At Pak Choi, you can expect authentic Chinese cuisine in a simple atmosphere. Our visit was consistently positive – from the first bite to the last. For starters, we had the cucumber in chili oil (No. 064) – beautifully fresh, pleasantly spicy – ​​and the Chinese potato salad (No. 039), which, with its light acidity and texture, was a great, unusual choice. For the main course, the chicken gong bao style (No. 061) was particularly impressive – incredibly tender, perfectly seasoned with a slight spiciness and a delicate sauce. The pork in soybean paste (No. 150) was also very aromatic, especially in combination with the tofu wrap (No. 151) – an exciting texture combination. The portions are extremely generous, and the value for money is absolutely perfect 👍. The service was friendly. I feel like I've been cheated, the pancake set meal is really unimaginable. The taste of the sauce is so strange. The menu clearly says millet and pumpkin porridge, but where was the pumpkin when it was served? ? I couldn't taste the pumpkin flavor at all, and the sweet tofu curd my friend ordered was a bit suffocating. Doing business well is better than anything else. Still need to keep working hard!

Super delicious vegan food!!! The "duck" in Canton sauce is my absolute favorite but the Tom Yam soup is also great! The selection is huge, there is even a multi-page vegan menu with starters, main courses and desserts. This is how it should be everywhere! But omnivores also get their money's worth here...

I was here again with my family on Tuesday, April 15th, 2025 to redeem a voucher for the lunch buffet. Unfortunately, the entrance is not at all handicapped accessible due to the stairs, which can be an obstacle for people who cannot walk very well. There are 8 steps up from the parking lot to the sidewalk. From the sidewalk up to the restaurant it's 11. So there are a total of 19 steps. The buffet itself is actually okay, but I have a suspicion that the spring rolls or some of the rice were not good because I had stomach pains and stomach cramps afterwards until April 18, 2025. I didn't have this after our visit in 2024. Otherwise the ambience is sufficient. However, the blue acrylic decoration on the ceiling should urgently be cleaned of dust as it is unhygienic and does not look nice. For 4 people we paid just under €60 with the voucher. However, due to the lack of accessibility, we will no longer be able to visit the restaurant.

Was my favorite restaurant during my stay in Germany few years back. Sad to hear that they are closed down. Really remember the warm hospitality, especially from the叔叔. Never disappointed, always happy with the food (hotpot and sushi) and service as well
