Substandard. For the price. The ambiance is artificial and used. Service? If someone here had a decent command of the German language, this would be a huge step forward... The quality of the food was okay, and the price was reasonable considering the all-you-can-eat/drink option. However, this was the first and last visit...

I went to this restaurant for the second time today at 1pm to celebrate a friend's birthday and we chose the buffet. Unfortunately, much of the food was missing and it wasn't even refilled in the 40 minutes we were there. Steamed ravioli and wontons were out, fried noodles were empty, duck and chicken were also gone, and there was only a single spring roll. Very disappointing and a very limited selection. I won't be coming back - it's a shame, such a bad setting for a birthday party. I took photos of the empty containers but I'd rather not upload them. it looks sad

Went for the first time today. I expected more based on the reviews. The employees weren't interested in you at all. The process was not explained, after all, every all you can eat is different. The food tasted good but no matter what was on the plate everything was cold!!! I'm really disappointed.

I enjoy the support of other regular customers in the person of the kind of people of German origin who have tried to humiliate and position us, ordinary people of other nationalities. She threatened to call the police and yelled at all of us to go away. An arrogant, greedy and unworthy woman who is not worthy of serving customers. With her behavior she has caused me moral, psychological and physical harm. The court will settle the differences between us. Such fake people are not worthy of serving decent people with your level of dignity. Please be careful. This woman cannot be missed. She is very well read and very alert to you. I wish you good luck. A restaurant this good deserves good staff.

Boy, what rip-off prices are these? That someone else goes there. Incredible. We have to be mentally ill to pay that much. A menu with a drink is enough. All you can eat should be abolished. This is food waste at the highest level. I weigh 100kg. However, I'm full after the first plate. The second is just gluttony. The best part is the comments where people complain that they gave me a stomach ache. This is an Asian restaurant. If you expect quality or healthy food here, you should go to Seelen Doc as quickly as possible. Where there is quantity, there is neither quality nor hygiene. You should know that. And especially not at Asia eat, the things arrive frozen in boxes, buckets and mega packs. I was at the time when it cost €25. I moved here again. We couldn't eat that much at all. Dessert: I am an Ant-Man with a huge sweet tooth, but his dessert is only sugar! Out of a dozen desserts, I only tasted one sour one? The mousse is delicious, but everything else is not good at all, and the ice cream is also weird. Delicious/edible items: gummy bears, drinks, lettuce, shrimp dumplings (normal frozen food), berry jam white mousse dessert. It costs 31€ per person for all you can eat but it’s really not worth it! ! It's just a meal with guests, and you can drink and chat without any time limit, which can be considered an advantage.

Large, Chinese-style restaurant with a buffet. A wide selection of dishes – we enjoyed the duck and beef dishes, especially the accompanying sauces. Sushi, soup, desserts, and ice cream are available. A drink and a coffee are included in the buffet price.

It has subsided a lot, the food somehow tastes warmed up again, the sauces are refilled from buckets.

It's a nice restaurant, the staff is friendly, the selection of dishes is large and the taste is really good, of course it's adapted to German tastes so it's not too spicy and the dishes aren't that special either, but that's completely okay. The price is actually really unbeatable per person for 31 euros worth of food and drinks, you can't say anything about that. The only small point of criticism is that when it's full it takes a while for the freshly grilled food to arrive.

In terms of price-performance ratio, a straight 6 stars. We were absolutely satisfied, huge selection, everything was deliciously prepared and the staff was very friendly. Any time. The only thing that is a bit problematic is that it can get very crowded and there are a lot of people there who pre-order. Despite the mass of visitors, everything is refilled as quickly as possible. I gave it 6 stars instead of 5 and I hope this restaurant stays that way. Best regards

I was really impressed by the Chinese restaurant. The food was delicious and fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. I particularly enjoyed the dim sum and the Kung Pao chicken. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I will definitely come back and recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves authentic Chinese cuisine.

We came to spend a girls' evening to eat together and chat, we're used to going there, we didn't eat much, 2 dishes maximum but we had tea and we talked, there were a lot of free places, no problem but then the two Asian women at reception forbade us to have any more tea under the pretext that we were no longer allowed and that we now had to pay 4€. It was only tea and even then they were rude, with unprofessional gestures and no warm welcome or kind politeness. We would have understood even with polite and serious behavior. The food is good but the atmosphere is not at all good, we come to have a good evening and not to be treated roughly like this. You should review your sense of welcome and hospitality, this clearly leaves something to be desired! We will not return there again. It's a shame.

The lunch buffet [18 € per person including two drinks with a maximum stay of 90 minutes] is very varied with freshly prepared dishes. The clearing service for used dishes is very attentive. When the weather is nice you can sit outside. A large parking lot is available on site.

