser Eindruck entspricht voll dem guten Urteil der Gäste vor uns: Immer wieder mal!….auch in kollegialer Erinnerung an die Heimat der „Doktor‘schen“

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit freundlichem, zuvorkommenedem Personal und sehr feiner Küche. Auch Preis Leistung war bei dieser Qualität völlig in Ordnung.

Das Ambiente war erstklassig. Essen auf Sterne Niveau. Sämtliche Gänge waren herausragend. Eine Geschmacksexplosion für den Gaumen. Es ist wirklich ein Erlebnis wert. Ein grosses Lob an die Servicekräfte. Professionell, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Service war makellos. Einmalig, macht weiter so. Absolute Weiterempfehlung und das Geld auf jeden Fall wert!

Sehr schönes Ambiente, genau die richtige Mischung aus schick und gemütlich für einen besonderen Abend. Service war sehr nett und sympathisch. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Viele verschiedene Komponenten, unterschiedliche Texturen, bunte Farben, diverse Geschmacksrichtungen.... die zusammen ein leckeres großes ganzes ergeben. Und dazu auch noch so schön anzusehen.

Ein sehr gemütliches Lokal im Bauernstil, der Kaffee und der Kuchen sind köstlich. Die Lage ist herrlich, mit einer Sicht auf Bad Lippspringe, Schlangen und Umgebung, ideal auch für Spaziergänge. Meine Tochter hat ihre Pferde im anliegenden Gestüt untergebracht.

Sehr leckeres Essen im "Fine Dining" Segment. Der Koch (und Chef) lieben was sie tun. Das sieht und schmeckt man, die Tellersprache und die Gerichte waren sehr lecker und auf den Punkt. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Fast tat es weh die Desserts "zu zerstören"

Idyllisches Hofrestaurant im Wald, direkt vor Bad Lippspringe...super Küche/rechtzeitig reservieren, falls man mit mehreren dort zum Essen einkehren möchte. Der Biergarten draußen, kann meist ohne Buchung besucht werden.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal zum Essen hier. Das Ambiente im umgebauten Stall ist super schön. Der Service ist top! Wir haben uns für ein 4 Gang Menu entschieden. Essen auf einem super hohen Niveau, großartig angerichtet, tolle Kombinationen. Wir sind begeistert und empfehlen diese tolle Location unbedingt weiter!

Sehr idyllisches und gemütliches Restaurant mit wunderschön angerichtetem und unglaublich leckerem Essen der gehobenen Gastronomie. Das Ambiente des Restaurant hat uns einen gemütlichen Abend mit Kerzenlicht und Wärme vom zentral stehenden Ofen beschert. Die Gerichte haben beim Servieren sofort mit der Optik überzeugt und der Geschmack hat das Gesamtpaket mehr nochmal getoppt. Es war sehr geschmacksintentiv und ein Erlebnis. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen und können es wärmsten empfehlen.

Ich habe ein Schnitzel bestellt, die Klopfgeräusche aus der Küche waren schon vielversprechend. Aber das was dann auf dem Teller lag war wirklich Spitzenklasse. Dazu guter Wein und ein aufmerksamer Service. Ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis!

Kleine, aber abwechslungsreiche Karte...definitiv im gehobenen Bereich einzuordnen. André schmeckt phantastisch ab und auch das Auge kommt auf seine Kosten, zudem sehr angenehme Dame im Service (aufgeschlossen, freundlich, auf Zack und weiß wovon sie spricht und was sie tut👍, die Kombi findet man leider nur noch selten. Das Essen war ausgesprochen gut und sehr schön angerichtet. Geschmacklich auch ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten den Tafelspitz, der war fantastisch. Der Nachtisch kunstvoll angerichtet. Wir waren das erste Mal zu Gast im Redingerhof und waren schon von dem Ambiente des historischen Gebäudes begeistert. Die übersichtlich gestaltete Speisekarte hat unseren Eindruck bestärkt, das wir den Weg nicht umsonst gemacht haben. Und so war es dann auch. Das Essen war aromatisch, vielfältig und kulinarisch ansprechend angerichtet.(besonders die Vorspeisen). Der Service war unaufdringlich und freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unserer Ansicht mehr als zufriedenstellend und für das Gebotene eher als zu günstig einzustufen. Ein rund um gelungener Abend im außergewöhnlichen Ambiente. Gerne wieder und eine absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Über Internetbewertungen sind wir auf dieses Restaurant aufmerksam geworden. Das Essen war geschmacklich sowie optisch hervorragend. Das Servicepersonal war an unserem Tisch (obwohl das Lokal augenscheinlich fast ausgebucht war) immer wieder präsent und hat uns sehr freundlich bedient. Dies war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Besuch.

