Soooo delicious!! It looks unassuming both inside and out, and the setting isn't very nice either. But the food is truly unbelievably delicious! Lots of meat dishes, but also vegetarian options that really stand out. Especially the homemade sauces! 10/10

Love it 😍 They serve authentic Chinese cuisine here 😍😍😍 The cucumber salad is fantastic and helps neutralize the spiciness of the food. You need it there, as every dish is naturally spicy. We had beef with green peppers, pan-fried chicken, but with the bone, as boneless costs €3 more, which I think is a bit much, but that's my only criticism. And beef noodles. Every dish was delicious :) I'll definitely be back.

I had mala xiang guo, guo ba rou, and yangjangpi, and they were all delicious 😋 The mala xiang guo was especially good because it was just the right amount of spicy. My family of four ordered three dishes and rice, but it seemed like they charged per person, not per dish. 📍They don't accept Visa, Mastercard, or other cards!! Bring cash. There's an ATM across the street.

Da wir aber mehr als zwei Gerichte bestellt hatten, hätten wir mehr Reis bekommen sollen. Wenn ich heute ein Gericht bestelle, This is a big deal. I had to order one portion of rice. Someone took me to this restaurant. He really liked the food here because it was delicious. Especially the beef and vegetable soup, it became my favorite menu. I love it so much🥰 I recommend this restaurant, the food is so tasty and they cooking very fast.🍲🥙😋 But I have to wait a long time to waiting them to get the order 😂 The price and quantity of food are reasonable. 3 dishes + 2drinks , it cost around 55€ If I have a chance, I will go eat again😀

We were regular customers. But unfortunately, the general trend in Chinese restaurants continues. Rice is now charged extra. We weren't informed of this and ordered from the menu as usual. Rice wasn't explicitly ordered, but it was delivered anyway. Only on the bill did we see an item "Rice x2 = €3.00." I find the procedure somewhat questionable. The fact that prices have been raised slightly overall is acceptable. But we're no longer willing to accept the hidden price increases via rice. It's a shame, but it's time for customers to take action.

It would be fair not to give it a star at all. The food is completely oversalted. Simply annoying.

Service: I shared a beer with my friend, and I couldn't get another one. We ordered two dishes today. The second dish was brought to our table after the first had already been eaten. Very, very unpleasant. Not suitable for lunch breaks or business lunches. The food was okay. The service was unfriendly. It was the same the last two times. I won't be coming here again in the future.

It's worth a visit every time. We feel like we order from the entire (huge!) menu. All the dishes so far have been delicious and very varied in flavor. Highly recommended: cucumber salad (starter), chicken with peanuts (main course, spicy), and fried eggplant (main course, never had anything like it anywhere else, really crispy - amazing!). I can't judge whether it's authentic food. It's definitely not your average meal and incredibly delicious.

Four of us ate here and ordered several dishes. However, since we only got a portion of rice, that means a dish automatically comes with a portion of rice, right? 4 dish with just one portion of rice: black pepper beef, Fried water spinach with garlic, sweet and sour breaded pork, Fried enoki mushrooms, + 2 pots of jasmine tea. A total of €80 is definitely too much.

At Pak Choi you can expect authentic Chinese cuisine in a simple atmosphere. Our visit was entirely positive – from the first bite to the last. As starters we had the cucumber in chili oil (No. 064) - nice and fresh, pleasantly spicy - and the Chinese potato salad (No. 039), which was a great, unusual choice with its slight acidity and texture. The main course was particularly impressive with the Gong Bao-style chicken (No. 061) - incredibly tender, perfectly seasoned with a slight spiciness and a fine sauce. The pork in soybean paste (No. 150) was also very aromatic, especially in combination with the tofu paper (No. 151) - an exciting texture combination. The portions are extremely generous, the price-performance ratio is completely right 👍. The service was friendly. Conclusion: If you are looking for Chinese cuisine with variety, quality and large portions, you are guaranteed to find it here!

I often visit this Chinese restaurant in Frankfurt. It's located right near the main train station. Every time I go here, I order the Guo Bao Rou and Mapo Tofu – both dishes are truly delicious! I also often come here with friends. Although I don't usually eat spicy food, the dishes here perfectly suit my taste. Highly recommended!

I have lived in China and I must say this was some of the best Chinese food I have ever had in Europe.

We ordered two wantan soups, a dried tofu salad, and two main dishes. Rice was served, so we ate it. The salad was too salty, so we mentioned it, and they made it again. However, the portion’s got smaller, but we didn’t say anything. When it came to payment, neither credit cards, Maestro, nor MasterCard were accepted. Even if it’s an EC card, it won’t work if it’s Master or Maestro. They also charged extra for the rice, saying that since we ordered two main dishes it meant three people ate, even though we didn’t specifically ask for three portions of rice. Make sure to check your receipt carefully, and be prepared for them to demand cash payment. Personally, I do not recommend this place.

I deleted my 5 star review for the following reason: Since many people in your neighborhood already deliver via wolt, as a regular customer I was very pleased that you now deliver to me too. Unfortunately, however, at extremely customer-unfriendly, absolutely horrendous prices. Offering the 83 for €20.86 is a disgrace. It costs €13.50 locally. Or is it a family portion?! If you don't want to deliver fairly, you shouldn't. I find that incredibly unpleasant and will rather go to the competition in the future.