The food is okay and is refilled relatively quickly. Mongolian BBQ dishes usually take a little longer but can be endured or bridged. The plates are cleared away quickly by the service staff. I love these kinds of restaurants, and I liked this one too. But last time everything was terribly overcooked. They brought some stinking coals. I'm upset. It was so loud that I couldn’t hear myself and then I got a headache.

We went for lunch and it was great! Clean, excellent selection of delicious food, and 2 drinks were included in the buffet price. The staff came by frequently to collect dishes. My youngest dropped his soda bottle and broke a dish and the staff were very kind to him and to us.

On New Year's Eve we ordered two take-out dishes: fried noodles with chicken and a similar dish with fried rice. While the noodles tasted excellent, the rice dish unfortunately didn't live up to our expectations. We assumed that the rice dish - like the pasta - would contain the same vegetables (leeks, carrots, onions, sprouts, broccoli and peppers). Instead there were only peas and carrot cubes. Although the menu did not contain any detailed information about vegetables, the expectation of a comparable selection of vegetables was certainly there.

We like being here. The quality of the food, the service and the selection of drinks are just right.

Never again. Even one star is too many. I agree with all the negative reviews. A table for 13 people was reserved a few days in advance at 7 p.m. for all you can eat, table reservations + meal planning and refilling the buffet was a complete disaster. When we were there, much of the buffet was already empty and nothing was being refilled. I gave a plate of salmon and vegetables to grill and got it back burnt and couldn't eat it. Giving out food like that is really a disgrace. The soup and everything else wasn't hot and didn't keep warm well. The sushi and ice cream were not properly cooled. The staff didn't understand German and were very listless. All 13 people didn't like it. Abdominal pain was the result of our visit. Don't fall for the full buffet photos on their website, they don't have anything like that, refills stop at 7 p.m.

My visit to China Garden was an absolute disaster and a huge mistake! As soon as I entered I noticed that the tables were only partially clean. One had the impression that hygiene was not really important here. Unfortunately, this continued throughout the entire visit. Most of the food was cold and the sushi was so bad it actually made me sick. For an Asian restaurant that advertises fresh and high quality food, this is absolutely unacceptable. The women's toilets? Just disgusting! The stench of urine and feces was so extreme that it was difficult to breathe. There were blood stains on the floor and although we pointed this out to the staff several times, nothing was done to remedy this hygiene disaster. This condition is not only disgusting but also dangerous! After seeing this, my appetite was completely gone. As if that wasn't enough, the owner's behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She constantly watched the guests and even ran after them when someone went outside to smoke a cigarette. This behavior is invasive and simply unprofessional. Finally, I have to say that the price is an absolute disgrace for what is offered here. The price-performance ratio is a complete insult to paying guests. I can only advise everyone: DO NOT go to this restaurant! I've never experienced anything like this before and I definitely won't be coming back. Absolutely disappointing!

The food was passable, and the service was always trying to refill the drinks. The taste wasn't particularly special. The noise level in the restaurant was like that of a train station. I found the dessert buffet rather unappealing. The windows were smeared, and the ice cream was covered in ice crystals. Restrooms are available. Card payments are accepted. Ample parking is available.

Food tasted like it had been sitting around for 2 days, all of us (5 people) had stomach cramps while we were in the restaurant and had to use the toilet at the same time. The selection is large, but unfortunately the quality is also poor.

Impersonal mass processing in a wannabe China look

Unfortunately, the price quoted online has no longer been correct since January 1st, 2024. It was a surprise that the buffet on Saturday evening cost a whole 11.00 euros more than stated online. This is absolutely not okay! You should at least inform the guests about this when greeting them. Because you don't list the A5 piece of paper before entering the restaurant. Food was ok. Unfortunately it takes too long if you let something fry.

Online prices do not match actual prices. Note on the door from 01.01204 Prices have changed. Anyone who comes from outside feels like they have been taken for a ride because we had previously researched things online. I think in a year the online platform could have been adapted, I see that as a rip-off.

Sure, it's a quick calculation and I can't expect gourmet food for the price. I should also consider whether I should actually go to an all-you-can-eat restaurant if I have food intolerances. But what doesn't work is that when I put together a grill plate and suddenly there are other ingredients on this plate. The warm buffet is very good and sufficient. We were there for the second time today. The food wasn't that good and we were horrified to see that opened, unfinished bottles were refilled into other bottles and then put back into the fridge when full. This is not possible at all for hygienic reasons. The service lady said it would be too good to throw away. This visit was our last. It is questionable whether the WKD would like this approach...

We are absolutely shocked! There were half-empty water bottles left from various tables. These were collected and the contents of different bottles were poured into one. These full bottles then went into the fridge. We will never enter this store again! Unfortunately your answer is not satisfactory. It is not possible to ensure that every guest uses a glass for the bottles.