Der ehemalige Kuhstall mit Zentralem Kachelofen , ist mit Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Die Feldstein gemauerten Wände und die Holzmöbel in Verbindung mit dem Gedämpften Licht schaffen eine Warme Atmosphäre . Besonders gefällt mir bei der Zusammenstellung der Speisen, das auf saisonale Produkte Geachtet wird.Das vier Gänge Menü war ein Gedicht ! Hervorzuheben ist noch die Dame im Service sehr Aufmerksam und sie hat die Speisen auf dem Teller in Ihrer Zusammen Stellung noch einmal Erklärt .

Kleine Speisekarte, sehr gutes Essen, die Nachspeise „Mäh“ wirklich mal außergewöhnlich ! Sehr guter Service und man sitzt wunderbar da draußen!

Sehr schöne Location mit einer kleinen, feinen Speisekarte. Die bestellten Speisen waren sehr lecker und wurden von einer aufmerksamen und sehr netten Bedienung serviet.

Wir haben das Restaurant zu viert besucht . Alle vier, unterschiedlichen, bestellten Gerichte waren ausgesprochen lecker. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Auf einer Wanderung sind wir hier eingekehrt. Die zahlreichen Plätze auf der Terrasse liegen hinter Hecken/Büschen geschützt – aber auch im Innenbereich ist genug Platz vorhanden. Kaffee und Kuchen waren gut, die Tagesauswahl an Torten und Kuchen wird auf Nachfrage genannt. Der Service war zuvorkommend. Wenn zwischendurch einmal mehr nach den Gästen und Tischen geschaut werden würde, wäre er perfekt! Gefühlt sind die Preise für das Kaffee-Angebot etwas höher als sonst üblich.

Wir waren zu vierte mit der Familie zu Sonntagnachmittag im Redingerhof. Die Corona Sicherheitsvorschriften werden dort sehr gut umgesetzt. Man fühlte sich sicher und gut behütet. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und einen schönen Tisch bekommen. Das Essen war vom Feinsten! Alle Gerichte wurden gleichzeitig an unseren Tisch gebracht. Die Gerichte waren alle mit viel Liebe zubereitet, ein Augenschmaus. Geschmacklich auf höchstem Niveau, nur frischeste Zutaten und Fleisch von hoher Qualität! Die Portionen waren sehr reichhaltig. Die Preisleistung ist hier mehr als fair! Vielen Dank an das nette Personal und Gruß in die Küche. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Einfach super. Wer etwas von gutem Essen versteht ist hier genau richtig. Die Soßen der Hammer. Natürlich muss ich auch noch die tolle total freundliche Bedienung hervor heben. Passt einfach.

Ein wenig außerhalb aber definitiv lohnenswert. Schönes Ambiente lädt zum Verweilen ein. Jetzt im Winter gab es verschiedene Wildgerichte. Wir hatten Wildburger und Ente mit hausgemachten Gnocchi.

Das Gut Redingerhof geriet bei uns immer wieder in Vergessenheit, doch haben wir es kürzlich wieder auf Empfehlung eines Kollegen dorthin geschafft. Vom Ambiente ist es für mich das schönste Restaurant in (oder zumindest in der Nähe von) Bad Lippspringe. Das Highlight ist sicherlich der Kachelofen in der Mitte des Raumes. Der Service ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und dabei nicht aufgesetzt. Die Karte wechselt saisonal und ist nicht überladen. Dennoch fällt einem die Auswahl aufgrund der interessanten Speisen schwer. Jeder von uns hat es sehr genossen und das Gut Redingerhof wird ab jetzt häufiger von uns besucht und so schnell nicht wieder so schnell vergessen.

Wir waren mit Freunden und Familie im Redingerhof um eine Taufe zu feiern. Das Ambiente ist einfach toll. Schöne Räumlichkeiten, die mit größter Mühe hergerichtet und dekoriert wurden. Das Essen war Weltklasse. Die Qualität ist oberste Liga, alles frisch und selbst gemacht- das schmeckt man mit jedem Bissen. Der Service war aufmerksam, schnell und wirklich ausgesprochen nett. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen und können jedem nur ans Herz legen das Restaurant zu besuchen.

Wir waren nun schon öfters da, ob zu zweit als Paar, mit Freunden und sogar anlässlich der Taufe unserer Tochter mit eine größeren Gesellschaft. Das Essen war immer ausgezeichnet und das Personal war aufmerksam, freundlich und auch schnell. Wir lieben die Lage und die Umgebung dort. Auch Kinder können sich dort frei bewegen und auf dem Spielplatz toben. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne und können daher das Gut Redingerhof zu 100% weiter empfehlen.
