Ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Wir sind jedes Jahr zur Learntech hier und der Besuch ist für uns mittlerweile ein festes Highlight. Man merkt sofort, dass das Restaurant familiengeführt ist – die Atmosphäre ist total herzlich. Das Essen war wieder mega lecker und auf so einem hohen Niveau, dass wir finden: Dieses Haus gehört definitiv in den Michelin-Guide aufgenommen! Ein riesiges Dankeschön an die super nette Köchin und die fantastische Bedienung. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Erlebnis jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Familienfreundliches Restaurant in der Karlsruher Messe, mit superfreundlichem Service und hervorragendem Essen.

Da hat alles gepasst: schon die Begrüßung durch die Chefin, die unheimlich netten, freundlichen Damen im Service und dann ein ausgezeichnetes Essen. Einfach prima. Naja die Räumlichkeiten sind eben auf besserem Sportgaststätten-Niveau, aber alles gepflegt und sauber.

Für ein Clubhaus ein schönes Ambiente. Das Essen ist für ein Clubhaus auch außergewöhnlich gut. Alles wird frisch zubereitet, mit guten Zutaten. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und nach unserem Geschmack. Eine Reservierung ist unbedingt empfehlenswert, da man spontan selten einen Platz bekommt. Für die Sparfüchse sei noch gesagt, dass das Essen jetzt nicht gerade günstig ist, aber Aufgrund der Qualität den Preis definitiv Wert. Wer aber ein Schnitzel für 10€ erwarten das links und rechts über den Tellerrand ragt ist hier falsch.

Super Restaurant, Essen Top, Service Top, Ambiente Top.

Wir waren absolut begeistert. Von außen denkt man erst an eine klassische Sportgaststätte – aber in Wirklichkeit ist das ein handwerklich richtig hochwertiger Betrieb mit top Küche und großartigem Service. Schon die Vorspeisen waren gigantisch: hausgemachtes Focaccia mit Aioli und eine richtig gute Tomatensuppe die der Wahnsinn ist. Im Hauptgang dann die Pasta mit Buratta und Rucolapesto dazu ein toller knackiger Salat mit mega Dressing. Das Rinderfilet war butterzart und genau so gebraten wie ich es wollte, die Pommes mega und das Gemüse schön knackig. Es ist echt alles selbstgemacht (sogar Pasta, Brot, Pommes, Eis) - wir konnten es selbst erst nicht fassen. Auch das Dessert war ein Highlight: Eis in außergewöhnlichen Sorten wie belgische Schokolade und Bienenstich – wirklich der Wahnsinn. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Ganze wird durch den super freundlichen, aufmerksamen Service abgerundet. Und als ob das nicht reicht: Die Räumlichkeiten sind riesig – wir haben dort dann auch unsere Firmen-Weihnachtsfeier mit 80 Leuten gefeiert. Klare Empfehlung, top Restaurant! Vielen Dank :)

Wir waren im Clubhaus Sportfreunde in Karlsruhe und sind absolut begeistert! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und äußerst zuvorkommend. Die Wartezeit auf das Essen war angenehm kurz, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Als die Gerichte serviert wurden, waren wir schon vom Anblick begeistert – und geschmacklich wurden unsere Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen. Das Essen war nicht nur optisch ein Highlight, sondern hat einfach wundervoll geschmeckt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und sind mega zufrieden. Ein Besuch, der sich definitiv gelohnt hat – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Total nette Chefin und sehr nettes Personal! Wenn man Clubhaus hört, denkt man vielleicht eher an einfache Küche. Das Gegenteil ist aber der Fall. Das Essen ist sehr gut und qualitativ schon höherwertig! Ich kann dass Clubhaus ohne Einschränkung empfehlen. Sie sind dort im Übrigen auch hundefreundlich!

Argentinisches Rumpsteak vom Feinsten

Eine echte Entdeckung! Nur eine S-Bahnstation von der Messe entfernt. Vordergründig ein Sportheim wie Dutzende andere. Dahinter verbirgt sich ein exzellentes Restaurant mit aufmerksamem und sympathischem Service und toller Küche. Kürbissuppe und die Maultaschen von der Monatskarte waren hervorragend.

We stayed in Karlsruhe for two days and ended up going to this restaurant twice in a row! The food was amazing. We tried different dishes from the menu, and every single one was spot on. Fresh, homemade meals with many ingredients coming from local producers. The service was great — very welcoming, attentive, and always accompanied by a genuine smile. Surprisingly, the food always arrived very quickly, even during the busiest hours. A simply perfect experience!