We celebrated our birthdays today with 14 people and were very satisfied, a lot of choice from the buffet, the duck was a dream, there was also a lot of choice at the Mongolian grill and everything looked fresh and tasty. The selection of drinks was also sensational, we will definitely be back :-)

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience here for the second time. The first time 2 years ago it ended in cramps and this time it was the same - only worse. Some of the toilets had no toilet paper or were really dirty, hence the severe drop in the ambience. It hasn't been cleared away for ages. But the most fatal thing for me was that I had something fishy in a vegetarian dish. I'm also not convinced about the quality of the other food.

Great selection at the buffet, friendly service and great value for money!

Nach längerer Zeit waren wir mal wieder im "China City" und nachdem wir dort früher sehr zufrieden waren, hatten wir dieses Mal für elf Personen reserviert - was sich dann als Fehler herausstellen sollte. Unsere Freunde und wir kamen mit grossen Erwartungen, und wurden prompt enttäuscht. Fast alle Speisen vom Büffet waren nur lauwarm, und zum Teil sogar kalt. Nachdem wir das reklamiert hatten, wurde die Temperatur an den Wärmeplatten höher gestellt, was uns aber letzten Endes auch nichts mehr gebracht hat. Das benutzte Geschirr wurde ebenfalls ein ganze Weile nicht abgeräumt, so das wir hier erst einmal selbst Hand anlegen mussten. Nach einer Beschwerde hat es dann halbwegs geklappt, wobei die Mitarbeiterin trotzdem regelmässig nur einen Teil des benutzten Geschirrs mitnahm. Das Restaurant bietet die Möglichkeit sich bestimmte Fisch- und Fleischsorten roh auf den Teller zu legen, und an einem Grill dann von einem Mitarbeiter grillen zu lassen. Das ist ein netter Service, wenn er denn klappen würde. Da sieht man im vorbei gehen ein halbes Dutzend fertiger Teller stehen, aber keinen Mitarbeiter, der sie an die Tische bringt. Ergebnis: Einige Gäste holen sich ihre Teller selbst ab, und die anderen Gäste bekommen irgendwann ein kaltes Essen serviert. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel hat im Vergleich zu früher ebenfalls nachgelassen. Bei einem Büffet kann man vielleicht nicht unbedingt die Qualität eines Fünfsterne-Restaurants erwarten, aber bei einem Preis von 29 Euro pro Person war das was da geboten wurde eine Frechheit. Das auf der Toilette beide Spender mit den Papierhandtüchern leer waren, und auch nach Hinweis durch die Gäste nicht aufgefüllt wurden, ist da nur ein weiterer Punkt auf der Minusliste des "China City". Fazit: Ein Lokal das einmal mit erstklassiger Qualität der Speisen und einem hervorragenden Service glänzte ist jäh abgestürzt . Für uns ist das umso ärgerlicher, weil wir mit einer sehr grossen Gruppe da waren. Uns wird dieser Laden so schnell nicht wieder sehen, und wir können hier auch keine Empfehlung aussprechen.

We gave this restaurant 3 times the chance, unfortunately an absolute no go....the staff/stressed, not polite, the worst: almost everyone doesn't speak German. If you want to talk to the boss, you won't understand anything. So the food is way too spicy and unsuitable for children....if you ask if it will be refilled again...the answer comes on Sunday evening (it was 8:40 p.m.)..it will no longer be refilled. If you only drank one drink, you will still be charged for several drinks. Then you should handle the free drinks differently. Then bottles that have been opened are put back in the refrigerator if guests do not empty them...An absolute NO GO!!!!! IT'S DIRTY EVERYWHERE AND THERE ARE A LOT OF SMALL FRUIT FLIES AROUND THE TABLE... THE EMPLOYEES GO AROUND WITH SERVING TROLLEYS AND CLEAR THE TABLES AT A VOLUME... THAT MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU'RE IN A LARGE KITCHEN. That's what MC Donald is all about more pleasant...you can really feel sorry for the employees...because they profit Last but not least, this is a topic that is unfortunately widespread in Germany. We came as a family, three adults, three children. Everything was great. The choice of dishes is large, we tried a maximum of five percent of all dishes. Most of all they took seafood, sweets and fruits. I didn't really like the sushi rolls. For six it was 159 euros.

Large selection of free drinks, including high quality brands. Of course, as with any all you can eat, the quality is not the best, but you shouldn't expect that with something like that. Unfortunately, the now no longer Asian, but Eastern European staff, who communicate very loudly, were putting bottles into the refrigerators with a loud noise at around 9.40 p.m., but the buffet runs until 10 p.m. Numerous dishes were not refilled after 8:40 p.m. The staff collectively went to feed themselves, so that the used dishes remained on the guest tables. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has also decreased. The soup smelled like a cowshed. It's a shame, because we had fond memories of the restaurant.

Very large and beautiful Chinese restaurant. The food was very tasty. Really nice service. We had a menu for 2 people. The vegetables are very crunchy and fresh. Tip: The food was too salty for us because we don't use much salt. We were advised to simply let us know in advance next time and the food would be prepared differently. This means that the food is freshly prepared for each guest. Thumbs up!
