it's like a imbiss, small restaurant but lovely. dishes are pretty cheap, while tastes still good. recommended to all who wanna try non-spicy Chinese restaurant, specially, it serves Shanghai cuisine

I got the kao fu (braised gluten) and shizitou (lion's head meatballs). The kao fu was quite flavorless, without much hint of mushroom, spice, or really much of anything. The shizitou however, were hot, fatty, creamy, smooth, and bursting with flavor. So bone brothy! Definite recommendation! There was a nice back yard to sit in the summer heat, which made the meal all the more enjoyable. The indoor seating is rather drab. The service was very matter-of-fact. I was given my food and checked in with once in a while, and that's it. Don't expect to be cared for or babied. It's Germany.

The best Chinese restaurant in Frankfurt. It is really affordable to be able to eat Chinese food for ten euros a dish in 2024. The braised lion head is hand-chopped meat and water chestnuts, highly recommended. Beef brisket, tendon and mutton stew are also super delicious. Northerners are falling in love with this Shanghainese dish!

I came for a casual meal with my Indian colleagues at noon. The fish-flavored shredded pork I ordered was simply called fried shredded pork with carrot starch. 昨天网上搜到上海菜作为上海人就冒雨赶过去了，下午休息，附近喝咖啡等到开门。没有失望。老板娘很热情，上海师傅烧的上海菜全欧洲我自身感觉是最好的味道，可以和温哥华，多伦多，洛杉矶相比较。菜品味道好，干净。价格便宜，如果不是下雨，还会过去用餐。

As many reviewers have already mentioned, this is THE MOST authentic Shanghainese restaurant I’ve ever tried in Europe. The meatball (lion head or Shizitou ) tastes exactly like those my grandma makes. The female owner is a friendly old lady and I liked talking to her. Will definitely come more often!

不夸张的说，梦园的上海菜是我在德国这么多年吃到的最正宗的。百叶包肉和红烧带鱼就是家的味道，清淡中不失鲜美。菜量适中价格实惠，值得推荐

刚开始进来老板娘态度似乎有些冷淡，但是后来还好，提醒我快打烊了，但是让我慢慢来别急。我点了三鲜干丝(配了一份米饭)和小笼汤包，味道绝了，非常正宗。干丝的鸡汁汤底鲜味也很明显。

Sehr gutes Essen. Vor allem sehr nah am Original! Also wenn man möglichst ursprünglich chinesisch essen gehen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. In diesem Lokal trifft man auch viele Chinesen.

Es un lugar curioso. Parece muy autóctono. Solo pude probar unos nuddles porque intenté pedir varias cosas más (3 más en concreto) y no tenía. La dueña súper amable. La comida estaba bastante buena y muy bien de precio. No me ofrecieron bebida y tampoco la pedí porque iba a comer rápido. Me voy con la sensación de que me he perdido algo. Creo que es un local más pensado para gente local (de China) que para ingenuos extranjeros como yo.

We were there for the Chinese New Year Eve dinner and it turned out to be a good choice. Home-cooking style Shanghainese food, tasty but not overly aggressive flavor. Some very authentic ingredients, shepherd’s purse, sticky rice cake; bean curds, reflect that the kitchen gives its best efforts! Services are friendly and sincerely! A very good choice for non-spicy Chinese food experience!

超级满意的一餐，上海人的精致小菜，鲜味都是食材本身提炼，不油腻不偏甜，店面不大但打理的非常干净，去了这么多地方，吃了这么多中餐，如此正宗且价格公道实属难得，好满足，必选餐厅😋

Ordered 四川雞 and 花生鴨 today. The 四川雞 were not like 四川 tastes at all, it's more like German Asia food to me. But most Chinese restaurants in Germany are not real Chinese, so I wouldn't complain. But still disappointed.. Overall the service is good in German standard, and the duck is very crispy and juicy. Also the price of lunch special is very good! If you like German Asia food, I'd recommend it!

Really delicious food. Chinese customers in Chinese restaurant always appeals as usually good food. Was not disappointed. Food delicious. Had fried meat dumplings. My fussy daughter had the crab with shallots and ginger loved it although struggled with chopsticks. The pepper prawns yum. Would definitely recommend.

Wir kommen seit Jahren gerne hierher, um chinesisch zu essen. Sehr lecker und Preis Leistung stimmt. Eine nette Geste ist das Obst nach dem Essen! Das Restaurant wird viel von Asiaten besucht.

お店が変わったのかもしれませんが 中華レストランでした。 中央駅の北側は お店はあるものの 閉店しているところや店内が暗いところが多く入り難かったのですが こちらは明るくて入りやすかったりです。 麻婆豆腐や点心などの普通の中華メニューがありました。 セロリとイカの炒め物や春巻き、小籠包、黒酢の酢豚など頂きました。 ライスは頼まなかったのですが丼でどーんと置かれました。どれも出来たて熱々で普通に美味しかったです。 食事が終わってお会計をお願いしようと思っていたら デザートと言って 冷やしたメロン？甘い瓜かな？をやっぱりどーんと出してくれました。 別席で地元の中国籍と思われる方が食事をしていましたが 残ったものは 包んで渡していました。 ドイツは量が多いので 用心しながら注文したので 残す事は無かったけれど 有難いサービスです。 駅の北側のホテルの方は利用しやすいと思います。 コスパも良く 2人でビールを2杯づつ飲んで 30€程でした。 デザートとライスはレシートに入っていませんでしたので サービスなのかな。

Die Karte selbst ist zwar authentisch, aber leider sind Qualität und Geschmack wirklich miserabel. Scheinbar TK-Ware und aus der Mikrowelle. Ich muss jedoch lassen, dass der Service aufmerksam und flott war. Möglicherweise auch nur nen miesen Tag erwischt. Der zweite Stern ist eigentlich nur da, um nicht der standard deprimierte selbsternannte deutsche Restauranttester zu sein.

作为上海人不得不说对菜品很失望... 糖醋排骨炸得太老（但是口味不错），烤麸应该是微波炉加热的，盘子中间是冷的。蟹粉豆腐基本上没有蟹，最让我难过的是小笼包和锅贴... 小笼包皮厚肉腥，汤汁不多，有一颗在蒸屉上看上去已经被压扁了。锅贴在菜单上写的是牛肉馅，但是和小笼包的馅口味一模一样... 是我们菜没点对吗，看了评论说是正宗上海菜才来的😭 上菜速度很快，餐后送了一叠冰镇哈密瓜。 还是有点遗憾quq

Das ist möglicherweise sogar das beste China-Restaurant (fälschlicherweise als vietnamesisch geführt in TripAdvisor!) in Frankfurt. Originelle Schanghai-Küche, sehr lecker, in kleiner Portion und dazu noch sehr preiswert. Das Restaurant verfügt noch über einen kleinen Biergarten. In Sommer kann man schön draußen sitzen.

Οτι χειρότερο μπορείτε να βρήτε κοντά στην έκθεση. το φαγητό αισχρό (το αφήσαμε μόλις δοκιμάσαμε), το σερβις άθλιο, οι τιμές κακές σε σχέση με αυτό που θα ήθελες να φάς.

В Германии всегда как-то тяжко мне приходится, если хочется азиатской пищи - то лапша резиновая, то морепродукты сильно сдобрены специями, то роллы разваливаются. Возможно просто не везет. Но этот ресторанчик был открытием! Действительно, он немного спрятан, нужно еще разглядеть, но вас обязательно порадует меню, цены и скорость обслуживания!