We were a large group at the sports club, including many children. The service was excellent – ​​efficient, friendly, and patient. The homemade bread was delicious, as were the schnitzel and fries. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Delicious! Das Essen war sehr lecker! My husband and I were able to visit Germany recently, after having lived there for a year when we were in high school. (It' a story.) I only wish we had known it was so close to the convention hall. It's one stop from the Forchheim/Messe stop on the S2. I had a Curry Wurst, which I know is pretty stereotypical, but gluten and dairy cause me issues, so I couldn't enjoy all of the amazing options. They are also very eager to help with any dietary restrictions and have a few listed on the menu. To the staff: Danke schön! Wir wollten wieder kommen, aber wir hatten keine Zeit. Natürlich wollte ich auf Deutsch sprechen, aber ich hatte Angst. Ich weiß nur ein bisschen!

We were looking for a place to eat from our overnight hotel. We initially skipped this one based on the name, but luckily we ended up here. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. I highly recommend it if you're in the area.

Even during the week, the restaurant was well-filled (the noise level is perfectly acceptable for conversation), and a reservation is recommended. This was our second visit since the coronavirus pandemic and we will never return to this restaurant. First time: chicken schnitzel undercooked, no apology. Second time: chicken nuggets hard and dry, no ketchup or mayo on the menu, and no one even asked about it. Spaghetti "Bolo" was virtually inedible and we didn't eat it—no one asked about it. On top of that, and especially for this quality, the prices are ridiculous. Compared to other restaurants in Rheinstetten, unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. I'd be really interested to know how these good reviews came about!

We've been here several times and have always been very satisfied. But there are days when everything seems to go wrong. Thursday was one of those days. Even though several things were really wrong, the manager came to our table, explained the situation, apologized, and made up for the mistake. Now that's what I call perfect and customer-friendly crisis management. We'll be back.

The Sportfreunde Forchheim clubhouse is a real insider tip for everyone who values ​​good food and a pleasant atmosphere. As soon as you enter, you can feel the warm hospitality - the staff is attentive, friendly and makes you feel right at home. From a culinary point of view, the clubhouse impresses with a varied menu that offers regional classics as well as creative dishes. The fish soup is particularly recommended – aromatic, homemade and perfectly seasoned. The burger with sparerib meat and the crispy sweet potato fries were also a real highlight. The quality of the ingredients is noticeably high, which is also reflected in the presentation of the dishes. Although the prices are slightly higher, the price-performance ratio is absolutely right - the taste and freshness justify the extra charge. The location near the New Karlsruhe Trade Fair Center is ideal – whether by car or the tram (stop “Forchheim Hallenbad”) – accessibility is easy. Parking spaces are also available nearby. Conclusion: If you are looking for a cozy restaurant with delicious food and friendly service, the Sportfreunde Forchheim clubhouse is the perfect place for you. A visit is definitely worth it – not just for club members!

We were in Karlsruhe for the trade fair and were looking for a restaurant within walking distance. Service attentive and uncomplicated. Very nice. The kitchen is super delicious 😋 and worth every cent. All around 10 out of 10 points.

Nach einem Messetag auf der benachbarten Messe Karlsruhe waren wir hier bereits zum zweiten mal zum Essen. Wir wurden wirklich herzlich empfangen. Der Gastraum ist einladend, gepflegt und vermittelt eine angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Speisenkarte ist vielfältig und regional geprägt. Die Qualität der Speisen wird bestätigt durch eine hohe Gästezahl, bereits kurz nach Öffnung. Besonders empfehlenswert ist die Wildbolognese vom heimischen Wild. Die Preise sind absolut angemessen und wir haben unseren Besuch sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Star cuisine, tough service, great taste experience

First of all, the name says it all, i.e. you get a clubhouse like in the 80s or 90s in terms of equipment. Some people will only be enthusiastic to a limited extent, I liked it, I like the robust charm. However, the kitchen is anything but retro; the owner and her helpers can cook really well. Everyone will find something from home-baked bread to their own pasta to exceptional loaf dishes. The dishes are prepared and served lovingly and with outstanding quality. We were totally thrilled and visited the clubhouse several times during a short stay.

