JIANBING PLUS (煎饼 PLUS) in Frankfurt am Main

🍜 Shanghai Nudelbar + Chinarestaurant + waren da im Juni 2026 - einfaches Lokal in der Innenstadt Frankfurt mit Sitzmöglichkeiten im Innen- sowie Außenbereich, die Speisekarte (auch in deutsch) hält eine Vielzahl von authentischen Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichten parat, wir hatten uns für den typischen, leicht scharfen, Gurkensalat sowie die mit Hühnchen gefüllten und gebratenen Teigtaschen entschieden – beides ausgesprochen lecker, bei den gebratenen Nudeln mit krossen Hühnchenteilchen (Hauptspeise) ist besonders das sehr knusprige Fleisch hervorzuheben, auch die Nudelsuppe mit Rindfleisch war wohlschmeckend - Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung - in Bezug auf die Freundlichkeit der Bedienung wäre noch etwas Luft nach oben - wir bekamen wochentags, abends, noch einen Platz ohne Reservierung - Toiletten in Ordnung - Zahlung in bar oder per Karte

Ich bin total begeistert vom Essen hier! Die gebratenen Brötchen schmecken genauso wie die aus meiner Heimatstadt Shanghai. Sie haben einen wirklich authentischen Shanghai-Geschmack. Einfach köstlich!

Hier schmeckt es wie zu Hause. Man spürt die Leidenschaft und Hingabe des Besitzers. Die Nudeln und das Jianbing waren köstlich – beides einfach himmlisch. Aber das Bao war das absolute Highlight. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir haben zwei Vorspeisen und zwei Hauptspeisen bestellt. Auf die Anfrage, ob es möglich sei, die Speisen zusammen serviert zu bekommen, wurden wir mit „das Essen komm wenn es kommt“ abgespeist. Tatsächlich lagen zwischen jedem Gericht circa 10-15 Minuten Wartezeit, zuerst kam Vorspeise Nr. 1, dann Hauptspeise Nr. 1, dann Vorseise Nr. 2 und dann Hauptspeise Nr. 2. Etwas ungünstig, wenn man gerne zusammen essen möchte. Die Portionen waren kleiner als wir sie uns vorgestellt haben, dafür waren die Preise aber auch nicht allzu hoch angesetzt. Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt, aber hat uns jetzt nicht vom Hocker gehauen.

Ein sehr authentisches, familiengeführtes Restaurant mit vorwiegend Shanghaier Küche. Die berühmten Jianbin (herzhafte chinesische Pfannkuchen) und gebratenen Teigtaschen sind ein Muss, obwohl wir sie normalerweise zum Frühstück essen. Auch die Teigtaschen mit Fleisch und Gemüse sind sehr lecker! Ich fühle mich dort wie zu Hause. Ich werde definitiv öfter hingehen!

Lecker und authentisch. Zu empfehlen sind die Dumplings und die Nudeln. Gurkensalat war okay.

Zunächst einmal müssen die Öffnungszeiten auf Google Maps korrigiert werden. Das führte zu großer Verwirrung, da wir um 20:00 Uhr ankamen, obwohl 22:00 Uhr als Schließzeit angegeben war. Obwohl geschlossen angezeigt wurde, wurden wir – wie auch andere Gäste, die sogar nach 21:00 oder 21:30 Uhr eintrafen – trotzdem bedient. Zweitens heißt das Restaurant anders, nicht „Nudel Bar“. Ich vermute, dass sie das Lokal übernommen und ihren Google-Account nicht aktualisiert haben. Ich habe Lebernudeln und Jianbing probiert, beides war sehr lecker; allerdings mussten wir eine Stunde auf die Nudeln warten. Auch bei den Bestellungen gab es einige Unklarheiten, wie wir von anderen Tischen mitbekamen. Insgesamt ist es ein nettes Restaurant, aber der Service muss verbessert werden.

