Simple basement (formerly karaoke bar) but very good food from Hunan, China. Original food. Very nice service. Price very fair. Clear recommendation in the city.

ordered a seafood pizza and a gyro roll. After half an hour, I didn't even get a pizza.. but a piece of bread, with cheap cheese on it... with cheap bersamel sauce to trick the taste. Didn't even get gyros! without a veggie burger!... IT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING, GRANDMA IS OLD AND CAN'T READ! do not order from here

I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews. The boss was very nice to us. The food was pretty good and tasted very homely. We’ll come back next time.

Hier gibt es richtig chinesisch. Ameisen, Reis mit undefinierbaren, war sehr lecker.

今天和几个朋友抱着尝试一下的心理来到了“外婆家”聚餐，没有想到饭菜做的很地道，而且老板娘人也很热情。和朋友们度过了一个有好吃，有好聊的夜晚。对了还有wifi，临走的时候才发现。😄

有点失望 首先点菜的时候就我们没有点饮料 服务员好像不太开心 直接说 你们干吃啊？ 然后我提出要不再点个茶 服务员直接收走了我的菜单 之后吃饭的时候一道菜里面有两根头发 我们觉得在所难免 而且多一事不如少一事就没有生张 结账的时候给了点小费 虽然不多 但是服务员也并没有表示感谢，总之 服务员的态度不好 菜品不卫生 味道勉强可以

Ein schöner kleiner Laden im Herzen Frankfurts. Das Essen ist wirklich köstlich und es stehen unglaublich viele authentische chinesische Gerichte auf der Karte, die auch excellent zubereitet werden. Besonderes Kompliment gilt es für die scharfen Gerichte und dem gedämpften Fisch. Leider sind die Portionen eher auf der kleinen Seite und die Preise auf der wirklich hohen. Darum gibt es einen Stern Abzug. Hier lohnt sich nichtsdesonichts ein Besuch.

今天对这家中餐馆的体验比较失望。首先，餐厅氛围：餐馆在地下一层，用餐区陈设还行，卫生虽然还有待改善但还算可以；但是，厨房区看上去比较不理想，乱糟糟的；第二，服务员服务：我们预约了7点去用餐，并准时到达，但显然餐厅服务员（或者是老板？）并没有做好准备，以至于我们坐下十几分钟菜谱也没有拿到；后来点菜，等菜前后花了一个多小时才上完了点的4道炒菜；最后结账态度也非常不好，非常没有耐心，在客人用餐区大呼小叫，“xx团是不是没付钱就走了啊。。xx团加了什么菜有没有算钱啊”，整个餐厅弄得乱糟糟的；第三，湘菜系列菜品味道似乎不错，我们点了两个，另外一个牛仔骨做的就比较不像样了，像是赶工出来粗制滥造的，最后一个蔬菜也炒的平平。最后，这家餐馆这样急躁躁不友好的态度真不应该叫“外婆家”这个名字，实在名不副实。 Despite the name "Grandma's house", the restaurant doesn't give customers feeling of being at Grandma's at all. Waitresses there seem really in a hurry running in and out or doing paper work, but not at your service, not friendly. Not sure if one of the waitress is actually the boss, but all she thinks seems to be getting the money and get the customer going. We were kept waiting for long time from the the beginning till when we want to pay bill, and were treated with unfriendly service. Some of the food we ordered seem ok, however passing by the kitchen doesn't give people a good feeling of hygiene. We do not plan to revisit the restaurant.

Clean and very tasty food (even not salty), people are nice too. I am coming back if I am in Frankfurt.

super lekker eten, bediening is niet best. MAAR het eten was zo goed. gelukkig heeft de menu plaatjes, nml moeite met engels en duits.

The restaurant is definitely overrated. The food is not bad, but of the similar quality like in many other Chinese restaurants. The menu is nicely presented with pictures although a little limited . E.g. only one duck dish The service is problematic as the staff hardly speaks any language but Chinese. They are trying their best , but lack professionalism so that taking the order correctly becomes a project. I would expect German or English to be spoken. Kitchen is quite slow , even there were only 3 tables with Chinese customers, we waited over 15 minutes for the dish. That is not the usual practice in Chinese restaurants. It seems that there is need to organize the work better, especially when the prices they charge are on the higher side for Chinese food. All in all you may skip it.

Das Essen ist sehr köstlich, besonders Fisch 烤鱼， Personal ist sehr nett, man kann sogar mit Amex Karte zahlen, was in anderen asiatischen Läden nicht möglich ist. Das einzige, es kann manchmal sehr laut sein, weil sehr viele Buse mit Reiseleitern und chinesischen Touristen kommen. Aber das kann nur positive sein, weil wenn die Chinesin selber dort essen gehen das muss ziemlich lecker sein.

sehr gut! speisen sind genauso wie auf die bildern zu sehen und schmecken geil!