This place is top notch, the best bread I’ve had in a restaurant ever. Great range of food options and the atmosphere was lovely, very spacious and laid back, no crap music and the staff were super friendly and seemed to really enjoy trying out their English (sorry we didn’t speak any German)

We (4 people) were in the clubhouse for the first time; we, like others, probably came across it through the program “My Local, Your Local”. The first impression was disappointing, which was mainly due to the sticky and stunted table despite having a reservation (5 p.m.). The menu completes the picture of the table, as it is also glued together. Despite fewer guests (at the beginning), the service only did its job moderately well. The reason for this is that the additional food was not presented; by chance we could have picked up some of it at the neighboring table. When the restaurant filled up (13 occupied tables), two of three service staff were overwhelmed, listless and ignorant. Only one service staff member (light blue top/blond) deserves praise. Empty glasses were ignored until the end and even after asking again for the dessert menu there was no way to order it. After 20 minutes a service employee came, but we only ordered the bill from her. Summarized in grades: food very good & service poor.

A real insider tip, You can tell that cooking is done with love. There were spare ribs with salad and homemade sauce. Buttery soft, the meat fell off the bone and was very tender. The dip is very pleasant. The salad dressing with seeds and herbs is a culinary delight. The clubhouse is clean and loving decorated. Reservation would be recommended!

TOP! Four of us had dinner there yesterday! It was very busy on a Saturday evening - luckily I had a reservation. It was a great evening! Food, service and also the rooms were great. The rump steak was great. It's been a long time since I've had such a good and tender steak. Salads were also very well prepared and tasty. The service girls are on point and very friendly. Clubhouse Sportfreunde in Fohrheim I was totally surprised by the extremely friendly, fast and attentive service. Very busy during the week for a football clubhouse. Very nice menu. Actually, dishes that you really want in the country. I ate a cordon bleu with fried potatoes and drank a nice glass of wine. I was actually totally amazed that you can still find restaurants that really enjoy gastronomy.

Gestern waren wir leider im Clubhausd FV zum Essen, wohlgemerkt zum ersten und letzten Mal. Die Preise sind mehr als nur überteuert für das was dort geboten wird. Wirklich frech was hier verlangt wurde, erst Recht für eine SPORT-Gaststätte. Eine als "Hänchenbrust mit GEMÜSEpfanne" angepriesenes Gericht enthielt nur billigeste Zucchini, mit einem kleinen Stückchen Fleisch, beides total überwürzt und versalzen. Bei den Pastagerichten schmeckte man eigentlich nur eines: Knoblauch....in Massen, ohne Sinn und Verstand eingesetzt. Das Dressing der Salate hätte auch direkt aus dem Supermarkt sein können. Auch bei den anderen Gerichten wurde SEHR großzügig mit Salz umgegangen, man schmeckte oftmals gar nichts anderes heraus. Getränke kamen meistens in dicken Bierhumpen aus Steingut....kann man mögen, muss man aber nicht, gerade die ältern am Tisch hatten hier wirklich ein Problem wegen dem unnötigen Gewicht, oder der extrem dicken Wandung. Ambiente erinnerte an eine Flüster-Kneipe aus den 40´er Jahren, mit Tischen ohne Gedecke, ohne Tischdecken, und uralter Einrichtung. Eben eine typische Sport-Kneipe die sparen muss, was aber nicht mit den verlangten Preisen konform geht. Essen wurde recht lieblos und unprofessionell Serviert, es war aber sehr viel los, also war das annehmbar, und die jungen Damen waren durchaus bemüht, aber eindeutig nicht vom Fach. Fazit: Nicht wieder, nicht empfehlenswert !

We went there spontaneously for dinner today and were really impressed. The team was in a good mood, there was a good atmosphere among each other and there was always a quick saying. The staff were very accommodating and the service was perfect. We felt very comfortable there. The food was very tasty and the dishes were well thought out and combined. We decided on the recommendations of the house. We had the saddle of lamb, which tasted really great and was very tender, and the spaghetti with chanterelles. This dish also tasted very good and the pasta was cooked to perfection, the small mini tomatoes burst in your mouth when you eat them and made the dish taste better again rounded. We'll definitely come back again tomorrow. 😊

The food at the Sportfreundehaus Forchheim was very good. The quality of the cordon bleu and salad was excellent, although the portions could have been a bit larger for the prices. The area right next to the sports field can be a bit noisy at times, but that's part of the charm of the place. It's nice to watch the children play football while eating and enjoy the sporty atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a recommended place for good food and a pleasant atmosphere. All in all a very family environment.

We were lucky enough to discover this restaurant on our way through (: the spinach dumplings with salad were super tasty. Everything was uncomplicated on site and, despite the house being full, we quickly got our order to take away. Many thanks to the team and all the best.