Ich hatte viele 1-Stern-Bewertungen wegen der langen Wartezeiten gelesen... bin aber trotzdem reingegangen. Die Wartezeit war akzeptabel, das Essen war gut und es war ein gemütliches kleines Lokal.

Das Essen hier war eigentlich ganz okay, die Nudeln waren in Ordnung, Dim Sum auch. Und das Jianbing war sogar richtig gut. ABER die Wartezeit war einfach inakzeptabel. Wir mussten insgesamt fast zwei Stunden warten, bis wir unsere Nudelsuppe bekamen. Die Gerichte kamen nacheinander, was die Wartezeit nur noch verlängerte. Niemand fragte nach, ob wir unser Essen schon hätten, und selbst als wir nachfragten, kam es nicht. Wir sahen, dass auch die anderen Tische lange warten mussten, und fragten uns, was die überhaupt in der Küche trieben. Als wir uns beschwerten, hieß es, alles sei frisch zubereitet. Frisch zubereitet ist aber keine Entschuldigung für zwei Stunden Wartezeit. Haben sie das Mehl selbst gemacht? Haben sie das Schwein vorher gejagt? Und nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung – das war Kundenservice auf höchstem Niveau. Es ist wirklich schade, denn das Essen war eigentlich ganz gut, besonders das Jianbing, aber die Wartezeit und der Service waren einfach völlig inakzeptabel. 3 Sterne ausschließlich für das Essen.

Es war ein ganz guter Laden für Kleinigkeiten, aber seit dem Besitzerwechsel letzten Sommer hat sich die Qualität des Essens drastisch verschlechtert. Ich war zweimal unter dem neuen Besitzer dort und muss es jetzt aufgeben. Vor etwa einem Jahr wechselte der Besitzer, der neue Besitzer kommt von 好味道. Seitdem haben sich Service und Geschmack deutlich verbessert. Ich esse dort fast jeden Monat.

Die Wartezeit war viel zu lang… wir mussten über eine Stunde warten, und die Gerichte kamen nacheinander, sodass wir am Ende nicht alle gleichzeitig essen konnten. Die Qualität des Essens war durchschnittlich.

Essen war zwar lecker, leider mussten wir aber an sich für die Hauptspeise 40 min warten, 10 min später kam die Vorspeise und ganze 20 min später dann das Hauptgericht meiner Begleitung - nachdem ich schon längst gegessen hatte. So authentisch, lecker und frisch das Essen sein mag, leider keine Empfehlung da das Zeitmanagement Schrott ist Geht nicht klar sowas vor allem für alles ab 1 Person

Was für ein toller Laden! Es fühlte sich an, als wäre jeder, der reinkam, ein Stammgast oder Freund 👭 Die Besitzerin ist so lieb 🥰 Als sie merkte, dass wir aus Taiwan 🇹🇼 kamen, fing sie sofort an, „The Girl from Alishan“ zu singen. Wollte sie uns etwa sagen, wie schön wir sind? 🤣 Die Stimme der Shanghaierin war auch total angenehm ❤️ Wir bestellten Algensprossen und scharfe Wantans – so lecker 🤤 Und natürlich Jianbing, auf das wir schon so lange Appetit hatten! P.S.: Das ist der einzige Laden in Frankreich, der Jianbing verkauft!

Die Portion war winzig. Unsere Bestellung wurde falsch aufgenommen. Wir konnten nur bar bezahlen, da das Kartenlesegerät angeblich kaputt ist und erst nächsten Monat repariert werden soll. Jian Bing hatte kaum Füllung und ein Wimpernstück hing noch daran. Ich würde dieses Restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ich war mit meiner Schwester dort zum Abendessen. Da nur Bargeld akzeptiert wurde, musste ich nach der Bestellung noch schnell zur nächsten Bank, um Geld abzuheben. Der Service war freundlich, und da die Leute in der Küche Shanghaierisch sprachen, fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Leider schmeckten die Wantans, Xiaolongbao und Shenjianbao, als wären sie tiefgefroren gewesen, und die Rindfleischnudelsuppe war sehr fad. Die Nudeln waren weder handgezogen noch sonst irgendwie frisch zubereitet, und für den Preis bekommt man beim Nudelhersteller in der Nähe der Skyline Plaza deutlich mehr. Die Sesambällchen mit roter Bohnenpaste waren zwar lecker, aber die Füllung bestand aus weniger als einem halben Teelöffel Bohnenpaste. Das Bing hingegen war köstlich. Insgesamt haben wir 56 € für diesen Besuch bezahlt, und ich bin sehr enttäuscht.

