Super delicious food! I have never eaten such a delicious roast onion roast as I did here. The Kaiserschmarrn was also fantastic, and my starter – the prawns – was also a real treat. Simply amazing! The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is also very nice, maybe a bit dark but that's okay. Gladly again!

Incredibly good and lovingly prepared food! We were truly impressed! I'm the daughter of a chef and am truly spoiled. I haven't eaten this well in a long time, and at such reasonable prices, too. 11 out of 10 stars! If I lived nearby, I'd be here all the time. Huge praise to the chef!
Very good schnitzel with potato salad. The dessert was also very tasty. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere was rustic but very well maintained.
A nice asparagus evening at Harry's wine lounge
We went to Harry's wine lounge in Schmiechen with friends - and it was really nice. The restaurant is a bit out of the way and the way up is a bit steep, but there is also an elevator if you are not a good walker. So everything is possible.
At the top you can expect a really beautiful and cozy new building with lots of wood, large sliding windows and a great view over Schmiechen. The furnishings are lovingly made, some of them probably made from old wine barrels?!? - definitely something special with charm.
The food was really tasty: fresh asparagus with potatoes, ham on top and gratinated with cheese - plus a fine, light sauce. Really well cooked - Harry's wife takes care of that.
For dessert we treated ourselves to a sweet tarte flambée with apple and cinnamon. And a Pinot Gris with it - it went really well with it.
The hosts are warm and attentive, you immediately feel welcome.
And quite spontaneously I took a kilo of asparagus with me - it was just too good to leave behind. I hope I can make this anywhere near as delicious.
If we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back - at the latest for the next asparagus season.
Das war unser dritter Besuch in der Anglerstube. Leider lässt es immer mehr nach. Die Location und das Personal sind natürlich immer noch top, aber das Essen und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis lassen immer mehr nach.
Wir hatten das Anglerstubenmenü für 105,- Euro.
-Spargel vom Fred: Lecker aber nix Besonders
- Reichenauer Süßkartoffel: ok, nichts Besonderes. Wareneinsatz ca. 3 Euro
- Saltimbocca: Sehr lecker, sehr kreativ. Wo bekommt man schon nochmal Bries. Die Kombi war perfekt
- Zander: Das schwächste Glied des Menüs, der Fisch war übergart, den Lardo konnte man nicht richtig rausschmecken, hat ein bisschen geschmeckt wie das Schlemmerfilet von Iglo, Krebsschaum lecker, aber nix Besonderes
- Rhabarber als Dessert: Sehr lecker, aber Anrichteweise sehr spartanisch.
Fazit: Die Zutaten waren sehr einfach und haben höchstens 10% des Preises für das Menü ausgemacht. Auch die Zubereitung war schon mal besser. Für uns war es dieses Mal eher gewöhnlich und das Geld nicht wert.