A small shop. Visually not very appealing, a bit dingy and outdated. But the very tasty food makes everything up for it. We ordered from across the menu and everything was absolutely great. There is authentic Chinese cuisine here, and that means: no cliché dishes, but rather flavor explosions that are worth it. Speaking of washed: Anyone who only knows spicy food from the “medium hot” salsa in the supermarket will quickly learn that “mild” is a very subjective assessment. Even the appetizer can make you feel like the dragon of the Chinese horoscope himself is breathing fire. But don't worry: the pain will pass - and make room for pure taste bliss. The portions are gigantic. If you order a starter and a main course here, you should either not have eaten anything for three days or have a transporter for the leftovers. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable - and the biggest danger is that you end up rolling out of the restaurant feeling plump and happy. Conclusion: “Pak Choi” is not for creatures of habit, but a paradise for real connoisseurs. Anyone who is brave will be rewarded with sensational aromas. And if you overestimate the severity, you at least have a good anecdote for the next friends meeting. 5 out of 5 points – with an extra spoonful of chilli on top!

Pak Choi is a little insider tip in Frankfurt! The portions are large, the food is incredibly tasty and the prices are fair. I was particularly impressed by the variety of spices - each dish has its own, authentic touch. The meat was super tender and the dishes are perfect for sharing and tasting. The service is quick and friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. It should be noted that if a dish says spicy on it, it is also spicy - at least for the European tongue!

Soooo good food! Be sure to go with friends or family and order and share as much as you can :) The breading is still crispy even after 30 minutes in the sauce.. Try the squid! 🤤 By the way, we also took something home with us - €36 per person (including drinks) was more than reasonable! :)

We had a very nice evening yesterday. It was so delicious and the service was very nice. We came to the store because of Bernd Zehner and can only warmly recommend him. The dumplings didn't blow us away, but the pork belly in the chilli sauce was to die for. The chicken and rice were also delicious. Cucumber salad with coriander is also highly recommended. Best to reserve. It's very crowded there and in demand. Thank you for the culinary delight.

It's okay, but it's a bit sweet.

The bok choy is simply great! We've been going there for years and it's best if there are at least four people, probably more. Then you can order a lot of the dishes and everyone can try something and everyone will be full. I recommend the crispy eggplant, the chicken gong bao, the ribs with garlic and also mapo tofu and shrimp with pepper and salt. White cabbage with dried shrimp is also a classic. The speed between placing the order and serving the dishes is breathtaking, and the kitchen has to be organized incredibly efficiently. Every now and then the same dishes taste different because, as we found out, there are five different chefs. We always enjoy coming back.

Be protected from lightning. Don't order pot-wrapped pork, as it will be wrapped in too much dough and the batter will still be left inside before it's fried. . . It doesn't taste good either. It caters more to the tastes of foreigners and is not the traditional way of making Guobao Pork. More like fried pork in tomato sauce. Then there are two attitudes toward foreigners and Chinese people. In addition, the price of vegetables has increased, and it is not the price on Google.

I have never eaten such a spicy “sour-spicy soup” 🔥. 😄 Tofu Sichuan was extremely delicious 😋 Good quick service at reasonable prices. I'd love to come back

Chinese restaurant 7 minutes from Frankfurt Central Station My child who likes Chinese food took me there. It actually seemed like a place a lot of Koreans come to. I ordered cue barrow, mara xiang guo, and fried eggplant, and they all were delicious. But!!! They just gave me rice, so I ate it, but they charged extra when I left. Please note. And I went around 8pm on a Sunday, and although there were only a few tables left, I was able to eat without a reservation. Good, good~

Restaurant close to the station like 10 -15 mins walk. Food was ok in general as personally I felt more greasy but Good quantity ,so better to order and share dishes. Overall Service was Only average but in a fast phase. Good for visit with friends. Just ask for less oil:salt if you are dietconsious 🤓

Once had 133 which tasted like chemicals and the crab was frozen you couldn't eat it properly 🥲 Fanta and Sprite were a syrup mixture 🫠 But the service was good

Gwabarou really looks like the outside and the inside...!!! It’s even more delicious if you eat it with mapo tofu!! Payment is by EC or cash. (Visa cards, etc. not accepted)

Even the simplest dish is amazing! The portions are very generous, so it's worth it to go in a group. I loved the stewed pork belly and the mapotofu. The Chinese vegetables (not specified on the menu) are incredibly refreshing, I will order them every time I visit. The staff is incredibly efficient and equally friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

Unfortunately, a lady aggressively demands a tip even though I only ordered takeout. She held the card reader in my face several times and said the price out loud and expected me to pay a tip. When I just paid the price and wished me a Merry Christmas, she simply walked away without even looking at me. Unbelievable that you are like that to customers!! Please train the staff that such behavior is impossible.

This place is delicious, but strangely, if you order packaging or delivery, you only get fried batter and no meat. If it happened once, I think it was a mistake, but since it happened twice, I think it was intentional. I don't think there will be any packaging or delivery in the future.

The price is okay, some dishes are super tasty, only 麻辣香鍋 was not what we usually know, we are missing the usual ingredients like chicken wings, breakfast meat, tripe etc, We also miss the chili peppers and coriander seeds in 辣子鸡丁.

The food is very interesting and exciting; there are hardly any other restaurants in Frankfurt with similar dishes. It's a Chinese restaurant, but it tastes similar to the Chinese food I've had in Korea, so I enjoyed it. They even sell soju.

If you go when there are a lot of people, they make the fried food really sloppily. I almost got angry because the service was so bad, but they just glared at me and said, “Is there any tip?” When I said there wasn't any, I almost threw the card and it disappeared. I didn't want to see the staff, so I just packed a cupcake for my next visit, but the hot stuff had been poured straight into the Styrofoam bowl, so the Styrofoam had melted. It seems like you really have to keep your eyes peeled for things like hygiene and health.

The dishes are rich and delicious, especially the Guobao Pork. Highly recommended.

This restaurant's schnitzel is much more delicious than the local schnitzel in Frankfurt. It was disappointing that mapo tofu did not use silken tofu. My companions said the food was salty, but it suited me well.