We had two different types of dim sum and a noodle soup. Unfortunately, everything arrived within 10 minutes of each other and very late, even though only three tables were occupied. The taste was rather bland. We were just unlucky.

The food was delicious and fresh! We had Wonton soup, bao, spring rolls, vegetable dumplings, Szechuan noodles with chili oil and the sesame balls with bean paste. Also the people there were so friendly to us and served us quickly. I would definitely go back!

REAL, fresh, authentic Chinese cuisine. The best I've ever been to. This small, traditional restaurant is run by a genuine Chinese couple. The fried noodles I ordered had the freshest ingredients I've ever eaten. It felt healthy; for the first time, no stomach rumbling after eating fried noodles at an Asian restaurant... By the way, the atmosphere is truly 111/10, so cute, like Little China. 🇨🇳 Please go there, it's worth it. The place should have 5 out of 5 stars! 😺 Wow!!!! My new regular, the food came quickly too! I am not satisfied with my visit to this restaurant and, as a vegetarian, I was also treated poorly. The dishes on the menu are not properly described, so there are some dishes whose ingredients appear to be completely vegetarian, but which actually contain meat. I immediately returned my soup upon receipt because I had ordered a tofu soup that contained meat that was not listed on the ingredients list. I was shocked, as the meat was the filling for the tofu, and I absolutely do not eat meat. The server offered me a different, completely vegetarian soup, which I accepted and ate. When I paid, I was asked to pay for the more expensive meat-containing soup (€10) instead of the vegetarian one (€6). When I pointed out to her that this was the wrong soup because I hadn't eaten it, she said she had been a goodwill gesture not to charge me for the vegetarian soup. I have never experienced this kind of treatment in any other restaurant. I didn't want to start an argument, so I left. Unfortunately, this really ruined my visit to this restaurant. I cannot recommend this store for vegetarians.

Authentic food! Reminds me of my family’s cooking in Taiwan. Very nice couple, the man even sprinted down the street to return my phone that I left at the restaurant 🙏🙏. You should definitely make this your next visit if you are craving some good dimsum.

Incredible Absolutely delicious food, something for everyone. Owners very friendly and helpful. Great value for money too. Definitely worth a visit, but you have to search for it a bit. Anyone who says otherwise hasn't appreciated it.

Newly taken over by Shanghai owners, so mainly offering Shanghai food. Dumpling soup, fried dumplings and noodles, etc. fresh home-made, service is family style as well. Would highly recommend for a quick lunch or bite.

I only learned that this place was only recently taken over by new management about three weeks to a month ago upon writing this review. Hence, the menu you may see on this location may differ from the exact items you may be able to order at the restaurant itself. However, we had a very pleasing, welcoming and delicious experience nonetheless. The owner and his service staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food is fresh, authentic chinese, and they provide an amazing chili oil you can help yourself with at each table. I did not detect any packet or frozen food warmed up, it all tasted fresh and homemade. Regardless of any negative opinions that may have happened before this new owner took over. I'd highly recommend you give them a try anyway. The food isn't overly pricy for the city, the portions are perfect for ordering several dishes to share and try among the table. If you are seeking an authentic Chinese Shanghainese food. Especially noodles, jianbing (chinese pancake) or Chinese appetizer dishes, then you'll need to drop by and give this location a try! They accept walk-ins.

