Das Restaurant ist zZt /April 2024/ wegen Umbau geschlossen. Es wir aber ein sehr guter Außenhaut Service angeboten. Es ist allerdings erforderlich, vorher anzurufen und zu bestellen. Die SpeiEn werden ganz frisch gemacht und sind sehr lecker. Mir schmeckt das Rindfleisch mit Zwiebeln, die immer gut angebraten sind am besten.

There's a truly huge selection here, something you won't find in every all-you-can-eat restaurant. The freshly prepared dishes, where you can choose your own ingredients, are very good. There's a lot of fried food, which tastes good, and the dumplings were my personal highlight. Unfortunately, I found the sushi quite inedible, as the rice was very hard, not as soft as you'd normally expect from sushi. The taste also didn't convince me. For the price, I would have hoped for a bit more.

The food looked very nicely presented, but unfortunately, almost all of the prepared dishes in the warming containers were only lukewarm. The sushi was good, but a bit more variety would have been appreciated. The grill was mediocre to bad. Either the griller lacked motivation, or that's how it seemed, or he wasn't really suited to the job. The shrimp and fish were overcooked. The meat was simply a disaster; the zebra, venison, and beef were completely dry. I couldn't eat it. The restaurant's ambiance, however, is very nice.

I've been eating there regularly for about 15 years and I'm always extremely satisfied. The food is always delicious, and the service is always good, friendly, and fast. I can only recommend it.

Once and never again! We had lunch and were looking forward to the all you can eat buffet. Unfortunately everything is disappointing. The service staff stood around and watched us eat. Very unpleasant. The buffet wasn't really varied or fresh. There was no dessert at all. The restaurant gave us a “dirty” impression. There was a cigarette bucket at the entrance that hadn't even been emptied and it stank. There were no decorations or anything else on the tables, everything was very bland. There was no music playing either.

Very quiet and small restaurant with very nice staff:) Price-performance ratio is very good and the selection is also very large. Food was prepared quickly and also very tasty :)

I chose the buffet, to be honest the food didn't taste that good. Food is not fresh and cold. Employees are rude to customers. The price is very high although there is no good quality and not tasty

I had the Massamann Thai style curry. It was just disgusting. The sauce is a thick paste, no fresh vegetables in it, apart from completely overcooked carrots. The plate was sticky. I left the dish almost completely alone. The ambience was worn out and seemed rancid. I wouldn't eat here again.

Authentic Chinese restaurant at the market place in Konstanz My last visit to the Chinese restaurant at the Marktstätte in Konstanz was a very positive experience. As soon as you enter the restaurant you can feel the authentic atmosphere: the path leads directly to the first floor, where you take a seat in a typically Chinese ambience. The decoration is simple, but it gives you the feeling of actually being in China - a nice first impression. I chose a classic combination: rice with egg and chicken. The portion was extremely generous and would have easily been enough for two people. The rice and chicken were incredibly tender - almost like butter on the tongue. There was also soy sauce, which rounded off the taste perfectly. As a drink I chose a refreshment that also went well with the food. The prices are moderate and more than reasonable for the quality and portion size. Particularly noteworthy is the service: friendly, attentive and with a sense of the guests' wishes. You feel welcome, no matter where you come from. As a Viennese, I was warmly welcomed, which made the experience even more pleasant. Conclusion: The Chinese restaurant at the market place in Konstanz is a real insider tip! Authentic food, generous portions, fair prices and impressive service. Among the many Chinese restaurants in Konstanz, this one particularly stands out. I'll definitely be happy to come back!