The wraps are amazing! The restaurant is a bit hidden, but very cute, and the service is always friendly. They serve both authentic dishes and street food for every taste. We always enjoy coming here. :)

I came here with high expectations to eat pancakes, but the result was just average, no sauce, 8.5 is really a sky-high price, and adding meat costs another 3 yuan. After eating for a long time, I only ate a little meat residue, 11.5 is a lesson. The clerk is not experienced in business and seems not to understand Chinese.

Authentic Chinese street food, soups and more. The waiting lady is very nice and helpful. Right in the middle of Frankfurt next to the Kleinmarkthalle. I will definitely go back there for more Chinese crepe-rolls and pigs ears (love them)!

I feel like I've been cheated, the pancake set meal is really unimaginable. The taste of the sauce is so strange. The menu clearly says millet and pumpkin porridge, but where was the pumpkin when it was served? ? I couldn't taste the pumpkin flavor at all, and the sweet tofu curd my friend ordered was a bit suffocating. Doing business well is better than anything else. Still need to keep working hard!

A very courteous and friendly man served us. The food was delicious. 1 point deducted because one person got their food much earlier and was almost finished when the rest was brought.

It used to be super tasty here, but recently the offering and the quality have deteriorated significantly. The dumplings taste like the frozen ones from the supermarket and are simply completely fried. The Jianbing now has a dough that is too thick and the egg is no longer properly integrated into the wrap and falls off. You can no longer order extras from the menu, such as the dough sticks in wraps or chili flakes. The waitress/cook was open and polite. There were simply not enough employees there on a Saturday. The recipe has deteriorated a lot since the new boss. This is not the employees' fault

Unfortunately it was a letdown, the dumplings were still okay, but the edamame were just ice cold, as if they had just been thawed.

I have there on a Saturday afternoon and the restaurant was full of people. There is no waiter in the private shop, but the woman who makes pancakes has a lot of pancakes, she is too busy. We heard the woman at the table who ordered from the restaurant was talking very rudely, but the woman who made the pancakes did not say anything, and we saw that she was making things comfortable. Since the shop is full of people, the person who eats must understand. You should not speak rudely to the worker in the shop. I went on a Saturday afternoon and the restaurant was packed. Rude, but the woman making the pancakes said nothing and we saw she was doing it comfortably. You should not say rude words to store staff.

The service was very poor. Even when ordering from the menu, the wrong dish was served. I ordered pork elbow, but the chicken that was served was mouth-watering! The sweet soy milk is made from powder, and you can still see lumps at the bottom. The sweet tofu curd I ordered was exactly the same as soy milk, not even sweet. The pancakes and fruits are pretty mediocre, a type of restaurant that would definitely go out of business in China if you want to satisfy your cravings. Absolutely will never come again!

The employee who works here is extremely unfriendly, I ordered food and drinks here, a total of 2 noodle soups and a Jianbing and 3 drinks. She forgot to order a drink and after asking I can order it but only as a bar, when I pointed out to her that she forgot it, not that I forgot it, she yelled at me.

Unfortunately the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. The soup was bland and the beef was tough. The vegetables in the vegetarian fried noodles mainly consisted of peas and iceberg lettuce. There wasn't much going on at 12:30, but it took the chef 40 minutes to make soup and fried noodles. The waitress was very nice and helpful and apologized several times for the delay. Ultimately we received our 3 dishes 10 minutes apart. It's a shame, when I ate here 2 years ago it was a completely different experience. The restaurant operator should urgently take the recessions to heart.

Starter and main course were super delicious!

Friendly & fast service. Tried their Jianbing (egg omelette with green onions, flavored with Hoisin Sauce, and filled with crunchy fried wonton skins & lots of fresh lettuce). It tasted good. However for the price of €8.5, I would expect more variety in the filling. In London, they fill their Jianpings with a lot more (Chinese sausage, other vegetables which you choose, etc.). I might come back here to try their little baos, but never again for their Jianbing.

Things got a lot worse after the change of ownership. No real Chinese food, bad service, wrong food delivered to the table even though it wasn't ordered, such a mistake by staff but customers have to pay for it, portion of the food also smaller than before... Not recommended...

Absolutely recommended. The specialty is Jianbing Wraps (between omelets and crepes, with a delicious sauce) - it's easy to miss on the menu, but you should order this every time you visit.

Small takeaway with authentic Chinese food

!! DANGER !! The owner has changed and the quality of the food is NOT good anymore. I don't understand why they don't make an effort to cook like they did before, given the name. Unfortunately service wasn't good either.

The restaurant has been transferred and the new menu has very few items and is of average quality. Except for the name of the restaurant, everything else has changed. Previous reviews and pictures have no reference value. There is only one variety of pancakes now, with few ingredients and expensive prices. The service is slow and you can only pay in cash.

Delicious and, above all, large portion of Jianbing. The wonton soup was also really great. However, the waitress, who was also at the stove, couldn't explain what ingredients were used and ended up miscalculating. On Saturday there was an amusing view of the crowd of people at the small market hall, drinking a glass of warm wine while I sat in the airy restaurant🤭

Unfortunately, things got much worse after the change of ownership. The rolls are still tasty but have a lot less content than before. Now just some greens, sauce and fried dough. The sweet rice sticks are no longer available and the cucumber salad doesn't taste as tasty anymore because it doesn't seem to have been pickled for long. The dumplings were probably frozen goods too. It's a shame, it was always delicious and recommended. Unfortunately not anymore.

So rude. After we got the menu, we sat down, chose our order and as we were ready to order we got kicked out of the restaurant with the words “to much orders sorry” why are we getting the menu then in first place ?! Very rude

New review: The Chinese pancakes were perfect, the salad was fresh, the crackers were crispy and there was a slightly spicy sauce that was subtle. That was the case until the tenant changed. Now the pancakes are barely edible. Unfortunately, I didn't like the Asian noodles and the edamame. The Asian noodles were served with thin spaghetti with peas and carrots. The edamame were cold and not seasoned, a shame. The dumplings, on the other hand, tasted good.

Opening time is from 11:30 a.m. not 11:00 a.m.

DANGER! Unfortunately I read too late that the owner changed but the name stayed the same. I have never eaten such incredibly bad Chinese food. The dumplings taste worse than the ones I've ever bought frozen from the supermarket. How does it work? Unfortunately, the Jianbing were also really bad with hardly any filling in them. We were really surprised because we had been here ages ago and remembered the store as good. Unfortunately, I just read in the other reviews that the store is no longer the authentic “Jiangbing Plus”. It's a shame that all the original reviews were kept and people are being misled.

Disappointed with the jian bing. Being used to a different standard from Shanghai and coming to the store with this expectation/hope of memories. Served without pickles, spring onion and spicy. Sauce wasn't really my taste either, very little taste in my opinion. The service was very friendly and the store was clean.

The lady at the counter was nice but I haven't had such a bad meal in a long time and felt bad about the food afterwards. The fried rice with vegetables and shrimp came from the freezer bag as did the dumplings. Anyone who really thinks that you can get authentic or good Chinese cuisine here is living in a different reality.

The current pancakes are 8 for 5 and only have thin slices and nothing else. The clerk actually said that it was to take care of the feelings of German vegetarians... This used to be a nice place, but now they've changed the menu. The restaurant is still called jianbing plus but there's only one (slightly boring) jianbing left on the menu. The rest is mainly cold Chinese dishes and German Chinese dishes.

Gleicher Name aber neuer Besitzer? Sorry, Schmeckt leider nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Der Wrap ist nur noch mit Salatblätter und Chips gefüllt. Neue sehr reduzierte Karte.

Kleines chinesisches Restaurant mit super leckerem Essen. Sympathische Kellner, der uns diverse Gerichte empfohlen hat, die alle sehr authentisch schienen.

Authentische asiatische Gerichte und sehr freundlicher Service. Kaltes Hähnchen in Chili-Sauce zum Beispiel sehr zu empfehlen auch wenn das nagen an den Knochen als Europäer ungewöhnlich wirkt, ist der Geschmack einzigartig und unglaublich gut und lecker.

Es war eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants, bis es vor einiger Zeit den Besitzer gewechselt hat. Portionen und Angebot sind jetzt wesentlich kleiner, und im Jianbing ist kein Fleisch mehr. Geschmacklich noch akzeptabel, aber für den Preis nicht mehr zu rechtfertigen.

Der beste Gurkensalat, den ich je gegessen habe! Sehr unscheinbarer Laden, eher ein Bistro, als ein Restaurant. Fällt von außen kaum auf und innen auch eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber das Essen ist echt lecker und der Service freundlich.

Good taste, I liked the fried rice chicken although was originally going for the duck but was sold out. The service was kind but food took long to be ready.

Die Pfannkuchen (auf der Karte ganz oben das aller erste Gericht) sind wirklich eine Empfehlung! Sie sind nicht sehr teuer, machen gut satt und wirklich lecker! Für gebratenen Reis würde ich das Restaurant nicht empfehlen… Wir haben nur vegetarische Gerichte probiert, aber ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es einige interessante Sachen mit Fleisch gibt. Man sitzt recht gemütlich und die Bedienung ist sehr sympathisch. Ich würde dafür plädieren dieses Restaurant auf das Radar zu packen und ein Statement gegen die Gentri-System-Gastronomie zu etablieren!

这个店是我跟女朋友在法兰克福吃的第一餐，后来工作了搬过来，几周来一次也成为了我们的习惯，可以说，作为一个山东人，对这家餐厅我是怀有感情的。但是今天到了这里，发现菜谱变了，煎饼plus居然只有一个默认煎饼，没有topping，没有加蛋加肠选择。点好了之后过了一会而端上来一盘烙偏硬的饼，里面夹着只有薄薄一层的脆饼和生菜。脆饼吃着不很酥脆，白菜混杂着过量的咸酱让我第一次没有吃完自己的一套，付钱的时候告诉我不能刷卡，我询问以前为什么可以的时候才知道这家店换了老板。。。 直到晚上睡觉之前打这篇评价，都能感觉到被齁到发干的嗓子在诉说着自己的委屈。 我很遗憾，以后在法兰属于我记忆中的这部分不再是生动的了。

Kleines Restaurant mit kleiner Karte, die sich angenehm vom Standardangebot der chinesischen Restaurants abhebt. Wir hatten diverse kalte und warme Gerichte , die uns alle sehr gut geschmeckt haben. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Bitte verbessern: Jianbing Plus war weder telefonisch noch online für eine Reservierung erreichbar (Kartenzahlung auch nicht möglich, Problem wird aber lt. Auskunft demnächst behoben).

Kleiner versteckter Laden mit wirklich sehr gutem Essen.

自打改了菜单后越来越不地道了。煎饼果子没了果子只有薄脆一种选项，另外还加了洋葱碎西洋化了。凉拌牛肉的浇汁儿也不好吃了，上面点缀的不是香菜变成难吃的petersilie了。饺子馅、生煎馅都没以前好吃了。点的凉拌海带巨咸。这家店是不想再服务华人了吗？

Chinesisches Essen, das ausnahmsweise mal nicht „eingedeutscht“ wurde. Viele kleine Leckereien, die man probieren kann. Immer wieder gern.

换老板了，煎饼里面的料好少 :( 口味还行吧，就是想吃饱，最少得是一个煎饼加一份水饺。

Das Essen war sehr lecker, sehr authentisch und die Bedienung sehr nett. Kann ich nur empfehlen :)
